Objective To analyze the application effectiveness of combining stepwise rehabilitation training and electroacupuncture therapy for postoperative motor function recovery in elderly patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage(HICH).Methods A total of 102 elderly eligible patients admitted in our department from July 2022 to July 2024 were prospectively recruited and randomly divided into a control group(postoperative stepwise rehabilitation training on the basis of routine treatment)and a study group(electroacupuncture therapy besides all the treatments the control group received),with 51 cases in each group.The neurological deficits,motor function recovery and activities of daily living were compared between groups before treatment and at 1 and 3 months after treatment.Serum-related factors,quality of life and prognosis in the two groups were evaluated before treatment and at 6 months after treatment.Results At 1 month and 3 months after treatment,the study group exhibited significantly higher scores of upper limb motor function,lower limb motor function and Barthel index while obviously lower score of National Institute of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)when compared to the control group(P＜0.01).The study group also had significantly higher scores of psychological function,physiological function,environmental adaptability and social function than the control group at 6 months after treatment(P＜0.01).At this time point,there was a lower ratio of patients with poor prognosis in the study group than the control group(21.6％vss 41.2％,P＜0.05).Conclusion Stepwise rehabilitation training combined with electroacupuncture therapy shows an obvious efficacy in elderly HICH patients,and can help to improve the postoperative neurological function,and promote the motor function recovery.

Objective To construct a discharge preparation plan for patients with head and neck cancer undergo-ing tracheotomy and explore its application effect to provide a reference for improving the at-home self-care ability of tracheostomy patients with head and neck cancer.Methods The discharge preparation plan for patients with head and neck cancer undergoing tracheotomy was constructed through literature analysis and expert consultation.A total of 160 patients with tracheotomy for head and neck cancer who were hospitalized in the Department of Oto-laryngology and Head and Neck Surgery of a tertiary A general hospital in Jinan City,Shandong Province from May 2023 to February 2025 were selected by convenience sampling method as the study subjects,and were divided into an experimental group and a control group by block randomization method,with 80 cases in each group.The ex-perimental group received a discharge preparation plan for patients undergoing tracheotomy for head and neck can-cer,while the control group received routine nursing and health education.Data from admission to 1 month after discharge were collected.The levels of mindfulness awareness,self-care ability,and discharge readiness were compared between 2 groups of patients before and after intervention.Results The constructed discharge preparation plan in-cludes 5 stages(pre-contemplation,contemplation,preparation,action,and maintenance).There were no sample dropouts in either group of patients.The experimental group had higher levels of mindfulness awareness,self-care ability and discharge readiness scores than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.001).Conclusion The discharge preparation plan for patients with head and neck cancer undergoing tra-cheotomy is scientifically reasonable,safe,and feasible,which can effectively improve patients' discharge preparation and mindfulness level,and enhance their self-care ability.

Objective:To investigate the compassion fatigue of medical staff working in centralized quarantine sites and its influencing factors during the COVID-19 epidemic.Methods:From September 2020 to October 2020, a cross-sectional study was conducted on 213 medical staff working in 13 quarantine centers in two districts of Shanghai. A self-made general information questionnaire, professional quality of life scale, general self-efficacy scale and perceived social support scale were used in the study.Results:The score of empathy satisfaction was 33.00(28.25, 37.75), and there were 141 cases (66.20%) with supercritical value. The score of job burnout was 26.00(21.50, 30.50), and 96 cases (45.07%) exceeded the critical value. The score of secondary traumatic stress was 25.00(20.50, 29.50), and 192 cases (90.14%) exceeded the critical value. Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that average daily working hours, job satisfaction, self-evaluation of work pressure, general self-efficacy and perceived social support were the influencing factors of compassion fatigue among medical staff. Compared with those who worked for 0 h in the polluted area, those who worked for more than 8 h had a higher degree of compassion fatigue ( OR=7.787, 95 %CI: 1.127-53.820);compared with those who were more satisfied with their work, those who were less satisfied with their work had a higher degree of compassion fatigue ( OR=6.209,95 %CI:1.474-26.157); compared with those with no or low stress, those with high stress had higher degree of compassion fatigue ( OR=2.567, 95 %CI: 1.228-5.366); compared with those with high self-confidence, those with low self-confidence or moderate self-confidence had higher degree of compassion fatigue ( OR=13.519, 95 %CI: 3.394-53.848; OR=3.462, 95 %CI: 1.038-11.548); compared with those with high perceived social support, those with low perceived social support had higher degree of compassion fatigue ( OR=2.071, 95 %CI: 1.027-4.175) (all P<0.05). Conclusion:The status of compassion fatigue of medical staff working in the centralized quarantine sites need to be improved. We should pay more attention to the those medical staff having long daily working hours in the polluted area, those with low job satisfaction, poor self-evaluation of work pressure, poor general self-efficacy and low perceived social support.

