Objective: To explore effects and maintenance of school based sexual abuse prevention programs for minors, so as to provide scientific evidences for optimizing intervention design and policy making. Methods: Six Chinese and English databases were searched, including CNKI, Wanfang Database, Medline (via PubMed), Embase, Cochrane Library and Web of Science, with the time frame set from database inception to December 31, 2024. Studies on school based sexual abuse prevention programs for minors were selected, and data on knowledge, attitudes and skills related to sexual abuse prevention were extracted. Meta analysis was performed using Stata 17. Results: A total of 26 studies were included. The Meta analysis results showed that school based sexual abuse prevention programs improved participants knowledge ( SMD=1.24, 95%CI =0.96-1.52), attitudes ( SMD=0.62, 95%CI =0.19-1.04) and skills ( SMD=0.66, 95%CI =0.50-0.83) (all P <0.01). During the overall follow up, the maintenance rates for knowledge, attitudes, and skills were 0.97(95% CI =0.95-1.00), 0.99(95% CI =0.95-1.04) and 1.01(95% CI =0.99-1.04), respectively, with no statistically significant differences (all P >0.05). However, knowledge retention declined significantly when follow up exceeded three months ( R=0.91, 95%CI=0.83-0.99, P <0.01), while skills retention ( R=0.94, 95%CI=0.87-1.02, P = 0.23) remained higher than knowledge and attitudes ( R=0.98, 95%CI=0.96-1.00, P =0.13), demonstrating stronger long term effects. Conclusion School based sexual abuse prevention programs are effective in enhancing participants knowledge, attitudes and skills, but the intervention effects diminish over time, particularly in knowledge retention.

The Rh blood grouping system is a critical standardized test in transfusion medicine,espe-cially for the cases related to haemolytic transfusion reactions and neonatal haemolytic disease caused by clinical RhD blood group incompatibility.In the present case report,we presented two cases with the un-common RHD gene variation RHD*DEL37.The blood samples of the two subjects were mistakenly iden-tified as RhD-negative through conventional serological testing.Firstly,both blood samples were tested negative for the RhD antigen using traditional tube test and gel microcolumn methods.The phenotyping of RhCE were identified as ccEe and ccee for each sample,respectively.Secondly,genetic analysis was performed using polymerase chain reaction-sequence specific prime(PCR-SSP)which revealed that nei-ther sample belonging to the several common RHD gene variants which was found in Asia.Moreover,they turned out to be positive for the RHD haplotype,which indicated that exons 1-10 on one of the RHD al-leles were entirely absent.In addition,a T＞C mutation was observed at bases 1154-31 in intron 8 of the other allele,which was located at the intron 8 breakpoint.This result was obtained after further Sanger sequencing of exons 1-10 of the RHD gene.The mutant allele was designated as RHD*DEL37 by the International Society of Blood Transfusion(ISBT)and was identified as D-elute(Del)by phenotype ana-lysis.Both samples were genotyped as RHD*DEL37 and showed positive results.In summary,the true genotype of the two blood samples,of which the screening results only using serological testing method was negative,were RHD*DEL37/RHD-(RHD*01N.01).Notably,this kind of genotype was reported for the first time in Chinese population.Moreover,the two individuals did not have ties of consanguinity,indicating that some of the Chinese individuals could be carriers of the genetic mutation.Therefore,it might be necessary to further confirm the frequency of this mutation in the Chinese population and the possibility of homozygosity for this mutation.This report identifies infrequent RHD gene mutation samples by coupling molecular biology and serological methods to prevent misclassification of blood groups.Com-bining serological and molecular biology test results to determine blood group is critical in protecting pa-tients during clinical transfusion procedures.

The correspondence between prescription and syndrome is the advantage and characteristic of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)treatment.However,the pathogenesis of clinical diseases is complex and the condition is changeable,and the clinical application is difficult to achieve the maximum effect under the existing cognition of the correspondence between prescription and syndrome.In this paper,the five categories of physiological characteristics,pathological characteristics,constitution,syndrome,and disease of the longitudinal classification of"TCM state"are introduced into the correspondence of prescription and syndrome.Under the vertical perspective of"TCM state",the theoretical connotation of the correspondence between prescription and syndrome is interpreted as"correspondence between prescription and state",namely correspondence of"prescription-physiological characteristics",correspondence of"prescription-pathological characteristics",correspondence of"prescription-constitution",correspondence of"prescription-syndrome",and correspondence of"prescription-disease".It is hoped to accurately grasp the corresponding connotation of the correspondence between prescription and syndrome,in order to deepen the clinical thinking mode of TCM.

