Fear of disease progression(FoP)is a common psychological state among patients with coronary heart dis-ease(CHD),which exists throughout the course of disease and seriously affects the prognosis.High level of FoP not only harms the mental health of patients but also do not benefit their rehabilitation after discharge. This concept was first proposed by foreign researchers studying the psychological state of cancer patients. In recent years, there have been numerous studies on the influencing factors and qualitative aspects of FoP in CHD patients, while related inter-vention studies remain few. This paper reviews the concept, scales and related influencing factors of FoP,providing ideas for medical staff to provide targeted interventions for CHD patients.

Aim To study whether intravenous injec-tion of miR-129-3p mimetic(agomir)can resist bone loss caused by hind limb disuse, and to provide new i-deas for preventing bone loss in microgravity environ-ment.Methods Forty-eight C57BL/6J male mice were randomly divided into the control group(CON),tail suspension model group(TS),tail suspension+miR-129-3p agomir administration group(miRNA)and tail suspension+miR-129-3p negative sequence agomir control group(NC).The miRNA group was given 4 mg·kg-1 miR-129-3p agomir by intravenous injection into the medial canthus twice a week. The NC agomir group were consistent with those in the miR-129-3p agomir group, and the CON and TS groups were given only equal volumes of normal saline. After four weeks, all mice were sacrificed and samples were collected.Micro-CT scan of femur,three-point femur bending test, serum bone metabolism index detection, oxidative stress index detection and osteogenesis-related protein expression analysis in bone tissue were per-formed.Results After four weeks, the number of tra-becular bone in the TS group was significantly re-duced,and Tb.BMD,Tb.Th,Tb.N,Tb.BS/TV and Tb.BV/TV were significantly lower than those in the CON group(P<0.01).While Tb.Sp TS group was significantly higher than the CON group(P<0.05),the maximum load and flexural strength of the femur significantly decreased(P<0.01),the content of ser-um bone formation index PINP was significantly lower than that of the CON group(P<0.01),and the con-tent of bone resorption index CTX-I was significantly higher than that of the CON group(P<0.01),the content of serum oxidative damage indexes 8-iso-PGF2α and 8-OHdG significantly increased(P<0.01),and the expression of osteogenesis-related pro-teins in bone tissue markedly decreased(P<0.01).However,the increase or decrease of all indexes in miRNA group was significantly lower than that in TS group. Conclusions miR-129-3p mimetic can signifi-cantly reduce bone loss caused by hind limb disuse. This experiment provides a new idea and method for preventing bone loss in microgravity environment.

Aim To investigate the intervention effect of Rehmannia radix water extract on bleomycin(BLM)-induced pulmonary fibrosis in mice combined with metabolomics and to reveal the potential mechanism,in order to provide new ideas for clinical treatment of pul-monary fibrosis. Methods Male C57BL/6N mice were randomly divided into the control group, model group, pirfenidone group(positive control,PFD,270 mg·kg-1),and low dose(DH-L,4.55 g·kg-1)group,medium dose(DH-M,9.1 g·kg-1)group and high dose(DH-H,18.2 g·kg-1)group of Rehman-nia.Except for the control group,BLM(5 mg·kg-1)was instilled into the trachea to establish the model of pulmonary fibrosis in the other groups. The survival rate, lung index and blood oxygen saturation of mice in each group were evaluated.HE and Masson staining were used to observe the pathological changes of lung tissue.WBP was used to detect lung function.Flow cytometry was used to detect the apoptosis of primary lung cells,ROS and immune cells.ELISA was used to detect the levels of fibrosis markers and inflammatory factors(α-SMA,collagen Ⅰ,collagen Ⅲ,TGF-β1,TNF-α,IL-1 β,and IL-6).Biochemical method was employed to detect the contents of GSH-Px,T-SOD and MDA.Liquid chromatograph mass spectrometer(LC-MS)metabolomics was used to analyze the changes of serum metabolic profile. Results Water extract of Re-hmannia significantly increased the survival rate,oxy-gen saturation and lung function of mice with pulmona-ry fibrosis, reduced the lung coefficient, ameliorated pathological damage and collagen deposition in lung tissue, reduced the levels of apoptosis and oxidative stress, and down-regulated the levels of inflammatory factors in lung tissue. It regulated the levels of metabo-lites such as bile acid metabolism, sphingolipid metabo-lism,and unsaturated fatty acid metabolism.Conclu-sions Water extract of Rehmannia inhibits lung injury and collagen deposition in mice with pulmonary fibrosis by inhibiting inflammatory response, which may be a-chieved by regulating the levels of inflammatory factors through the metabolic pathways of bile acid and sphin-golipid.

Aim To establish an animal model of diabetic kidney disease(DKD)integrating blood stasis syndrome and syndrome evaluation indicators. Methods Twenty-five SD rats were ran-domly divided according to body weight into a control group(8 rats)and a modeling group(17 rats). The modeling group was fed a high-sugar and high-fat diet for four weeks and induced to form diabetic rats by intraperitoneal injection of 30 mg·kg-1 streptozocin. The modeling rats were randomly divided into the DKD group and blood stasis syndrome combination group accord-ing to 24-hour urinary protein(24-hUP).The blood stasis syn-drome combination group was induced to replicate the DKD blood stasis syndrome model by injecting 10%high molecular weight D-glucoside three times at a dose of 0.05 mg·kg-1 via tail vein. The model was evaluated based on random blood glu-cose level,24-hUP level, syndrome assessment, pathological staining etc,and differential metabolites were selected using metabolomics. Results The comprehensive evaluation of syn-drome manifestations and pathological staining in the combined model of blood stasis syndrome in rats demonstrated successful replication.Utilizing the technique of liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry,22 differential metabolites were identified, with associated pathways showing a certain relevance to blood stasis syndrome in DKD.Conclusions The successful replica-tion of an animal model combining the syndrome of blood stasis in DKD has been achieved in this study.Evaluation of indicators and results from metabolomics studies consistently demonstrate a correlation with the syndrome of blood stasis in DKD.

Menstrual migraine is a specific subtype of migraine unique to women, closely related to the menstrual cycle, characterized by periodic and intractable headaches, often accompanied by nausea, vomiting or photophobia and phonophobia, which seriously affects life and has a high degree of disability. Its pathogenesis is complex, involving multi-dimensional regulation such as estrogen fluctuations, neurovascular responses and genetic and environmental factors, but the specific mechanism has not been fully clarified. In recent years, with the increasing social attention to women's health, the clinical research demand for menstrual migraine has become increasingly urgent.Currently, modern medicine can alleviate symptoms through acute drug intervention(such as non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, triptans)and preventive treatment(such as beta-blockers,CGRP antagonists),but there are problems such as drug dependence and insufficient individualization.Traditional Chinese medicine, based on the"holistic concept"and"syndrome differentiation and treatment"theory, regulates the balance of qi,blood, yin and yang through therapies such as traditional Chinese medicine and acupuncture, showing unique advantages in improving symptoms and preventing recurrence. The combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine can optimize the therapeutic effect and reduce side effects through synergistic effects, but the full-cycle prevention and treatment strategy still needs further exploration. This article systematically reviews the pathogenesis and research progress of treatment of menstrual migraine in traditional Chinese and Western medicine, emphasizes the interaction between hormone fluctuations and neurovascular responses, and proposes an individualized intervention plan based on the menstrual cycle, providing new ideas for clinical practice and reference directions for future research.
