Objective To elucidate the molecular mechanisms underlying the effects of Kanggan Mixture(KGM)on key targets in rats with acute lung injury, network pharmacology and in vivo micro-CT experiments were employed. Methods Network pharmacology was utilized to forecast the target genes and principal pathways involved in the intervention of KGM in acute lung injury(ALI).Lipopolysaccharide(LPS)-induced ALI rat models were utilized, and micro-computed tomography(micro-CT)was employed to evaluate the extent of lung injury in vivo.Experiments were conducted to verify the intervention mechanism of KGM on ALI rats. Results The findings revealed that 190 chemical constituents were identified from KGM,and 579 potential targets and 204 pathways associated with KGM's impact on ALI were predicted. The principal components of KGM,such as quercetin, luteolin, kaempferol, betulin, and lupenone, exhibit anti-viral,anti-inflammatory,and immunomodulatory properties by targeting TP53,AKT1,SRC,EP300,and STAT3,and modulating the FoxO signaling pathway,TNF signaling pathway,PI3K-Akt signaling pathway, and MAPK signaling pathway, demonstrating an influence on acute lung injury.Micro-CT results suggest that KGM can improve lung texture enhancement and lung injury in ALI rats, with an increase in end-expiratory lung volume(inspiratory phase-expiratory phase). The HE and W/D ratio results indicate that KGM can improve lung tissue injury and reduce the lung tissue wet/dry weight ratio(P<0.01).Blood cell analysis results show that the anti-inflammatory agent can decrease the WBC(white blood cell count)and N%(neutrophil percentage)in ALI rats'blood(P<0.01),and increase lymphocytes(P<0.05).Real-time quantitative PCR,WES,and immunohistochemistry results suggest that KGM can decrease the mRNA expression, protein distribution, and protein expression levels of TP53,AKT1,SRC,EP300,and STAT3 in lung tissue of ALI rats(P<0.05).Conclusion KGM has a certain intervention effect on acute lung injury, mainly achieved through the core targets STAT3,EP300,SRC,AKT1,and TP53.

According to the theory of knowledge, attitude and practice, the preliminary draft of knowledge, attitude and practice questionnaire for the management of hereditary tumors in nurses was prepared by means of literature review, group discussion, expert correspondence and pre-investigation. From December 2022 to January 2023, 173 nurses from 27 hospitals in Guangdong Province were selected as survey objects by convenience sampling method, and the reliability and validity of the questionnaire were tested to form the final questionnaire. Results:A total of 145 valid questionnaires were collected finally, including 6 males and 139 females aged (31.35 ± 7.23) years old. There were 50 items in the questionnaire of knowledge, attitude and behavior. The Cronbachαcoefficients of the total questionnaire and each dimension was 0.965, 0.938, 0.967, 0.956, and the split half reliability coefficient was 0.780. The total content validity of the questionnaire was 0.960, and the content validity of each item was 0.857 to 1.000. Seven common factors were selected by exploratory factor analysis, and the cumulative variance contribution was 68.72%.Conclusions:The questionnaire on knowledge, attitude and practice of hereditary tumor management in nurses has good reliability and validity. It can be used as a survey tool to study nurses′ knowledge, attitude and behavior of hereditary tumor management.

Objective:To initially construct the index system of core competence for psychiatric mental health advanced practice registered nurses, and clarify the importance of indicators at all levels, so as to provide reference for further training of psychiatric mental health advanced practice registered nurses in China. Methods:A research group was established in October 2021 to determine the content of the index system of core competence for psychiatric mental health advanced practice registered nurses through literature search and discussion of the research group. From November 2021 to February 2022, 18 experts were consulted by Delphi method in the form of email and WeChat to adjust and modify the items. Results:The enthusiasm of experts in the two rounds of expert consultation was 100.0% (18/18) . After two rounds of expert consultation, the index coefficient of variation was less than 0.25. The Kendall 's coefficients of indicators at all levels in the first round of expert consultation were 0.117, 0.158, 0.100 ( P<0.01) , and the Kendall 's coefficients of indicators at all levels in the second round of expert consultation were 0.250, 0.213, 0.189 ( P<0.01) . An index system consisting of 6 first-level indicators, 16 second-level indicators and 56 third-level indicators were formed. Conclusions:The index system of core competence for psychiatric mental health advanced practice registered nurses has a high degree of enthusiasm, authority and coordination of opinions of consulting experts, which can provide a scientific basis for further training psychiatric mental health advanced practice registered nurses in China.

Chinese Journal of Modern Nursing 2019;25(28):3650-3653
Objective? To analyze the application effect of logistics robot in the distribution management of consumables and materials in Operating Room and to explore its application value. Methods? From December 1st to 11th in 2018, the intraoperative distribution of consumables and materials in Operating Room of Sun Yat-sen Unviersity Cancer Hospital was divided into the robot distribution group (logistic robot was used in distribution) and manual distribution group(manual power was used in distribution) based on rooms. The service time, number of service of the logistic robots and manual delivery were recorded and the incidence of logistic robots' collision was counted. Every delivery time, the error rate of the delivered goods, number and time of operation suspension for waiting for the goods in both of the two groups were counted separately and the differences between the two groups in delivery time, delivery error rate, number of times and time of operation suspension for goods waiting were compared, and the satisfaction of medical staff to the distribution of the two groups were compared. Results? Robot distribution group delivered 1 295 trips in total, with an average of 3.8 rooms per trip, and no collisions happened. In the robot distribution group, time required for each delivery(72.62±7.8) s, the error rate of delivery(0.13%), number of waiting during operation(93 times) and waiting time during operation (25.58±3.8)s were all lower than those in the manual distribution group [(160.50±20.2)s, 0.76%, 157 times, (43.75±6.8)s], with statistically significant differences(P< 0.01). The satisfaction of medical staff in the robot distribution group was higher than that in the manual distribution group, and the difference was statistically significant (χ2=7.103,P=0.029). Conclusions? The application of logistic robots to distribute consumables and materials in the Operating Room can partly reduce the workload of the scout nurses, reduce the waiting time in the operation, achieve swiftness and accuracy, realize intelligent management of high-value consumables, and improve the working efficiency and management quality in the Operation Room.
