OBJECTIVE:
To explore the rules of acupoint selection and compatibility of acupuncture and moxibustion in treatment of chronic cough using data mining.
METHODS:
The ancient and modern medical record cloud platform, and the databases, i.e. CNKI, Wanfang, VIP, EMbase, Web of Science and PubMed, were searched to screen the ancient and modern literature on acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of chronic cough. The prescription database was established for acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of chronic cough, and the analysis conducted on the frequency and use percentage in the aspects of intervention measures, acupoint selection, acupoint distribution, meridian tropism, special points and acupoint combination, as well as the association rules and clustering rules of acupoint selection. The subgroup analysis was performed in accordance with the etiology of chronic cough and intervention measures.
RESULTS:
A total of 106 articles were included and 158 prescriptions were extracted. The intervention measures were acupuncture, moxibustion, herbal medication and the combination of several measures. The high-frequency acupoints included Feishu (BL13), Zusanli (ST36), Dazhui (GV14), Pishu (BL20), Danzhong (CV17), Shenshu (BL23), Lieque (LU7), Dingchuan (EX-B1), Tiantu (CV22), and Fenglong (ST40). These acupoints are mainly distributed on the back, lumbar region, chest and abdomen. The involved meridians were bladder meridian of foot-taiyang, conception vessel, and lung meridian of hand-taiyin. The special points covered back-shu points, crossing points and five-shu point. Regarding the compatibility of acupoints, the combination of upper and lower points, and the combination of front and back points were predominant in treatment. The analysis of association rules found that the support of Feishu (BL13)→Zusanli (ST36) was the highest; the cluster analysis obtained 8 clusters of acupoints. The acupoint compatibility and overall rules were similar when cough variant asthma (CVA) or the mixed reasons were involved, and the local treatment approach was adopted if the etiology of disease was related to upper airway cough syndrome (UACS) and gastroesophageal reflux cough (GERC). The acupoint selection was similar among different intervention measures. When two kinds of measures were combined in treatment, Feishu (BL13), Pishu (BL20) and Zusanli (ST36) were the most common.
CONCLUSION
In treatment with acupuncture and moxibustion for chronic cough, the acupoints are selected on the affected local area, depending on syndrome differentiation, and focusing on back-shu points. The main acupoints are Feishu (BL13), Zusanli (ST36), Dazhui (GV14), Pishu (BL20), Danzhong (CV17) and Shenshu (BL23). The combined therapy is dominant with acupuncture, moxibustion and herbal medicine involved.

Objective:To investigate the epidemiology of human papillomavirus (HPV) infection and gene subtypes among women in Qingdao form 2015 to 2019, so as to provide scientific support for the prevention and treatment of HPV related cervical cancer in Qingdao. Methods:A total of 26396 female cervical exfoliated cell specimens were collected at the Affiliated Hospital of Qingdao University from January 2015 to October 2019, then 17 high-risk HPV genotypes and 6 low-risk HPV genotypes were detected by PCR and reverse dot blot in vitro, and prevalence and year, genotype and age distribution were analyzed. Results:The total prevalence of HPV was 18.17%. The prevalence of single infection, double infection and multiple infection were 13.41%, 3.40% and 1.35% respectively. The infection rate of 7 high-risk subtypes (HPV52, 16, 58, 53, 56, 51, 68) and 3 low-risk subtypes (HPV81, 42, 43) exceeded 1%. The HPV prevalence of different age groups was significantly different and the prevalence showed a bimodal pattern among different age groups. There were two peaks in the ≤25 years group and 46-50 years group, which were 23.61% and 19.63% respectively. There was no significant difference in genotype distribution among different age groups. Conclusions:The cervical HPV infection rate of women in Qingdao is at a medium level, and single infection is the main pattern in different genotypes and age groups. In addition to the vaccine coverage subtypes, the prevalence of other subtypes such as HPV 53, 56, 51 and 68 in this region is also high. Therefore, regular HPV screening is still needed after vaccination to find out HPV genotypes which are not covered by the vaccine. It is suggested that the government optimize the HPV vaccine coverage genotypes to prevent the occurrence of HPV infection associated with cervical cancer.

Objective To compare the effect of mediastinal lymph node dissection by video -assisted thora-coscopic surgery (VATS)with thoracotomy in the treatment of lung cancer. Methods 96 patients with non -small cell lung cancer were collected.Patients undergoing VATS were matched with those undergoing thoracotomy in terms of gender, age, clinical tumor stage, tumor location and surgical procedure. Results After matching,48 patients in VATS group and 48 patients in open group were eligible for analysis. In the VATS and open groups, the mean total numbers of dissected lymph nodes were (27.2 ±7.4)and (28.8 ±10.6)(P =0.507),the numbers of N1 nodes were (9.4 ±4.0)and (8.3 ±4.6)(P =0.323).And the number of N2 nodes was similar between the VATS and open group [(18.5 ±6.9)vs (21.3 ±9.9),P =0.201].No significant differences were observed between the two groups(all P >0.05 ).But the days of the postoperation and the chest tube indwelling in thoracotomy group were (8.1 ±3.9)and (7.3 ±4.4)days,which in the VATS group were (6.8 ±3.5)and (5.6 ±3.5),the VATS group had more advantages than the thoracotomy group(P <0.05).The intraoperative blood loss more than 400mL and peri-operative blood transfusion rate of the thoracotomy group were 27.38% and 25.00%,those of the VATS group were 7.03% and 8.60% respectively, which in thoracotomy group were higher than the VATS group. Conclusion Under-go our retrospective study, after mature VATS to treat lung cancer, with regard to the number of the dissected lymph nodes,VATS lobectomy can achieve complete mediastinal lymph node dissection compared with the traditional approach. There are more advantages by VATS in the complications.

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of different methods of dressing on the wound after local debridement of dia-betic foot. Methods A total of 53 patients which underwent local debridement of diabetic foot were divided into control group and treatment group. Patients in control group were dressed on traditional measurement, while patients in the treatment group were dressed on the external medicinal wine for the diabetic foot basic on the traditional treatment. The local transcutaneous oxygen partial pressure, ulcer healing rate,av-erage healing time and the amputation rate were observed. Results The healing rate and percutaneous oxygen partial pressure of the treat-ment group were significantly increased than those in the control group (P<0. 05). The average healing time and amputation rate of the treat-ment group were significantly less than those in the control group (P<0. 05). Conclusion Dressing on external medicinal wine after local debridement of diabetic foot can improve the wound healing in the diabetic foot.
