Objective: To explore the current status and influencing factors of eating behaviors in adolescents, so as to provide a theoretical foundation for health promotion education among adolescents. Methods: Based on the database from Survey of Chinese Family Health Index (2021), by a random number table method, 1 065 teenagers were selected from the provincial capitals of 22 provinces and 5 autonomous regions in China, as well as 4 municipalities directly under the central government. A general characteristic questionnaire, Patient Health Questionnaire-9 (PHQ-9), Short Form of the Family Health Scale (FHS-SF), 10-item Short Version of the Big Five Personality(BFP-10), Content-based Media Exposure Scale (CM-E) and Sakata Eating Behavior Scale Short Form(EBS-SF) were used to collect information. Multivariate stepwise linear regression analysis was employed to identify and analyze related factors of eating behaviors among adolescents. Receiver operating characteristic was used to validate the predictive ability of the EBS-SF score for overweight and obesity among adolescents. Results: The average scores of BFI-10,C-ME, FHS-SF, PHQ-9 and EBS-SF were (33.08±4.64)(19.20±4.55)(38.48±6.65)(6.09±5.63)(16.75±4.36), respectively. Multivariate linear regression showed that family type (other types), agreeableness, conscientiousness, family health and depression were the main related factors of EBS-SF scores among adolescents( B =2.61,-0.42,0.20,-0.11,0.23, P <0.05).The analysis of receiver operating characteristic curve showed that the EBS-SF scores had a good ability in predicting obesity among male adolescents ( AUC= 0.73, P <0.01). Conclusions Family type, big five personality, family health,depression are the related factors of eating behaviors among adolescents. EBS-SF scores are predictive of obesity in adolescents, which would provide a new perspective for promoting healthy eating habits among adolescents.

The study explores the traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） diagnostic and treatment approach to coronary microvascular disease （CMVD） from the perspective of "disharmony of blood collaterals and dysfunction of qi transformation". It is proposed that the core pathogenesis of CMVD lies in these two mechanisms. From an integrative medicine perspective， different CMVD types are analyzed based on their specific pathogenesis. Through clinical practice， four targeted treatment methods， i.e. warming， unblocking， tonifying， and activating， are formulated. CMVD caused by atherosclerosis is primarily associated with myocardial ischemia， myocardial infarction， and coronary revascularization， with corresponding pathological mechanisms of latent pathogenic obstruction， toxic accumulation in the collaterals， and deficiency with collateral stasis. The disease progression exhibits characteristics of correlation， staging， and transformation. Accordingly， treatment principles include warming to assist qi transformation， unblocking obstruction and dispelling turbidity， activating to disperse toxic stasis and invigorate collaterals， and tonifying to eliminate stasis and nourish collaterals. For CMVD unrelated to atherosclerosis， attention should be paid to the underlying disease， analyzing the main syndromes of blood and collateral disharmony. An approach combining disease-syndrome differentiation with blood and collateral regulation is emphasized for precise treatment.

Objective: To explore the network structure of eating behaviors with anxiety, depression and perceived stress in adolescents, so as to provide a basis for effective prevention and intervention of eating behavior problems and negative emotions in adolescents. Methods: Based on the Psychology and Behavior Investigation of Chinese Residents (2021) database, the study was conducted among 3 087 adolescents. Sakata Eating Behavior Scale Short From(EBS-SF) was used to investigate their eating behaviors. The Patient Health Questionnaire-9(PHQ-9), Generalized Anxiety Disorder Scale-7 Item(GAD-7), and Perceived Stress Questionnaire-3 Item (PSQ-3) were used to evaluate their depression, anxiety and perceived stress. Network analysis method was applied to construct a network of eating behaviors and negative emotional symptoms among adolescents, so as to evaluate the centrality, bridge strength, stability and accuracy of each item. Results: The total scores of eating behaviors, depression,anxiety and stress perception in adolescents were 17.41±4.53,6.95±6.08,4.86±5.03,9.34±3.80,respectively. The symptom with the highest intensity and expected impact was "I am only satisfied when I buy more food than I need", with a node intensity and expected impact value of 4.37. The nodes Depression and Anxiety were the most closely connected(weight=0.87). There were no statistically significant differences in the network structure( M =0.13,0.11) and network connection strength(female and male:4.16,4.06, s =0.10;urban and rural areas:4.08,4.07, s =0.01) between different sexes and residents ( P >0.05). Conclusion The negative impact of comorbidities such as anxiety, depression, perceived stress and eating behaviors among adolescents can be reduced through targeted prevention and intervention of core symptoms and bridging symptoms.

