Subject analysis was used to sort out and analyze the above interview data.Result:The demands of COPD patients for tele-pulmonary rehabilitation nursing could be summarized into three themes, namely, self-care demands, social support demands, information system demands. Conclusions:There were a large number of demands of COPD patients for tele-pulmonary rehabilitation remaining unmet. Therefore on the basis of patients′ disease characteristics and actual needs, a multi-disciplinary team of pulmonary rehabilitation should be established to provide personalized pulmonary rehabilitation guidance and continuous supervision and management. In addition, effective communication platform should be set up to provide multiple perspectives of social support, and a intelligent tele-pulmonary rehabilitation system which could be operated easily should be developed to meet the pulmonary rehabilitation needs of COPD patients and further improve the quality of their home rehabilitation.
