Objective To construct a model that can predict the risk of diagnosing ABO-blood group sys-tem hemolytic disease of the newborn(ABO-HDN)and to verify its effectiveness. Methods A total of 446 children with neonatal hyperbilirubinemia who met the inclusion criteria and were first diagnosed in this hos-pital from January 2022 to March 2023 were selected as the modeling group, and were divided into the develo-ping group(200 cases)and the non-developing group(246 cases)according to whether ABO-HDN was diag-nosed.Totally 17 potential influencing factors were included for univariate analysis and multi-factor analysis, and independent risk factors were included in R software to establish a Nomogram model to predict the risk of ABO-HDN.Another 105 cases of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia in the hospital from April to September 2023 were selected as the verification group. Results In the modeling group,Logistic regression analysis showed that maternal pregnancy number, prenatal serum titer, hemoglobin level, white blood cell count, creatine ki-nase level and neonatal Apgar 1 min score were all independent risk factors for ABO-HDN(P<0.05).Multi-variate Logistic regression analysis showed that the area under receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve of the modeling group was 0.819(95%CI:0.779-0.859),sensitivity was 0.655,specificity was 0.878.In the verification group, the area under ROC curve was 0.867(95%CI:0.800-0.933),the sensitivity was 0.803,and the specificity was 0.773.Conclusion The established predictive model scoring system can effec-tively predict the risk of ABO-HDN.

Objective:To understand the willingness and cognition of nurses in Guangzhou and Foshan to "Internet + Nursing Service", and analyze the relevant factors that affect nurses' willingness so as to provide a reference for the formulation of related policies. Methods:From June to August 2019, convenience sampling was used to selected 625 nurses from 8 hospitals in 2 Class Ⅱ hospitals and 2 Class Ⅲ hospitals in Guangzhou and Foshan respectively as research subjects. All nurses were investigated with the self-designed Nurses' Willingness to "Internet + Nursing Service" Questionnaire. A total of 625 questionnaires were issued and 612 valid questionnaires were returned. Results:Among 612 nurses, only 31.21% (191/612) nurses were willing to carry out "Internet + Nursing Service"; 56.70% (347/612) nurses took a neutral attitude; 78.76% (482/312) nurses were willing to develop "Internet + Nursing Service" with the biggest motivation of increase in economic income. The biggest concern of 90.03% (551/612) nurses was their practice risk and personal safety. Univariate analysis showed that there were statistically significant differences in the willingness of nurses of different ages and working hours to develop "Internet + Nursing Service" (χ 2=11.04, 26.27; P<0.01) . Conclusions:Most nurses take a wait-and-see attitude towards "Internet + Nursing Service". We should improve relevant laws and regulations for nurses as soon as possible to protect the rights and safety of nurses, and attract junior nurses to carry out "Internet + Nursing Service" in a targeted manner.

Objective To explore the mediating effect of psychological flexibility in the relationship between the two dimensions of type-D personality(negative affect and social inhibition)and pathological in-ternet use. Methods 592 university students were sampled from central China district and were adminis-tered with Adolescent Pathological Internet Use Scale(APIUS),Type-D personality scale(DS14)and Ac-ceptance and Action Questionnaire-Second Edition(AAQ-Ⅱ).Results Pathological internet use(2.56 ± 0.61)positively correlated with negative affect(1.58±0.78)and social inhibition(1.96±0.61)(r=0.37, 0.25)respectively,and negatively correlated with psychological flexibility(4.69±1.15)(r=-0.40).Path a-nalysis with latent variables showed psychological flexibility partially but significantly mediated the predictive effect of negative affect and social inhibition on pathological internet use.The mediation rates were 56% for negative affect and 62% for social inhibition. Conclusion Psychological flexibility has significant incremen-tal validity beyond two dimensions of type-D personality, and partially mediated the effect of negative affect and social inhibition on pathological internet use. These results suggest the intervention focus of PIU can be psychological flexibility.