Objective To construct methoxy polyethylene glycol (mPEG) modified gold nanoparticles (AuNPs) loaded with doxorubicin (DOX) AuNPs-mPEG@DOX in order to reduce the toxicity and side effects of DOX. Methods AuNPs-mPEG@DOX was prepared and characterized by Z-Average, Zeta potential and UV-Vis spectroscopy. The impact of thiol-linked DOX (HS-DOX) at various dosage concentrations on the drug adsorption rate and drug loading of AuNPs-mPEG@DOX was investigated. Furthermore, a HPLC method was developed to accurately determine the content of unadsorbed HS-DOX in AuNPs-mPEG@DOX. The specificity, linearity, precision, stability and average recovery of this method were thoroughly investigated. The cytotoxic effect of AuNPs-mPEG@DOX on MCF-10A and MCF-7 cells was evaluated using a CCK-8 assay. Results AuNPs-mPEG@DOX was successfully prepared with Z-Average of (46.12±0.49) nm, Zeta potential of (18.60±1.51) nm and the maximum absorption wavelength of 530 nm. An efficient HPLC method for the detection of unadsorbed HS-DOX in AuNPs-mPEG@DOX was devised. The optimal dosage concentration of HS-DOX for AuNPs-mPEG@DOX was determined to be 11.18 μg/ml, resulting in a drug adsorption rate of (9.21±2.88)% and a drug loading rate of (2.01±0.62)%. Cytotoxicity experiments demonstrated that AuNPs-mPEG@DOX significantly reduced the toxic and side effects of DOX on normal breast cells. Additionally, AuNPs-mPEG@DOX and free DOX exhibited comparable cytotoxic effects on breast tumor cells when DOX concentration was equal to or greater than 4.75 μmol/L. Conclusion AuNPs-mPEG@DOX effectively reduce the toxicity of DOX, providing a reference for future research on reducing the toxicity of AuNPs-linked drugs.

Although there are continuous progresses in economy and society, the accelerated aging process has brought widespread impacts on various aspects of society and economy in China, especially on the supply of the working-age population. Effectively addressing labor force aging has become an urgent challenge for China's economic and social development. North American countries, particularly the United States and Canada, are also facing severe aging population issues, and have entered an aging society earlier than China. These countries have alleviated labor supply shortages through proactive immigration policies, while implementing flexible retirement, reemployment of elderly individuals, and vocational training policies to effectively encourage elderly workers to remain in their jobs. Additionally, the occupational health programs of large enterprises in North America have yielded positive returns on their health investments. Building upon an overview of the current situation and corresponding measures in response to the aging working-age population in North America, this paper presented constructive recommendations to address the aging population issue in China.

Objective: To investigate the epidemilogical characteristics of pulmonary tuberculosis in Huzhou City, Zhejiang Province from 2014 to 2023, so as to provide the basis for formulating prevention and control measures for the construction of "TB-free city". Methods: The data of pulmonary tuberculosis cases in Huzhou City from 2014 to 2023 was collected through the Infectious Disease Reporting Management System of Chinese Disease Prevention and Control Information System. The onset time, region, and population distribution characteristics of the cases were described. Results: A total of 11 598 cases of pulmonary tuberculosis were reported in Huzhou City from 2014 to 2023, with an average annual incidence of 37.42/105. The reported incidence decreased from 47.50/105 in 2014 to 28.36/105 in 2023 (P<0.05), with an annual decline rate of 5.57%. There were 6 304 etiological positive cases, accounting for 54.35%. The peak season for pulmonary tuberculosis cases was from March to September, with the highest seasonal ratio of 112.48% in May. The average annual reported incidence rates in Anji County and Changxing County were relatively high (46.14/105 and 41.15/105). The reported incidence rate of pulmonary tuberculosis in Huzhou City increased with age (P<0.05), peaking at 97.36/105 in the group aged 75 to <80 years. There were 7 991 male pulmonary tuberculosis cases and 3 607 female cases, with a male-to-female ratio of 2.22∶1. The average annual incidence rates of pulmonary tuberculosis was higher in males than in females (50.39/105 vs. 23.87/105). Farmers were the primary occupation affected, with 6 350 cases accounting for 54.75%. Conclusions The reported incidence rate of pulmonary tuberculosis in Huzhou City decreased from 2014 to 2023, with a high incidence in spring and summer. The incidence rates in Anji County and Changxing County were higher than Huzhou City's average. Male, elderly residents and farmers were the key populations for pulmonary tuberculosis prevention and control.