Based on the"You Gu Wu Yun"theory in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),this paper believes that"Gu"in"You Gu Wu Yun"is extended to"state"from the perspective of"TCM state".In order to avoid the adverse reactions of TCM,the macro,meso,and micro three views should be used together,and macro,meso,and micro parameters should be integrated.We should also carefully identify the physiological characteristics,pathological characteristics,constitution,syndrome,and disease of human body by combining qualitative and quantitative method,highlighting the relationship between the prescription and the"state".The correspondence between prescription and the"state"will reduce the risk of adverse reactions of TCM.In this paper,we hope to focus on the guiding role of the"You Gu Wu Yun"theory in TCM research,to give full play to the characteristics and advantages of TCM,and to dialectically treat the role of TCM.

Chronic pancreatitis is a refractory disease that severely affects the quality of life of patients. At present, the step-by-step approach of "medicine-endoscopy-surgery" is the main mode of treatment for this disease. However, with deepening understanding of the disease, especially in-depth study of its mechanism of pain, traditional treatment strategy has also undergone novel changes. The concept and practice of early surgery have shown unique advantages in the full-course treatment of chronic pancreatitis. In this article, focusing on the efficacy of early surgical intervention and the selection of surgical approaches, the significance and value of early surgery were deeply discussed, and the optimal treatment combining with suitable surgical approaches for patients with chronic pancreatitis under different circumstances was summarized.

Objective To investigate the value of serum hepatitis B virus(HBV)RNA for predicting hepatitis B virus e antigen(HBeAg)clearance and seroconversion after nucleoside(acid)analogs(NAs)treatment in patients with chronic hepatitis B(CHB).Methods Serum samples were collected from 178 CHB patients who received NAs monotherapy in Weihai Hospital affiliated to Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February 12,2017 to February 21,2019.Serum HBV RNA levels were analyzed by real-time fluorescence-based quantitative PCR at baseline and after NAs treatment.Results The patients with HBeAg clearance and seroconversion showed significantly lower serum HBV RNA levels at baseline,6 months and 12 months of treatment compared with those without HBeAg clearance and seroconversion(P＜0.001).During follow-up,the patients with lower baseline HBV RNA levels had higher rate of cumulative HBeAg clearance(Log Rank x2=11.282,P=0.001)or seroconversion(Log Rank x2=10.739,P=0.001)than the patients with higher baseline HBV RNA levels.Cox regression model analysis indicated that serum HBV RNA levels at baseline,6 months and 12 months of treatment were an independent predictor for HBeAg clearance and seroconversion in CHB patients(P＜0.05).The area under the ROC curve(AUC)of baseline serum HBV RNA level was 0.808(95％CI:0.743-0.872)for predicting HBeAg clearance and 0.824(95％CI:0.763-0.885)for predicting seroconversion.The AUC of HBV RNA level at 6 months of treatment was 0.830(95％CI:0.765-0.894)for predicting HBeAg clearance and 0.732(95％CI:0.657-0.808)for predicting seroconversion.The AUC of HBV RNA level at 12 months of treatment was 0.737(95％CI:0.641-0.833)for predicting HBeAg clearance and 0.757(95％CI:0.671-0.842)for predicting seroconversion.The AUC of baseline HBV RNA level combined with HBV RNA decline at 6 months of treatment was 0.856(95％CI:0.795-0.917)for predicting HBeAg clearance and 0.864(95％CI:0.802-0.926)for predicting seroconversion.The AUC of baseline HBV RNA level combined with HBV RNA decline at 12 months of treatment was 0.881(95％CI:0.826-0.936)for predicting HBeAg clearance and 0.848(95％CI:0.784-0.911)for predicting seroconversion.Conclusions Serum HBV RNA levels have high predictive value for HBeAg clearance and seroconversion after NAs therapy in CHB patients,suggesting that HBV RNA levels are helpful for identifying non-responders and informing combination therapy.

Objective:To explore the effect path of death attitude and purpose in life on attitude toward hospice care of undergraduate intern nursing students.Methods:This study was a cross-sectional study. Using the convenient sampling method, a total of 229 undergraduate intern nursing students from two schools in Hefei, Anhui Province were selected as the research objects from October to December 2022. General data questionnaire, Chinese Version of Frommelt Attitudes Toward Care of the Dying Scale Form B (FATCOD-B-C), Chinese Version of Death Attitude Profile-Revised (DAP-R) Scale and Chinese Version of Purpose in Life Test (PIL-C) were used to investigate. Pearson correlation analysis was used to explore the correlation between death attitudes, purpose in life and attitude toward hospice care among undergraduate intern nursing students. Structural equation model was used to examine the path relationship between attitude towards death and purpose in life on attitude toward hospice care.Results:A total of 229 questionnaires were sent out in this study, and 214 were effectively recovered, with an effective recovery rate of 93.45% (214/229). Among 214 undergraduate intern nursing students, the scores of FATCOD-B-C, Chinese Version DAP-R Scale, and PIL-C were (101.06±8.16), (91.21±12.13) and (94.45±11.90), respectively. The results of Pearson correlation analysis showed that the purpose in life was positively correlated with attitude toward hospice care ( r=0.290, P<0.01), while the attitude to death was negatively correlated with attitude toward hospice care ( r=-0244, P<0.01). The results of structural equation model path analysis showed that the purpose in life (life goal, life attitude) can affect attitude toward hospice care through death attitude (escape acceptance, natural acceptance, fear of death) . Conclusions:Effective interventions on purpose in life and attitude towards death of undergraduate intern nursing students can improve their attitudes toward hospice care .

