- Abstract: Coronary heart disease (CHI)) is a kind of coronary atheroselerotie cardiovascular disease that seriously endangers human health and needs to he solved urgently in the world.Epidemiological^, abnormal lipid metabolism has been found to he a significant risk factor and preventing it could obviously improve the incidence rate and mortality.A large number of studies suggest that lipid peroxidation exists through the whole proeess of CHI).To deeply understand the mechanism of lipid peroxidation in the pathogenesis of CHI),this review focuses on the angle of AL0X15-mediated phospholipid peroxidation and the effect of AL0X15 inhibitors.expecting to provide new molecular markers and potential therapeutic targets for the precaution and treatment of CHI).
