Objective:To investigate the extent and characteristics of parenting stress experienced by fathers of children aged 0-6 in three provinces of Eastern China, and to compare the quality of their marital relationships within each latent class, in order to provide reference for developing intervention strategies for different categories of fathers. Methods:Using cross-sectional survey methods, fathers with children aged 0-6 years were recruited using convenience sampling from December 2020 to March 2021 from Anhui province, Zhejiang province and Jiangsu province in Eastern China. Data were collected through a general information questionnaire, the Parenting Stress Index-Short Form, and the Locke-Wallace Marital Adjustment Scale.Latent profile analysis was used to determine the classification, Kruskal-Wallis H test was used to compare the difference of marital quality. Results:A total of 657 questionnaires were distributed and 604 valid questionnaires were recovered. The age of 604 fathers was (32.50 ± 6.26) years, the score of parenting stress was (89.70 ± 17.87) and the score of marriage quality was (108.36 ± 22.28). The characteristics of parenting stress among fathers of young children were categorized into three latent profile types: "high stress-negative parenting group" (88 people accounting for 14.6%), " medium stress- poor interaction group" (329 people accounting for 54.5%), and " low stress-positive parenting group" (187 people accounting for 30.9%). The scores of marriage quality were (99.94 ± 23.81), (106.52 ± 19.84), (115.56 ± 23.70) points among these three latent classes with significant differences ( H=35.89, P<0.05). Conclusions:The study identifies three latent classes of parenting stress among fathers of children aged 0-6, each associated with varying levels of marriage quality. Therefore, targeted interventions aimed at improving fathers′ parenting stress and marriage quality, and helping create family environments where children can grow up healthy.

Objective To study the syntactic impairment characteristics of wh-question comprehension and expression in Chinese non-fluent aphasic patients. Methods The differences in comprehension and expression be-tween 25 non-fluent aphasic patients and 25 normal subjects were tested in the form of sentence-figure matching and elicitation-repetition to analyze syntactic impairment characteristics related to sentence patterns, question objects, and question words. Results The patients with non-fluent aphasia had impaired comprehension and expression of specific interrogative sentences, and the order of correct comprehension was:(active interrogative sentence, object pseudo-split interrogative sentence)>(subject pseudo-split interrogative sentence, passive interrogative sentence),and the order of correct expression was:active interrogative sentence>(pseudo-split interrogative sentence,pas-sive interrogative sentence). Conclusion The pattern of impaired comprehension and expression of wh-question was similar in patients with Chinese non-fluent aphasia. The main influences on syntactic structure included the object of questioning(subject-object)and the type of sentence.Obstacles were more pronounced in sentences with wh-move-ment and non-canonical order.

Patients with specific language impairment(SLI)have normal intelligence but experience difficul-ties in language comprehension and expression. At present, the cause of the disease has not been determined, and only a few potential causes are being discussed, among which the relationship between auditory processing abilities and language problems of this group has attracted much attentions. An increasing number of studies employ electro-physiological techniques to investigate the auditory processing abilities of SLI patients, accumulating substantial evi-dence.Therefore,this study reviewed empirical research on the auditory processing abilities of SLI patients from the perspectives of auditory brainstem response,middle-latency response, and long-latency response. It aims to eluci-date the characteristics of auditory processing in SLI patients, analyze its relationship with language disorders, and offer insights into the diagnosis and treatment of SLI patients.

Children with specific language impairment(SLI)have normal cognitive abilities but experience language deficits. The heterogeneity of language disorders makes SLI children optimal subjects for investigating the correlation between language ability and theory of mind. This paper provides a comprehensive review of foreign em-pirical studies examining the relationship between language ability and theory of mind in SLI groups from various perspectives. The findings indicate that specific types of language disorders exhibit delayed development in theory of mind, which is closely associated with their language ability deficits.Among all linguistic elements, syntactic de-fects demonstrate the most concentrated evidence regarding their impact on theory of mind.It is noteworthy that al-though SLI children offer valuable insights into the correlation between language and theory of mind, further investi-gation is still required to comprehensively comprehend this association. The present study also provides recommenda-tions for future research endeavors in this domain.

Objective To observe the value of artificial intelligence(AI)knowledge graph and image classification for quality control(QC)of chest posterior-anterior position X-ray radiograph(abbreviated as chest film). Methods Totally 9 236 chest films from 595 medical institutions in Anhui province imaging cloud platform were retrospectively enrolled.QC knowledge graph containing 21 classification labels were constructed.Firstly,QC of chest films based on the above knowledge graph were performed by 10 technicians for 2 rounds of single person and 1 round of multi person, and the results were recorded as A,B and C,respectively. Then AI algorithms were used to classify and evaluate based on knowledge graph, and the result was recorded as D.Finally,a QC expert reviewed results C and D to determine the final QC results and taken those as references to analyze the efficiency of the above 4 QC.Results The area under the curve(AUC)of AI algorithm for QC of chest films were all ≥0.780,with an average value of 0.939.The average precision of QC for chest films of A,B,C and D was 81.15%,85.47%,91.65%and 92.21%,respectively.Conclusion AI knowledge graph and image classification technology could be effectively used for QC of chest posterior-anterior position X-ray radiograph.

Objective:To explore the effect of comprehensive geriatric assessment-based family empowerment program combined with tongue three-needle in dysphagia after senile stroke. Methods:From February 2017 to February 2019, we selected 50 senile stroke patients with dysphagia in Harrison International Peace Hospital. All patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, 25 cases in each group.Experimental group used the comprehensive geriatric assessment-based family empowerment program combined with tongue three-needle for treatment, and control group was treated with the simple tongue three-needle. We compared the swallowing function, velocity of hyolaryngeal excursion, nutritional status and treatment effect of patients between two groups before and after treatment. Results:After intervention, scores of Water Swallowing Test and Videofluoroscopic Swallowing Study of patients of both groups were lower than those before intervention, and scores of Water Swallowing Test and VFSS of patients in experimental group were lower than those in control group with statistical differences ( P<0.05) . The score of Min Nutrition Assessment Short Form (MNA-SF) , serum albuminand hemoglobin of experimental group were better than those of control group with statistical differences ( P<0.01) . The total effective rate of experimental group was higher than control group also with a statistical difference ( P<0.01) . Conclusions:The use of comprehensive geriatric assessment-based family empowerment program combined with tongue three-needle in dysphagia after senile stroke can significantly improve patients' swallowing function, promote the physical recovery of patients which has high clinical application value.

Eight compounds were isolated from Bufonis periostracum by repeated column chromatography on silica gel, ODS and Sephadex LH-20 and their structures were characterized as palmitatic acid cholesteryl ester (1), cholesterol (2), 5alpha, 8alpha-epidioxycholesta-6-en-3beta-ol (3), cholest-5-en-3beta, 7beta-diol (4), cholest-7-en-3beta, 5alpha, 6beta-triol (5), 3-octaddecyloxy-1, 2-propanediol (6), isisamide (7) and bufothionine (8) on the base of spectral analysis. Compounds 1-8 were isolated from Bufonis periostracum for the first time and compounds 3, 5, 6, 7 were obtained from Bufo bufo gargarizans and Bufo genus for the first time. The bioassays showed all tested samples displayed no antitumor activity against the cell lines such as A549, BeL 7402, HGC-27 and HL-60, except the control compound bufalin.