ObjectiveTo evaluate the clinical effectiveness and safety of Lianling Formula （连苓方） in the treatment of adolescent atopic dermatitis （AD） exacerbation stage with heart fire and spleen deficiency syndrome. MethodsNinety-two patients were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group， with 46 cases in each group. Patients in the control group took oral ebastine tablets， and patients in the treatment group took Lianling Formula orally， and both groups used 0.03% topical tacrolimus for 4 weeks. Before and after treatment， the improvement of scoring atopic dermatitis index by 50% （SCORAD50） and 75% （SCORAD75）， scoring atopic dermatitis index （SCORAD）， visual analog scale （VAS）， traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） symptom score， the children's dermatology life quality index （CDLQI）， Athens insomnia scale （AIS） score of both groups were evaluated， and the adverse reactions in both groups were recorded. ResultsFour cases in the treatment group and five cases in the control group were dropped， and intention-to-treat analysis was used. Finally 46 cases in each group were included in the statistics. The SCORAD scores after treatment were lower than those before treatment， and the scores in treatment group were lower than those of the control group （P＜0.01）； the attainment rates of SCORAD50 and SCORAD75 after treatment in the treatment group were 80.43% and 47.83%， which were significantly higher than those in the control group of 63.04% and 26.09%， respectively （P＜0.05）. VAS scores， TCM symptom scores， CDLQI scores， and AIS scores were lower than those before treatment （P＜0.01）， and VAS scores， TCM symptom scores， and CDLQI scores of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group after treatment （P＜0.05 or P＜0.01）， while AIS scores were higher than those of the control group （P＜0.05）. The erythema， papule/edema， oozing/crusting， epidermal peeling， and dryness in the SCORAD scores of the treatment group after treatment were lower than those before treatment （P＜0.05 or P＜0.01）， and the erythema， papule/edema， oozing/crusting， and dryness of children in the control group were lower than those before treatment （P＜0.05 or P＜0.01）. The scores of erythema， oozing/crusting， and epidermal peeling in the treatment group after treatment were all lower than those in the control group （P＜0.05）. The scores of vexation， itching， dry mouth， poor appetite and irregular bowel movements in terms of TCM symptoms in the treatment group after treatment were lower than those before treatment （P＜0.01）， and the scores of itching， vexation， dark urine in the control group were lower than those before treatment （P＜0.05 or P＜0.01）. The scores of itching， dry mouth， poor appetite， irregular bowel movements， and dark urine in the treatment group after treatment were all lower than that in the control group （P＜0.05 or P＜0.01）. No adverse reactions occurred in both groups of children during treatment. ConclusionLianling Formula combined with topical tacrolimus can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of adolescent AD exacerbation with heart fire and spleen deficiency syndrome， and the formula is effective and safe in improving the children's skin lesions， reducing itching， relieving the accompanied TCM symptoms， and improving the quality of life.

