Abstract: Aim To observe the immune regulation and cartilage protection of dexamethasone-loaded thermosensitive hydrogel (DLTH) on rheumatoid arthritis (RA) rats via conceiving a newly injectable sustained DLTH with chitosan-glycerin-borax as carrier.