SUN gene is a group of key genes regulating plant growth and development. Here, SUN gene families of strawberry were identified from the genome of the diploid Fragaria vesca, and their physicochemical properties, genes structure, evolution and genes expression were also analyzed. Our results showed that there were thirty-one FvSUN genes in F. vesca and the FvSUNs encoded proteins were classified into seven groups, and the members in the same group showed high similarity in gene structures and conservative motifs. The electronic subcellular localization of FvSUNs was mainly in the nucleus. Collinearity analysis showed that the members of FvSUN gene family were mainly expanded by segmental duplication in F. vesca, and Arabidopsis and F. vesca shared twenty-three pairs of orthologous SUN genes. According to the expression pattern in different tissues shown by the transcriptome data of F. vesca, the FvSUNs gene can be divided into three types: (1) expressed in nearly all tissues, (2) hardly expressed in any tissues, and (3) expressed in special tissues. The gene expression pattern of FvSUNs was further verified by quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction (qRT-PCR). Additionally, the seedlings of F. vesca were treated by different abiotic stresses, and the expression level of 31 FvSUNs genes were assayed by qRT-PCR. The expression of most of the tested genes was induced by cold, high salt or drought stress. Our studies may facilitate revealing the biological function and molecular mechanism of SUN genes in strawberry.

In order to optimize the undergraduate teaching methods and improve students' comprehensive competitiveness, this study explored the scientific research training methods of medical laboratory undergraduates during medical internship. On the premise of ensuring that students carry out clinical practice according to the internship plan, the research group leads students to carry out scientific research training in their spare time. The scientific research training was divided into two stages. In the first stage, on the basis of informed consent and independent choice, the students in the control group were trained by self-regulated learning and teachers' question answering, while the students in the experimental group were trained by the way of centralized scientific research lectures and scientific research practice. In the second stage, all the students were in independent research and exploration under the guidance of teachers within 5 months. The results showed that in the process of independent research, the time of topic selection in the experimental group [(3.5±1.1) days] was significantly shorter than that in the control group [( 5.4 ± 1.9) days], and the time of topic design in the experimental group [(12.2±2.5) days] was significantly shorter than that in the control group [(14.6±3.1) days]. It shows that carrying out scientific research training in the medical internship stage of undergraduates is helpful to increase the efficiency of students' later independent research and accelerate the process of independent research.

Objective:To evaluate the necessity, safety and efficacy of endovascular treatment for cerebral infarction caused by middle cerebral artery (MCA) stenosis with hypoperfusion in the blood supply area of the lenticulostriate artery.Methods:The clinical and surgical data of patients with MCA atherosclerotic disease who underwent endovascular treatment in the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from January 2014 to October 2021 were retrospectively analyzed. A total of 6 patients with cerebral infarction caused by MCA stenosis with hypoperfusion in the blood supply area of the lenticulostriate artery were selected. The preoperative and postoperative clinical imaging characteristics, perioperative complications and follow-up of these 6 patients were summarized and evaluated.Results:After the endovascular treatment, the imaging of the lenticulostriate artery in all the 6 patients was clearer than that before the operation, and the number of main trunks of the lenticulostriate artery shown by imaging in 2 patients was more than that before operation. The computer tomography perfusion of 6 patients after the endovascular treatment showed that perfusion in the supply area of the lenticulostriate artery was significantly improved compared with pre-operation. No stroke, transient ischemic attack (TIA) and death occurred during the perioperative period. The time of clinical follow-up was 360 (322, 495) days, and there were no stroke, TIA or death occurring in the corresponding artery. All the 6 patients underwent imaging follow-up, of which 3 patients underwent digital subtraction angiography and 3 underwent CT angiography. The lumen of the target vessels showed patency in all patients.Conclusions:With rigorous imaging evaluation, endovascular treatment may be safe and effective for cerebral infarction caused by MCA stenosis with hypoperfusion in the blood supply area of the lenticulostriate artery.
