Abstract: Circular RNAs are novel non-coding RNAs with multiple biological functions, which can participate in biological processes such as the occurrence, development, invasion, and metastasis of liver cancer, as well as drug resistance of liver cancer. This article reviews the roles and mechanisms of circR-NAs in chemotherapy resistance, targeted therapy resistance and immunotherapy resistance in liver cancer, in order to provide new ideas for solving liver cancer resistance.
