This study aims to overcome the shortcomings such as low efficiency, high cost and difficult to carry out multi-parameter research, which limited the optimization of infusion bag configuration and manufacture technique by experiment method. We put forward a fluid cavity based finite element method, and it could be used to simulate the stress distribution and deformation process of infusion bag under external load. In this paper, numerical models of infusion bag with different sizes was built, and the fluid-solid coupling deformation process was calculated using the fluid cavity method in software ABAQUS subject to the same boundary conditions with the burst test. The peeling strength which was obtained from the peeling adhesion test was used as failure criterion. The calculated resultant force which makes the computed peeling stress reach the peeling strength was compared with experiment data, and the stress distribution was analyzed compared with the rupture process of burst test. The results showed that considering the errors caused by the difference of weak welding and eccentric load, the flow cavity based finite element method can accurately model the stress distribution and deformation process of infusion bag. It could be useful for the optimization of multi chamber infusion bag configuration and manufacture technique, leading to cost reduction and study efficiency improvement.

Objective To explore the strategies of drug treatment and pharmaceutical care for children with bacterial meningitis. Methods The anti-infective therapy, therapeutic drug monitoring and dose adjustment of vancomycin in children with bacterial meningitis were analyzed and discussed according to relevant guidelines and literatures. Results Clinical pharmacists analyzed therapeutic regimen. According to the results of etiology and drug sensitivity, meropenem was discontinued and rifampicin was added. Based on drug monitoring of vancomycin, it is suggested to extend the infusion time of vancomycin to reach the target concentration. The child was discharged from hospital. Conclusion Recommendations of the relevant drug treatment guidelines and the latest medical research evidence should be provided by clinical pharmacists in order to promote reasonable and effective clinical uses of medicine.

Objective:
To explore the relationship between procalcitonin (PCT), C-reactive protein (CRP) and blood glucose (BG) levels and postoperative pancreatic fistula (POPF) in non-diabetic patients after pancreaticoduodenectomy (PD), and evaluate the clinical value of early multi-indicators combined prediction of pancreatic fistula.
Methods:
The clinical data of 68 non-diabetic patients who underwent PD surgery from April 2016 to June 2018 in the First Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University were retrospectively analyzed, including 42 males and 26 females, with average age of 58 years, age range from 26 to 80 years. According to the diagnostic criteria of POPF, the patients were divided into the pancreatic fistula group (

Objective To analyze the efficacy of the combination of MALDI-TOF and immunoadsorption to detect new biomarkers for lupus. Methods Twenty lupus patients at active stage (SLE group), 10 SLE patients in remission (SLE control group), 10 RA patients and 10 PSS patients (other rheumatic disease control group) and 20 healthy volunteers (healthy control group) were enrolled. The serum samples before and after immunoadsorption from SLE group and those from the control groups were co-incubated with activated chitosan copper derivative nano material. The adsorbed nano material was spotted onto the matrix used in MALDI-TOF for analysis by the Axima-CFR plus MALDI-TOF mass spectrometer. T-test was used for statistical analysis. Results MALDI-TOF MS screening showed that three potential protein biomarkers of mass-to-charge (m/z) ratio 3136, 3264, 3326 were found to be very specific for lupus patients: All of them were expressed before immunoadsorption in high quantity and none of them could be detected both after immunoadsorption and in all the three control groups. None of them (<10 000) were in the molecular weight range of the biomarkers used nowadays such as auto antibodies and complement (>50 000). Conclusion The combination of MALDI-TOF and immunoadsorption is effective in the detection of new serum protein biomarkers for lupus and it may be helpful in the screening of SLE patients at active stage from healthy people.

Objective:To compare hemodynamic changes under general anesthesia with those under general + epidural anesthesia during endotracheal intubation in senile patients. Methods:Forty ASA Ⅰ or Ⅱ senile patients aged 65-75 years were equally randomized into a G(general anesthesia) and a GE(general + epidural anesthesia) group and received intravenous injection of sufentanil 0.2 ?g/kg,midazolam 0.06 mg/kg,vecuronium 0.12 mg/kg and propofol 1.6 mg/kg for general anesthesia induction and endotracheal intubation.SBP,DBP,HR,EDV,SV,EF and CO were recorded at 5 different time points,i.e.,before induction(T0),just before intubation(T1),immediately after intubation(T2),1 minute after intubation(T3),and 5 minutes after intubation(T4) via ultrasoundcardiogram. Results:Significant hemodynamic changes were observed in both groups(P