Objective To observe the effects of transcranial magnetic stimulation combined with exercise training on fatigue and interleukin-1β (IL-1β),interleukin-9,interleukin-10,tumor necrosis factor-α and C-reactive protein (CRP) in patients with post-stroke fatigue (PSF).Methods A total of 90 patients with post-stroke fatigue were recruited and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group.Both groups were given routine exercise training,and the observation group was treated with transcranial magnetic stimulation in addition.Simplified Fugl-Meyer Motor Function Scale (FMA) and Fatigue Severity Scale (FSS) were used to assess the motor function of the limbs and fatigue of the two groups before treatment,4 and 8 weeks after treatment.At the same time,the levels of IL-1 β,IL-9,IL-10,TNF-α and CRP in the serum of the two groups were measured at the above time points.The correlation among the motor function,fatigue and cytokine levels was analyzed.Results There was no significant difference in the levels of IL-1β,IL-9,IL-10,TNF-α and CRP between the two groups before treatment (all P＞0.05);FMA score and fatigue improvement in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group after treatment for 4 and 8 weeks (all P＜0.05);and serum levels of IL-1β,IL-9,IL-10,TNF-α and CRP in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group after treatment (all P＜0.05).Pearson correlation analysis showed that FMA scores of limbs were negatively correlated with serum levels of IL-1β,IL-9,IL-10,TNF-α and CRP (P＜0.05),and FSS scores were positively correlated with serum levels of IL-1β,IL-9,IL-10,TNF-α and CRP (P＜0.05).Conclusion Transcranial magnetic stimulation combined with exercise therapy can significantly improve the motor function and ameliorate fatigue of PSF patients.The therapeutic mechanism may be related to the reduction of serum levels of IL-1β,IL-9,IL-10,TNF-α and CRP.

Objective To observe the effect of phrenic nerve electrical stimulation combined with respiratory training on the pulmonary function,trunk stability and balance of stroke survivors.Methods Thirty-six stroke survivors were randomly divided into a control group and a training group,each of 28.Both groups were given routine rehabilitation treatment (including physical agent therapy and combined training of the limbs),while the training group was additionally provided with phrenic nerve electrical stimulation combined with respiratory training once a day for six weeks.Before and after the treatment,the forced vital capacity (FVC),forced expiratory volume in one second (FEV1) and peak expiratory flow (PEF) of both groups were recorded.The Sheikh trunk control scale (TCT) was used to quantify their trunk stability,and balance was quantified using the Berg balance function scale (BBS).Results After six weeks of treatment the average FVC,FEV1 and PEF values of the training group were significantly higher than before the treatment,and significantly better than those of the control group after the treatment.Moreover,significant improvement was observed in the average TCT and BBS scores of both groups after the intervention,with the training group's average significantly higher than that of the contrcl group.Conclusion Phrenic nerve electrical stimulation combined with respiratory training can further improve the pulmonary function and balance function of stroke survivors as a supplement to routine rehabilitation treatment.Therefore,it is worth popularizing in clinical practice.

