As a type of non-Hodgkin lymphoma,Burkitt lymphoma is characterized by unfixed location of disease,rapid progression,diverse symptoms,and clinical complexity in diagnosis and treatment.Professor Wang Xixing posits that Burkitt lymphoma manifests as a tangible mass,and its formation is associated with the invasion of exogenous pathogens,internal injury induced by seven emotions,and deficiency of healthy qi.The fundamental pathogenesis involves dysfunction of the liver,spleen and kidney,leading to liver qi stagnation,spleen-stomach deficiency in the middle energizer,and liver-kidney disharmony.The secondary manifestations were caused by the binding of phlegm-damp,toxin,and stasis.In general,the pathogenesis of Burkitt lymphoma presented deficiency in the origin and excess in the superficiality,and deficiency interweaved with excess.In clinical practice,Professor Wang emphasizes the regulation of the functions of liver,spleen and kidney,and maintains the body's yin-yang balance on the basis of the combination of disease differentiation and syndrome differentiation.Therapeutic strategies focus on soothing liver qi,replenishing qi to strengthen the spleen,and tonifying the kidney to regulate the liver,separately through the utilization of Chaihu Sanjie Decoction,Buzhong Yiqi Decoction,and Bushen Tiaogan Decoction.In this way,significant clinical efficacy is usually achieved.

The endothelial glycocalyx(EG)is an important component of the vascular endothelial barrier and plays a key role in fluid homeostasis,regulation of inflammatory responses,maintenance of vascular permeability,and platelet and leukocyte adhesion.Trauma,inflammation,infection,and medical interventions are important causes of EG shedding.Fluid therapy is an important part of perioperative management for anesthesiologists,and the selection of appropriate fluid types and fluid infusion strategies for different patients may help reduce the incidence of postoperative complications and improve patient prognosis.In this article,we describe the structure and physiological properties of the endothelial glycocalyx,summarize the current status of intraoperative fluid therapy,and discuss the effects of intraoper-ative fluid therapy on the endothelial glycocalyx,as well as the protective effects of fluid therapy optimization on the endothelial glycocalyx,in order to provide a reference for intraoperative fluid therapy.

OBJECTIVE：To predict the active components and potential target of volatile oil of Citri reticulatae preventing and treating Alzheimer ’s disease （AD）. METHODS ：The volatile oil of C. reticulatae was determined by GC-MS ，and identified according to NIST 11.L database and manual data analysis. The active components and targets of volatile oil of C. reticulatae were predicted through TCMSP and PharmMapper database. The related targets of AD were obtained by using GeneCards and OMIM databases. Venny 2.1.0 software mapping was used to obtain the direct targets of volatile oil of C. reticulatae against AD. Core nodes were mined with STRING database and Cytoscape 7.2.1 software，and the indirect targets of volatile oil of C. reticulatae against AD were obtained by mapping and duplication coith Venny 2.1.0 software. With the help of DAVID 6.7 database，the above direct and indirect targets （i.e. action targets ）were used for gene ontology （GO）function enrichment analysis and KEGG pathway enrichment analysis. Using Cytoscape 7.2.1 software， topology analysis was conducted for the network of “active components-acting targets ”of volatile oil of C. reticulatae ，with node degree value ，betweenness centrality and closeness centrality as indexes ，then key components and key targets were mined. RESULTS & CONCLUSIONS ：A total of 40 chemical components in volatile oil were identified by GC-MS ，all of them were active components ，including D-limonene，γ-terpinene，etc. A total of 151 active components-corresponding targets and 1 291 AD-related targets were mined ，including 48 direct targets and 41 indirect targets. The above 89 targets were mainly concentrated in cell fraction ，axon，cytosol and other cell components ；intracellular signaling cascade ，response to organic substance and other biological processes ；protein kinase activity and amine receptor activity and other molecular functions ；as well as cancer pathway ，calcium signaling pathway and neurotrophin signaling pathway （P＜ 0.05）. A total of 10 key components including α-terpinene，β-elemen，thymol and （－）-4-terpineol，as well as 21 key targets such as androgen receptor ，prostaglandin G/H synthase 2，mitogen activated protein kinase 14，muscarinic acetylcholine receptor M 1 were excavated ，indicating the effect of volatile oil of C. reticulatae against AD had the characteristics of multi-component ， multi-target and multi-channel.

Isolated cortical vein thrombosis (ICoVT) is very rare and its clinical symptoms lack specificity.Unlike cerebral venous sinus thrombosis,ICoVT rarely presents increased intracranial pressure and optic disc edema.Imaging examination,especially MRI examination,is very important for the diagnosis of this disease.T2 *-weighted gradient echo sequence and susceptibility-weighted imaging contribute to the early diagnosis of the disease.This article reviews the clinical symptoms,diagnosis,and treatment of ICoVT.

Objective To investigate the mechanism of cyclic adenosine monophosphate / protein kinase A signal transduction pathway in severe acute pancreatitis(SAP)-associated lung injury.Methods Seventy-two male healthy SD rats were completely randomized into three groups:sham operation (SO) group(n =8),SAP group and SAP plus H89 (cAMP inhibitor) group,then the latter two groups were divided into four sub-groups with eight rats in each sub-group according to the sampling time of 3,6,12 and 24 h,and the total numbers of groups were nine.The content change of TNF-α and IL-1β in serum,protein levels of cAMP-dependent protein kinase catalytic subunit (PKA C) and phosphorylated vasodilator-stimulated phosphoprotein(p-VASP) and the expression of VSAP mRNA in lung tissue were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA),immunohistochemistry and quantitative real time PCR,respectively.Pathological changes of the pancreas and lung tissues were also observed.Results Compared with the SO group,the serum levels of TNF-α and IL-1β in the SAP group were obviously increased at different time points(P ＜0.05).Pathological changes of the pancreas and lung tissues were aggravated significantly.The protein levels of PKA C,p-VASP and the expression of VSAP mRNA in lung tissue were increased significantly (P ＜0.05)which peaked at 12 h in the SAP group [TNF-α was (266.07 ± 17.14) pg/mL,IL-1β(169.17 ±25.92) pg/mL,PKA C(210.69 ±6.32) × 103,p-VASP (56.62 ±0.57) × 103,VASP mRNA(2.06 ±0.21)],which had positive correlation with the serum level of TNF-α and IL-1β.Compared with the SAP group,pathological changes of the pancreas and lung tissues were alleviated significantly,the protein levels of PKA C,p-VASP and the expression of VSAP mRNA in lung tissue were decreased significantly in the SAP plus H89 group at different time points(P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion The cyclic adenosine monophosphate / protein kinase A signal transduction pathway is found to participate in the pathological process of SAP-associated lung injury through the up-regulations of TNF-α,IL-1 β and phospho-VASP.
