Abstract:
The aberrant activation of yes-associated protein(YAP)and transcriptional coactivator with PDZ-bind-ing motif(TAZ),downstream effectors of the Hippo signaling pathway,has been implicated in hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC).The microRNAs(miRNAs)works as a tumor suppressors that influence the proliferation,migration and apoptosis of tumor cells by modulating Hippo-YAP/TAZ signaling during hepatic tumorigenesis.Exploring the role of miRNAs in regulating Hippo YAP/TAZ pathway in HCC can provide new ideas for the diag-nosis and treatment of HCC.