Objective To compare the therapeutic efficacy betweenLing Gui Ba Fa(eight magic turtle techniques) acupuncture and ordinary acupuncture in treating irritable bowel syndrome with diarrhea (IBS-D).Method Sixty patients were randomized into a treatment group and a control group, 30 cases in each group. The treatment group was intervened byLing Gui Ba Faacupuncture at Gongsun (SP4) and Neiguan (PC6), and the control group was intervened by ordinary needling Gongsun and Neiguan. For both groups, Tianshu (ST25), Dachangshu (BL25), Shangjuxu (ST37), Fenglong (ST40), and Pishu (BL20) were added. Theclinical efficacies of the two groups were compared by evaluating the irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) clinical symptoms score and IBS Quality of Life (IBS-QOL) questionnaire. The two groups were treated 3 times a week, 10 sessions as a treatment course, andwere evaluated by using the scales before and after the treatment followed by statistical analysis and determination of the therapeutic efficacy.Result The scales were significantly improved in both groups after the treatment (P<0.05), and the improvement in the treatment group was superior to that in the control group (P<0.01); the total effective rate was 90% (27/30) in the treatment group, higher than 80% (24/30) in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Ling Gui Ba Faacupuncture can produce a more significant efficacy than ordinary acupuncture in treating IBS-D, and can obviously enhance the quality of life of thepatients, providing an advantageous treatment scheme to clinic.

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of interaction acupuncture combining with routine acupuncture for intractable facial palsy.
Methods:A total of 60 eligible cases were randomly allocated into a treatment group (n=30) and a control group (n=30). Cases in the treatment group received interaction and routine acupuncture, whereas cases in the control group received routine acupuncture alone. The treatment was done once a day and 10 times made up a course of treatment. The patients were treated for a total of 3 courses and there were no intervals between two courses.
Results:The total effective rate was 93.3% in the treatment group (including 17 recovery cases, 11 improvement cases and 2 failure cases), versus 76.7% in the control group (including 8 recovery cases, 15 improvement cases and 7 failure cases), showing a statistical difference (P<0.05).
Conclusion:Combining interaction and routine acupuncture can obtain better effect than routine acupuncture alone for intractable facial palsy.

OBJECTIVETo analyze interpersonal sensitivity level and influencing factors among patients in methadone maintenance treatment.

METHODSFrom 2010 June to 2011 June, the research was performed in Center of Methadone Maintenance Treatment of Nanjing Baixia District Hospital. A total of 272 methadone maintenance treatment was studied using a self-designed questionnaire, interpersonal sensitivity scale in symptom check list (SCL-90), self-rating depression scale (SDS), self-rating anxiety scale (SAS). If interpersonal sensitivity level ≥ 2 points, it was positive. In this study, through independent sample t test, analysis of the social demographic characteristics, depression and anxiety, interpersonal sensitivity level. Non conditional logistic regression analysis was used to explore a variety of factors, and the relationship of these factors with interpersonal sensitivity.

RESULTSThe depression score, the anxiety score and the level of interpersonal relationship sensitivity in 272 methadone maintenance treatment (1.65 ± 0.51, 47.66 ± 8.58, 42.38 ± 9.40) was higher than the national norm (1.65 ± 0.51, 41.88 ± 10.57, 29.78 ± 0.46) (t values were 8.23, 17.63 and 22.27, respectively; all P values < 0.001). In 272 methadone maintenance treatment, the percentage of men was 75.0% (204/272) and the percentage of women was 25.0% (68/272). SDS score of male and female was (48.38 ± 8.30) and (45.90 ± 9.34) points (t = 5.67, P = 0.037); Aged 20-29, 30-39, 40-49 and ≥ 50 years old group, SDS scores were (48.26 ± 7.59), (47.73 ± 8.38), (47.79 ± 9.22) and (48.09 ± 6.33) points (F = 3.90, P = 0.046); According to the drug's time, divided into 1-3, 4-6 and ≥ 7 years group, SDS scores were (45.92 ± 7.47), (47.41 ± 7.57) and (48.07 ± 8.57) points (F = 4.49, = 0.039). SAS score of male and female was (41.21 ± 9.53) and (42.91 ± 9.42) points (t = 2.23, P = 0.043). The positive rate of interpersonal sensitivity was 47.1% (128/272). Multivariate analysis showed that, with SDS and SAS scores increased by 1, respectively, interpersonal sensitivity increased 23.23 (8.62-96.68) and 11.97 (6.42-19.27) points.

CONCLUSIONInterpersonal sensitivity level in methadone maintenance treatment was higher than normal and depression; anxiety and depression both were the risk factors of interpersonal sensitivity level.
