Hospitals presently confront multiple challenges, including rapid technological advancements, escalating healthcare demands, and continuously rising healthcare costs, thereby necessitating the introduction of new quality productive forces to drive high-quality hospital development. Adopting the perspective of new quality productive forces, the authors examined the transformation trend from conventional fragmented medical services towards integrated digital healthcare systems. Through the establishment of digital infrastructure characterized by big data, cloud computing, the Internet of Things, and artificial intelligence, hospitals could realize deep integration between inpatient and outpatient care, as well as seamless online and offline service delivery. Concurrently, oriented by the healthcare needs of residents, a precise and efficient " prevention-diagnosis-treatment-rehabilitation" service mode was proposed. This mode could facilitate the extension of innovation and industrial chains originating from healthcare services, expedite the translation of research outcomes into practice, and promote scientifically meticulous hospital management. Collectively, these measures could enable hospitals to develop patient-centered, comprehensive life-cycle healthcare service systems, thereby promoting the high-quality development of hospitals.

Objective:To construct an evaluation index system for the development of compact county medical communities, so as to provide evaluation tools for promoting the high-quality development of county medical communities in China. Methods:Based on the evaluation criteria and monitoring system related policy documents for the construction of county medical communities released at the national level, an evaluation index system for compact county medical community development was constructed through policy text analysis and expert discussions. The system was applied to evaluate the construction of medical communities in Shaxian County of Fujian Province, A County of Shanxi Province, and B County of Yunnan Province. Results:The evaluation index system included four primary indicators: responsibility community, management community, service community, and interest community, covering 11 secondary indicators and 32 tertiary indicators. The evaluation results showed that the construction level of the compact county medical community in Shaxian County (91.3 points) was slightly higher than that of A County and B County (83.1 and 83.9 points), and its advantages were mainly reflected in management community and interest community. There was still room for improvement in the construction of compact medical communities in all three regions. Conclusions:The evaluation system in this study combined scientific rigor and practical guidance value. It could provide guidance for promoting the construction of compact county medical communities in various regions of China, and provide a basis for relevant policy formulation and optimization.

In order to further promote hierarchical medical system and enhance the capacity of primary healthcare services, China began to build compact county medical community. At present, the development of China′s compact county community still exists such problems as the construction of service system, the basic institutional mechanism, the quality of supply capacity and the core guarantee mechanism. In order to solve the existing problems, the authors took Shaxian District of Sanming City, Fujian Province, Dancheng County of Zhoukou City, Henan Province, and Yangqu County, Taiyuan City, Shanxi Province as examples to summarize the experience of the advanced pilot areas of the policy. In the future, the construction of compact county community in China should be based on the construction of " single-core multi-layer" system, starting from the five levels of collaborative management, practical operation, system construction, basic guarantee and multi-party supervision, to comprehensively enhance the healthcare services, and finally achieve the goal of the strategy of hierarchical medical and Healthy China.

Objective:To identify current research hotspots, research trends and future trends of point-of-care testing(POCT) in China, by means of literature review. Methods:The " point-of-care testing" and " POCT" were used as the search terms, to retrieve in CNKI database the literature on point-of-care testing published during 2010-2019 in the method of subject retrieval. CiteSpace software was used to analyze and generate the research institutions and their cooperative networks, the keyword co-occurrence network, and the burst term analysis, for an analysis of the current researches in point-of-care testing in China. Results:A total of 588 literatures were retrieved, and 485 literatures were finalized as research samples, with exclusion of those obviously irrelevant. The research found that the point-of-care testing studies in China focused on portable blood glucose meters, quality control of POCT, comparison of POCT and biochemical analyzer results, and establishment of a POCT quality system. In terms of future research tend, the hotspots fell on " total quality management system of POCT" , " POCT in cardiovascular disease application" , " POCT in battlefield operation or emergency application" .Conclusions:Given the growing number of relevant documents on point-of-care testing, and the expanding scope of researches, regional research centers have yet to be formed.

With the market-oriented application of new technologies and the development of various subjects in hospitals, more and more point-of-care test(POCT) devices appear in medical institutions, as an important method for rapid clinical acquisition of test results. As introduced by the authors, the hospital since 2017, established based on the hospital′s total quality management system, the POCT management committee, and built the hospital′s POCT quality management system. Thanks to its efforts, the hospital has fully standardized the POCT management from equipment procurement, test, maintenance, personnel training and examination, thus further ensuring medical quality.
