Guided by the theory of turbid pathogen disturbing clarity， this paper holds that the pathogenesis of otolith disorders involves the failure of clear yang to ascend and the internal generation of phlegm-turbidity as the initiating factors. The clinical manifestations are characterized by the intermingling of phlegm and fluid， as well as the disturbance between turbid and clear substances， while the root lies in spleen-kidney deficiency and depletion of primordial qi. Treatment strategies are formulated according to the different stages of the disease： in the acute phase， therapy focuses on warming and resolving phlegm-fluid retention， using a modified combination of Linggui Zhugan Decoction （苓桂术甘汤） and Zexie Decoction （泽泻汤）； in the residual phase， the approach shifts to tonifying qi and uplifting clear yang， with a modified combination of Shengxian Decoction （升陷汤） and Shengmai Power （生脉散）； in the consolidation phase， therapy aims to tonify the kidney and replenish essence， employing a modified version of Qiju Dihuang Pill （杞菊地黄丸）.

[Objective]Based on New Quality Productivity Theory,to explore the approaches to promote the development of mathematical traditional Chinese medicine,and provide contemporary thinkings and references for the modernization of traditional Chinese medicine.[Methods]Through literature investigation,logical analysis and other methods,this paper clarifies the connotation of mathematical traditional Chinese medicine and its correlation with the new quality productivity of traditional Chinese medicine,and explores the development approaches of mathematical traditional Chinese medicine from the dynamic dimension of New Quality Productivity Theory.[Results]New Quality Productivity Theory outlines three development approaches for mathematical traditional Chinese medicine:Firstly,the new paradigm of scientific research of traditional Chinese medicine based on mathematics and physics is established as the basis of ideological and technological innovation;the second is to promote the integration of mathematical traditional Chinese medicine and modern technology to innovate the allocation of production factors;the third is to do a good job of mathematical Chinese medicine to participate in the aging society governance and rural revitalization as two major missions,in order to promote the transformation and upgrading of mathematical traditional Chinese medicine's service model.[Conclusion]The development of new quality productivity and mathematical traditional Chinese medicine have internal correspondence and resonance,and the development of Chinese medicine's new quality productivity is the theoretical and practical direction of mathematical traditional Chinese medicine.

At the same time, a dual-layer structure of " management-execution" and five functional systems of organization, standardization, implementation, supervision, and guarantee should be constructed in the tool dimension guided by the integration of three-governance in public hospitals. Objective To explore the characteristic manifestations of breast malignant isodense masses using mammography. Methods 121 breast isodense masses with pathological confirmations were collected.Compared indicators with pathological findings were the tumor size,shape,edge,structure changes around the mass,axillary lymph nodes,skin changes,nipple changes,suspi-cious malignant calcification.χ2 test and Logistic regression analysis were used to evaluate the diagnostic values of each indicator.Re-sults In the 121 isodense masses,73 were benign,48 were malignant tumors.According to χ2 test analysis,factors impacted the nature of mass including:tumor morphology (χ2 =14.376,P =0.002),tumor edge (χ2 = 21.555,P =0.000),structure twisted surrounding the mass (χ2 =26.939,P =0.000),axillary lymph nodes (χ2 =1 6.285,P =0.000),skin thickening (χ2 =4.698,P =0.030).According to multivariate binary Logistic regression analysis,risk factors of the Logistic regression model included:edge infiltrating of mass (P =0.014),structure twisted surrounding the mass (P =0.003),axillary lymph nodes (P =0.026).Conclusion The characteristic manifestations of breast malignant isodense masses include edge infiltrating,structure twisted surrounding the mass,axillary lymph nodes.These manifestations are of great significance in differential diagnosis of breast isodense masses.
