Objective:To conduct a scoping review of research on the application of mobile health technology in patients undergoing bariatric and metabolic surgery, providing a reference for related practice.Methods:PubMed, Embase, Web of Science, CINAHL, Wanfang data, China National Knowledge Infrastructure, VIP, and China Biology Medicine disc were searched using terms including mobile, smart, remote, internet, bariatric, and metabolic. The search timeframe was from database inception to October 30, 2024. According to inclusion and exclusion criteria, literature was screened, and two researchers independently extracted, summarized, and analyzed the information.Results:A total of 31 studies were included. Mobile health technology was mainly applied in the form of smartphone applications for patients undergoing bariatric and metabolic surgery. The main content included postoperative dietary management, exercise guidance, and health data monitoring. The main evaluation elements involved effectiveness (behavioral change and weight loss outcomes, readmission rate, quality of life, psychological status, adherence, and economic benefits) and patient satisfaction.Conclusions:Currently, mobile health technology is mainly used via smartphone applications to manage diet and exercise for postoperative bariatric patients. It can improve postoperative weight loss outcomes, reduce negative emotions, enhance adherence, and achieve good self-management. In the future, multidisciplinary teams should be established to conduct large-scale high-quality studies, continuously improve the forms and content of mobile health management, and implement comprehensive preoperative and postoperative management for bariatric patients.

Objective To evaluate the medical resource consumption due to healthcare-associated infection(HAI)in patients with tumor based on disease diagnosis-related grouping(DRG).Methods Medical records of discharged patients from a tumor center of a hospital in 2022 were analyzed retrospectively,and differences in indicators such as average length of hospital stay and average expenses per hospitalization between the HAI group and the non-HAI group were compared.Results A total of 10 674 cases were included in the analysis,and 217 cases(2.03％)were in the HAI group.The average expense per hospitalization(5.10[2.38,8.43]10 000 Yuan vs 1.16[0.74,2.04]10 000 Yuan)and average length of hospital stay(25[13,40]days vs 6[4,11]days)of patients in the HAI group were both higher than those in the non-HAI group,both with statistically significant differences(both P＜0.05).The most common infection was bloodstream infection and pulmonary infection,accounting for 23.96％and 22.58％,respectively.In the three DRG groups,namely,RC19(radiotherapy for malignant proliferative disea-ses),RU12(supportive treatment for malignant proliferative diseases[length of hospital stay 7-29 days]),and RB19(high-dose chemotherapy and/or other treatments for acute leukemia),patients in the HAI group had higher average expenses per hospitalization and average length of hospital stay than patients in the non-HAI group,diffe-rences were all statistically significant(all P＜0.05).Conclusion DRG assessment can effectively identify key po-pulations for HAI prevention and control,contribute to implement precise infection prevention and control strate-gies,and reduce HAI incidence and related medical resource consumption.

Objective:To investigate the application effect of diltiazem hydrochloride combined with sacubitril valsartan on chronic heart failure after coronary intervention(PCI).Methods:A prospective study was conducted.The cases were included from May 2020 to May 2023.After the inclusion and exclusion criteria were deleted,a total of 88 patients with chronic heart failure after PCI met the research requirements.They were divided into two groups with the same number of cases,namely 44 cases in each group.The control group received oral treatment with sacubitril and valsartan,while the observation group received additional treatment with diltiazem hydrochloride on top of the control group.Compare the clinical efficacy,changes in cardiac function related indicators and exercise endurance before and after treatment between two groups,and conduct a 1-year follow-up of all patients to record the incidence of cardiovascular adverse events during the follow-up period.Finally,compare the changes in quality of life before and after treatment between the two groups of patients.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.18％,which was higher than the control group's 77.27％(P＜0.05);After treatment,the changes of cardiac function related indexes and exercise tolerance were compared.It was found that the N-terminal B-type natriuretic peptide(NT proBNP)(45.14±6.34)pg/mL,LVEDD(51.66±3.04)mm and LVESD(32.63±4.45)mm in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,while the left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)(55.57±4.25)％and 6MWT(514.62±34.42)m in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05);During the 1-year follow-up,no death occurred in the two groups.The incidence of cardiovascular adverse events in the observation group was 4.55％,much lower than 20.45％in the control group(P＜0.05);After treatment,the scores of emotion,body,others and MLHFQ in the observation group(13.53±2.21,14.25±2.63,20.35±4.52,48.13±5.25)were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The combination of Diltiazem Hydrochloride and Sacubitril Valsartan has significant therapeutic effects on patients with chronic heart failure after PCI.It can improve patients' cardiac function and exercise endurance,reduce the incidence of cardiovascular adverse events,and improve their quality of life.

