Abstract: The widespread application of chimeric antigen receptor T (CAR-T) cell immunotherapy in clinical practice presents the challenges for management and prevention of virus infection during the therapy. The paper reviews the risk factors of virus infection for patients during CAR-T cell immunotherapy, summarizes virus infection after treatment and proposes the strategies for infection prevention and treatment.