Objective:This study aimed to explore the status of radiological Kashin-Beck disease (KBD) among school-aged children in Chamdo City, Tibet, through a 3-year monitoring survey, providing epidemiological evidence for prevention and control strategies.Methods:The target areas for this study were Luolong, Bianba, and Basu counties in Chamdo City, Tibet Autonomous Region, identified as having the most severe historical cases of KBD. Children aged 7-12 years attending school were enrolled as study subjects. Anteroposterior X-ray films of the right-hand were taken, and radiological diagnoses were made based on the "Diagnosis of Kashin-Beck Disease" criteria (WS/T 207-2010). Two experienced researchers independently reviewed the X-rays, and intra- and inter-group consistency were assessed using weighted Kappa values and percentage agreement. Cross-sectional surveys were conducted in 2017 and 2020 to describe the X-ray detection rates of KBD, and logistic regression analysis was employed to construct a predictive model of risk factors for radiological KBD cases.Results:In 2017, a total of 5,711 children aged 7-12 years in Chamdo City, Tibet, participated in the baseline cross-sectional survey (average age 9.2 years, 48.0% female), with 28 cases of radiological KBD. The age- and gender-standardized prevalence rate was 0.527%. In 2020, 6,771 participants (average age 9.3 years, 49.5% female) underwent a second cross-sectional survey, with 9 cases of radiological KBD and a standardized prevalence rate of 0.134%. Logistic regression analysis indicated that older age [ OR=2.439, 95% CI(1.299, 4.580), P=0.006] and female gender [ OR=8.157, 95% CI(1.016, 65.528), P=0.048] were independent risk factors for radiological KBD cases. Conversely, higher residential altitude, under the premise of Tibet's high altitude, was a protective factor [ OR=0.995, 95% CI(0.990, 0.999), P=0.032). Conclusion:The radiographically positive detection rate of KBD among school-aged children in Chamdo City, Tibet Autonomous Region, is at an extremely low level and showing a declining trend, reaching the historical standard in 2020. Considering the absence of positive signs in affected children, it suggests that local KBD has been effectively eliminated.

Based on the clinical thinking of combining diseases and patterns， we combined disease identification， pattern differentiation， and constitution identification， and put forward the theory of identifying and treating critical hypertension， which is "examining the symptoms first， identifying the constitutions as reference， and combining the diseases and patterns". Firstly， the starting point of identifying the disease is to examine the symptoms， and those with precise diagnosis and strong specificity will be diagnosed with the disease， while those with relatively broad diagnosis and fuzzy characteristics will be emphasised on identifying constitutions and differentiating patterns. Focusing on the impact of constitution identification on disease identification and pattern differentiation， constitution identification could be the basis when no symptoms to identify， and based on the theory of "constitution-disease correlation" and "constitution-pattern correlation" to improve the understanding of borderline hypertension from the group and individual level， which helps to identify and predict the development of the diseases and patterns； if the symptoms are complicated and difficult to identify， it is necessary to take syndrome as the outline， use the syndrome to unify the disease， and then refer to the constitution to legislate and prescribe medications. This paper summarizes the traditional Chinese medicine clinical differentiation and treatment strategy of borderline hypertension clear and easy to grasp， with a view to provide a feasible and efficient reference for prevention and treatment of borderline hypertension with traditional Chinese medicine.

Objective To establish a method for the simultaneous determination of DOX·HCl and LND. Methods HPLC was performed on Agilent 5 HC-C₁₈（2） （4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 µm） column. The mobile phase was methanol-0.1% TFA aqueous solution, and the gradient elution procedure were: 0 to 3 min, 65% methanol; 3 to 7 min, 65%→90% methanol; 7 to 13 min, 90% methanol; 13 to 15 min, 90%→65% methanol; 15 to 20 min, 65% methanol. The collection time was 20 min, the balance time was 3 min, the UV detection wavelengths were 205 nm and 253 nm. The flow rate was 1.0 ml/min and the column temperature was 35℃. The amount of inlet was 10 µl. Results The method was highly specific, and both DOX·HCl and LND exhibited good linearity in the concentration range of 1-40 µg/ml and 6-240 µg/ml, respectively. The two compounds’ precision, stability, and recovery satisfied the requirements of the method. Conclusion This study established a HPLC method that was suitable for the simultaneous detection of DOX·HCl and LND. This method’s high level of specificity, accuracy, and reliability .
