- Abstract: Objective To study the effect of simulated high altitude hypoxia on the pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics of atorvastatin calcium in hyperlipidemia rats. Methods The wistar rats with hyperlipidemia induced by high-fat diet were divided into normoxia group and hypoxia group.
