Objective:To review drug clinical trial development in Shaanxi province and to understand the effectiveness of the implementation of a record system in promoting drug clinical trial development. Methods:Based on the data of drug clinical trials in Shaanxi province released on the official website of the National Medical Products Administration, this study made a statistical analysis of the number of drug clinical trial institutions, regional distribution, registered majors and principal investigators, and the development of drug clinical trial projects. Results:After implementing drug clinical trial institution registration, the drug clinical trial institutions in Shaanxi Province developed rapidly, increasing from 20 in the qualification period to 46, with a growth rate of 130%. A total of 113 specialties were recorded, of which the highest number of professional records were for endocrinology and oncology. 46 institutions recorded 1, 094 principal investigators and participated in 3803 drug clinical trial projects. However, only 8 institutions had undertaken drug clinical trial projects as group leaders. Conclusions:The number of drug clinical trial institutions in Shaanxi province increased significantly, reflecting a good overall development status. However, issues still exist, such as unbalanced development of clinical trial resources within the region, insufficient researchers with the ability to conduct clinical trials, relatively concentrated drug clinical trial projects, and lack of experience in undertaking clinical trials as a group leader.

Objective To explore the effects of "hospital-community-family" continuous nursing model in continuous nursing among diabetics. Methods From February 2018 to February 2019, a total of 102 diabetic out-patients at the Third Affiliated Hospital of South Medical University were selected by stratified random sampling. Patients were divided into control group and observation group with the random number table, 51 cases in each group. Control group carried out routine follow-up nursing. Observation group implemented "hospital-community-family" continuous nursing. We compared the fasting blood glucose (FBG), 2-hour postprandial blood glucose (2h PG), glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1c), scores of the Champion Health Belief Model Scale (CHBMS), Health-Promoting Lifestyle Profile-Ⅱ (HPLP-Ⅱ) and Quality of Life Scale for Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus (DMQLS) of two groups before and after intervention. Results After intervention, the FBG, 2 h PG and HbA1c of observation group were (7.11±1.25)mmol/L, (9.15±1.24) mmol/L and (8.15±0.59)% respectively lower than those [(8.56±1.31)mmol/L, (11.21±1.35)mmol/L and (10.99±1.12)%]of control group with statistical differences (t=5.719, 8.026, 16.022; P< 0.05). After intervention, the scores of CHBMS, HPLP-Ⅱ and DMQLS of observation group were (4.16±0.34), (4.09±0.35) and (165.24±5.21) respectively higher than those [(3.52±0.42), (3.24±0.41) and (154.18±4.39)]of control group with statistical differences (t=8.458, 11.260, 11.593;P<0.05). Conclusions Application of "hospital-community-family" continuous nursing in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus helps the glucose control, improves health belief, health behavior and quality of life which is worthy of being used widely in clinical application.

Objective To investigate the proliferation inhibition of chlorpromazine combined with taxol on Hep-2 cells (human laryngeal carcinoma cell line) and the effects on cell cycle progression. Methods Hep-2 cells at logarithmic growth phase were divided into taxol groups(3.0,6.0 and 12.0 mg?L-1),chlorpromazine(12.0 mg?L-1) comined with taxol (4 mg?L-1)group and control group (100 mL culture fluid).MTT and flow cytometry were used to detect the proliferation inhibition rates of Hep-2 cells in various groups.Flow cytometry was also used to analyze the cell cycle progression of Hep-2 cells and apoptotic rate after administration. Results The proliferation inhibition rates in 3.0,6.0 and 12.0 mg?L-1 taxol groups were 14.0%,23.9% and 36.7%,respectively,there were significant differences between three groups(P
