- Abstract: Tyrosine kinase inhibitors (TKIs) are a class of molecular targeted drugs that inhibit the activation of downstream signaling pathways by inhibiting oncogene-related receptor tyrosine kinases to exert anti-cancer effects. TKIs are superior to traditional chemotherapeutics in terms of selectivity, effectiveness and safety, and are widely used in the treatment of cancer. However, TKIs-induced liver injury is one of the difficult problems in its clinical application. In this article, relevant literatures from domestic and abroad are reviewed and the research progress in the classification, clinical application of TKIs and the mechanism of TKIs-induced liver injury are summarized. This review intends to provide a reference for further elucidating the mechanism of TKIs-induced liver injury, and seeking effective prevention and treatment methods.
