Objective:To establish a Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) method for rapid identification of Cremastrae Pseudobulbus Pleiones Pseudobulbus and its adulterants.Methods:The Fourier transform infrared spectra of Cremastrae Pseudobulbus Pleiones Pseudobulbus and its adulterants were established, and the second derivative spectral analysis, clustering analysis, principal component analysis, opls-da and cluster independent soft mode classification model were analyzed to explore the difference characteristic peaks of Cremastrae Pseudobulbus Pleiones Pseudobulbus and its adulterants.Results:The first order infrared spectrum showed that the peak shape and peak intensity of Cremastrae Pseudobulbus Pleiones Pseudobulbus and its adulterants were different. Clustering analysis, principal component analysis and OPLS-DA results showed that Cremastrae Pseudobulbus Pleiones Pseudobulbus and its adulterants showed good clustering characteristics. SIMCA method was used to construct the model, and the accuracy of the training set and the verification set were 100%, which further verified the feasibility of this method in identifying the authenticity of Cremastrae Pseudobulbus Pleiones Pseudobulbus.Conclusions:The second-order infrared spectroscopy can accurately distinguish the differences between Cremastrae Pseudobulbus Pleiones Pseudobulbus and its adulterants. The method is fast and accurate, and can be used for the authenticity identification of Cremastrae Pseudobulbus Pleiones Pseudobulbus.

【Objective】 To summarize the clinicopathological features and prognosis of young patients (18-40 years old) with non-clear cell renal cell carcinoma (nccRCC) treated in a single center to provide reference for the diagnosis and treatment of similar patients. 【Methods】 Clinical data of 113 nccRCC patients treated during Jan. 2012 and Aug. 2022 were retrospectively analyzed, including 57 males (50.4%) and 56 females (49.6%). The average age of onset was (31.6±5.8) years. Among all patients, 57 had lesions (50.4%) on the left side, and 56 (49.6%) on the right side. Young patients undergoing renal cancer surgery accounted for approximately 12.4% of the total number of renal cancer patients undergoing surgery, and nccRCC accounted for 34.8% of the total number of cases. 【Results】 Minimally invasive surgery (laparoscopic or robot-assisted) was performed in 102 cases (90.3%), and open surgery in 11 cases (9.7%). Fifty-five cases (48.7%) underwent partial nephrectomy and 58 (51.3%) radical nephrectomy. Among them, 11 patients (9.7%) developed tumor thrombi. All surgeries were successful with no serious complications. The pathological types included 32 cases (28.3%) of chromophobe renal cell carcinoma, 25 cases (22.1%) of MiT family translocation renal cell carcinoma, and 20 cases (17.7%) of papillary renal cell carcinoma. The total proportion of the three pathological subtypes reached 68.1%. After 46 (2-115) months of follow-up, 8 cases (7.8%, 8/102) developed tumor metastasis and 2 died. 【Conclusion】 The nccRCC is rare in young patients. The major pathological type is chromophobe, and the major treatment method is minimally invasive surgery. Most pathological types have good long-term prognosis, while patients with tumor thrombi have a high risk of metastasis and poor prognosis.

Voice recognition is a key skill for successful human communication,but patients with voice recog-nition defects often suffer from the inability to accurately identify the speaker's identity.Phonagnosia refers to the difficulty in identifying a speaker by voice alone when hearing ability is not impaired.From the perspective of brain injury,the symptoms can be divided into congenital phonagnosia and developmental phonagnosia,and congenital phonagnosia is related to the dysfunction of the functional connection between the temporal lobe and the amygdala.The damaged brain areas in patients with acquired speech recognition defect mainly include the temporal lobe and the frontal lobe.In the future,more attention should be paid to the screening methods,neural mechanisms and differ-ences between patients with speech recognition deficiency and other patients with hearing and cognitive impairment.

With the gradual improvement of medical informatization and the vigorous development of medical and health big data，the exploration and practice of real -world research are becoming more and more mature ，and real -world data have become an important source of evidence for post marketing re -evaluation of drugs . As an important high -quality real -world medical data ， electronic medical record data is an indispensable data source for post marketing re -evaluation of drugs . Most of the existing guidelines and norms of real -world research are designed from the perspective of prospective research ，and do not propose specific measures and methods in the implementation of retrospective research ，especially for the operation suggestions on the technical level of using conventionally collected electronic medical record data . In combination with the operational process framework formulated by the existing guidelines and norms ，this paper creatively adds the operating procedures for dataE- validation，data integration ，data verification ，and throughout quality control ，data management and storage of retrospectiveelectronic medical record data ，and describes the data analysis methods and key points involved in carrying out multi -center retrospective real -world research using electronic medical record data ，taking the post marketing safety research of drugs as an example. Finally，the full process operation procedure applicable to the use of multi -center retrospective electronic medical record data is established .

The quantity of biomass, glucose concentration and ethanol concentration are important parameters in ethanol fermentation. Traditional methods are usually based on samples for off-line measurement, which not only requires multiple instruments for test and analysis but also consumes notable time and effort, and therefore is inconvenient for real-time process control and optimization. In this study, an in-situ detection method based on the near-infrared (NIR) spectroscopy is proposed for measuring the above process parameters in real time. The in-situ measurement is carried out by using an immersion type NIR spectroscopy. A multi-output prediction model for simultaneously estimating the quantity of glucose, biomass and ethanol is established based on a multi-output least-squares support vector regression algorithm. The experimental results show that the proposed method can precisely measure the quantity of glucose, biomass and ethanol during the ethanol fermentation process. Compared to the existing partial-least-squares method for modeling and prediction of individual components, the proposed method could evidently improve the measurement accuracy and reliability.
