Objective:To investigate the potential profiles of imposter phenomenon in undergraduate nursing interns, and to analyze inter-group differences and associated influencing factors. Methods:A total of 216 undergraduate student nurses on placement from January 2023 to July 2024 were surveyed using a general information questionnaire, the Imposter Phenomenon Scale, and the Social Support Rating Scale. The data were used to identify latent profiles and influencing factors associated with imposter phenomenon among the student nurses, with the use of Mplus 8.3 and SPSS, respectively. Results:The mean imposter phenomenon score of the nursing students was (57.88±10.38) points. They were divided into three groups: low-, intermediate-, and high-level imposter syndrome groups, accounting for 17.13%, 38.89%, and 43.98%, respectively. Sex (odds ratio [ OR]=10.514, 95% CI: 3.021-36.588), monthly family income ( OR=0.154, 95% CI: 0.051-0.469), undergraduate grades ( OR=4.947, 95% CI: 1.924-12.723), and social support ( OR=0.051, 95% CI: 0.008-0.322) were factors influencing the profiles of imposter phenomenon among the students. Conclusions:The imposter syndrome of the undergraduate nursing interns is generally at an intermediate level. Nursing managers and nursing educators should provide more assistance to the intermediate- and high-level groups, with a more comprehensive social support system and targeted intervention strategies, so as to effectively reduce their imposter phenomenon level.

3.Research advances in nutritional support for critically ill children.
Chinese Journal of Contemporary Pediatrics 2018;20(12):1075-1078
Most critically ill children are in a state of serious stress and tend to develop malnutrition, which may reduce the body's ability to fight against diseases and repair damaged tissues and thus aggravate their conditions. Reasonable and effective nutritional support for critically ill children can improve their nutritional status and prognosis, and so it is necessary to offer nutritional support for critically ill children. This article reviews the research on nutritional support for critically ill children and the current status of clinical application. It also introduces the main methods for nutritional support, including enteral nutrition and parenteral nutrition, and elaborates on the new methods for nutritional support, such as early enteral nutrition, enteral immunonutrition, and supplementary parenteral nutrition, in order to provide a reference for nutritional support for critically ill children.

Objective To observe the effect of ephedrine on the expression of eotaxin in human bronchial epithelial cells (16HBE) stimulated by tumor necrosis factor‐α(TNF‐α) and to explore the mechanism of Chinese medicine ephedra in treating asthma .Methods The in vitro cultured 16HBE were randomly divided into the control group ,TNF‐αstimulation group(TNF‐α20 ng/mL) and TNF‐αplus ephedrine group (TNF‐α20 ng/mL plus ephedrine 300 μg/mL) .Three complex holes in each group were set to culture for 18 h ,the eotaxin mRNA expression was measured by real time fluorescent quantified PCR and protein level was detected by immunocytochemical stain and Western blot .The eotaxin concentration in cells culture supernatant was quantified by ELISA .Results Compared with the the control group ,the expression level of eotaxin mRNA and protein ,and the concentration of eotaxin in cell culture supernatant in the TNF‐α stimulation group were increased obviously ,there being statisticaly significant difference between them(P<0 .01);however ,all above these parameters in the TNF‐αplus ephedrine group showed decreased obvi‐ously as compared with the TNF‐αgroup ,the difference between them was statistically significant (P<0 .01) .Conclusion Ephed‐rine can inhibit the expression and secretion of eotaxin in TNF‐α induced 16HBE inflammatory model ,which may be one of the mechanisms of Chinese medicine ephedra in treating asthma .

AIM: To investigate the regulation of ‘Tiao Gan Fang Yao’(TGFY) on neuroendocrine-immuno-function of bandage-stressed rat . METHODS:The stressed rat model was made by bandage. RIA was adopted to measure the function of hypothalamus-pitutary-adrenal gland axis (HPAA) of stressed rat. Meanwhile, the immunity of stressed rat and the regulation of TGFY were observed.RESULTS:Bandage stress increased the contents of serum corticosterone(CORT), and ACTH, and hypothalamus corticotropin releasing hormone ( P
