- Abstract: Post-stroke depression （PSD） is the most common neuropsychiatric complication after stroke. PSD can lead to unfavorable outcomes， increasing disability， morbidity， and mortality. Understanding the pathogenesis and risk factors of PSD is critical for its diagnosis and treatment， which can provide new possibilities for the treatment of PSD.
