Abstract:
Parkinson's disease(PD),as a neurodegenerative disorder,is often accompanied by dysfunction of the cardiac autonomic nervous system.Clinical manifestations include arrhythmias,blood pressure fluctuations,pacemaker dependency,and abnormalities in cardiac valve function.These changes can have a significant impact on the quality of life and prognosis of patients.Therefore,early detection and monitoring of cardiac autonomic dysfunction in PD patients is crucial and can provide appropriate treatment and management strategies to alleviate cardiac symptoms and risks.Cardiac sympathetic nerve receptor imaging is a method that can visually display the integrity and functional status of the cardiac sympathetic nervous system.It has high sensitivity for evaluating cardiac sympathetic nerve function,which is essential for early diagnosis of PD.This article focuses on the latest research progress in the use of cardiac sympathetic nerve receptor imaging agents for PD diagnosis.