Functional dyspepsia (FD), characterized by persistent or recurrent dyspeptic symptoms without identifiable organic, systemic or metabolic causes, is an increasingly recognized global health issue. The objective of this guideline is to equip clinicians and nursing professionals with evidence-based strategies for the management and treatment of adult patients with FD using traditional Chinese medicine (TCM). The Guideline Development Group consulted existing TCM consensus documents on FD and convened a panel of 35 clinicians to generate initial clinical queries. To address these queries, a systematic literature search was conducted across PubMed, EMBASE, the Cochrane Library, China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI), VIP Database, China Biology Medicine (SinoMed) Database, Wanfang Database, Traditional Medicine Research Data Expanded (TMRDE), and the Traditional Chinese Medical Literature Analysis and Retrieval System (TCMLARS). The evidence from the literature was critically appraised using the Grading of Recommendations Assessment, Development, and Evaluation (GRADE) approach. The strength of the recommendations was ascertained through a consensus-building process involving TCM and allopathic medicine experts, methodologists, pharmacologists, nursing specialists, and health economists, leveraging their collective expertise and empirical knowledge. The guideline comprises a total of 43 evidence-informed recommendations that span a range of clinical aspects, including the pathogenesis according to TCM, diagnostic approaches, therapeutic interventions, efficacy assessments, and prognostic considerations. A 55-year-old male patient was admitted to the hospital due to "recurrent chest pain for 8 months, with worsening symptoms for 2 weeks". After admission, comprehensive relevant examinations led to the consideration of a giant chronic left ventricular pseudoaneurysm caused by myocardial infarction with non-obstructive coronary arteries. Surgical treatment was performed at our hospital. We discuss the diagnosis and treatment of this patient.

Objective To analyze the changes in the disease spectrum of hospitalized patients with neurological diseases in a tertiary hospital in the past 5 years,in order to effectively develop targeted disease prevention and treatment strategies.Methods Collect case data of neurological diseases in a tertiary hospital from January 1,2018 to December 31,2022,and use ICD-10 coding for disease classification,and analyze the disease type,gender,age groups,and other factors.Results A total of 9060 patients with neurological diseases were admitted in the past five years.In 2020,the number of discharged patients affected by the COVID-19 was the smallest,accounting for 15.96% ,and in 2022,the number was the largest,accounting for 24.05% .The number of cases showed an increasing trend.There was no statistically significant difference in the composition of male and female patients;There is a statistically significant difference in the number of cases among patients of different age groups,and the incidence categories are different;The top 10 diseases in the ranking of neurological diseases are:transient ischemic attack,headache,spinal nerve disease,neurological disorders,epilepsy,Parkinson's disease,sleep disorders,paralysis,other brain diseases,hydrocephalus.The distribution of the top 10 diseases by gender has statistical significance.Conclusion The hospital can formulate the diagnosis and treatment technology for different age groups according to the distribution characteristics of disease spectrum,carry out comprehensive prevention and treatment measures for key groups,strengthen the construction of key special-ties and allocate health resources properly.

Objective:To analyze characteristics and trend of publications in digestive endoscopy quality control from 2010 to 2021.Methods:The literature on digestive endoscopy quality control from 2010 to 2021 were searched through the Web of Science core collection with the method of bibliometrics. The year of publication, journal name, country, main researchers, institutions and citations were analyzed by Web of Science. Then, the downloaded data were imported into VOSviewer for co-occurrence network analysis of the country, keywords and citations.Results:A total of 3 283 English papers on digestive endoscopy quality control were included. The number of papers from China and other countries showed an upward trend, and citations as well from 2010 to 2021. The publications were mainly from the United States (1 209, 36.8%), the United Kingdom (325, 9.9%), and China (324, 9.9%). The journal with the largest number of publications in this category was Gastrointest Endosc (241, 7.3%). The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs had 175 publications, ranking the first among all institutions. Research topics were focused on colonoscopy, adenoma detection rate, and artificial intelligence. Conclusion:The research in digestive endoscopy quality control is booming, and the research activity is gradually increasing. Chinese academic influence in this field still needs to be further improved.
