Objective:To explore the application effect of double-check standard process for ultrasound reports in health examinations.Method:A historical control study design was used in this study. A total of 11 909 health examination ultrasound reports from the Health Center of the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from February to April in 2021 were selected by systematic sampling method, the double-check standard process was adopted in those reports. The existing problems were categorized, organized and analyzed, and relevant measures for continuous quality improvement were formulated. Then, 13 939 and 15 833 health examination ultrasound reports from February to April in 2022 and 2023 respectively were selected for effect analysis.Results:Compared with those in February to April in 2021, the overall (double-check), initial check and secondary check ultrasound report accuracy rates in February to April in 2023 increased by 5.73%, 3.07% and 1.99%, respectively ( χ2=132.58, 46.80, 127.44, all P<0.001). In terms of trend changes, from February to April 2021 to February to April 2023, the error rates of the following five issues all showed a declining trend: misspellings, inconsistencies between descriptions and conclusion, need for doctor′s signature on the report, missing images, and errors in thyroid/breast color Doppler grading ( χ2=98.93, 30.13/14.59, 3.98, 14.6, all P<0.05). The error rate of ultrasound reports after continuous quality improvement was significantly lower than before. Conclusion:The double-check standard process for ultrasound reports in health examinations can effectively improve the quality of health examination ultrasound reports.

Objective To explore the effect of continuous nursing intervention in tumor pa-tients with PICC.Methods A total of 116 hospitalized tumor patients with PICC from March 2012 to February 2013 were in the observation group and 102 tumor patients with PICC from Jan-uary 2011 to February 2012 were in the control group.The two groups were both given conven-tional nursing and the observation group was given continuous nursing intervention by continuous nursing team after discharged from the hospital on the basis of conventional nursing.The complica-tions and command condition of PICC related knowledge in the two groups were compared,and consultation patients and their families and settlement conditions in the observation group were cal-culated.Results The differences in incidence rate of complications and PICC command condition of related knowledge were statistically significant (P <0.05).Patients and their families in the ob-servation group consulted 1048 questions and 1037 cases were effectively solved,effective solving rate was 98.95%.Conclusion Continuous nursing intervention can improve PICC related knowl-edge and skills in patients and their families and can reduce the incidence of complications.So it is worthy of application.

Objective:To clarify the role of Heat shock proteins (HSPs) on the cardiac function during acute myocardial infarction (AMI) after bone marrow cell implantation (BMT), we examined the expression of HSP32 and HSP70 in a rat model of myocardial infarction. Methods: Myocardial infarction model was induced in the inbred Lewis rats by left anterior descending artery ligation,and 5?10 6 of bone marrow mononuclear cells (BM MNCs) were injected into an ischemic zone. On days 1, 3, 7 and 14 post infarct, the differentiations of transplanted cells and the expressions of HSP32 and HSP70 were determined by immunofluorescence or RT-PCR. The cardiac function was evaluated by echocardiography. Results: Immunofluorescence microscopy of hearts from BMT group revealed that expressions of HSP32 and HSP70 were promoted within cardiomyocytes in the infarction zone and the peri infarct zone,and expressed within some transplanted bone marrow cells as well.
