Objective To investigate the protective effects of Ligilactobacillus salivarius Li01(L.salivarius Li01)against DNA damage induced by Helicobacter pylori(Hp),Benzo(a)pyrene(BaP),and Hp+BaP,and to evaluate the probiotic properties of L.salivarius Li01.Methods After 1 week of adaptive feeding,specific pathogen-free male Mongolian gerbils were randomly assigned to groups and subjected to intragastric administration of Hp,BaP,and Hp+BaP for model induction.At week 32 post model establishment,therapeutic L.salivarius Li01 was administered intragastrically.At week 36,peripheral blood samples were collected from each group for the comet assay,while liver tissues were collected and tested for Cyp1a1 gene expression levels.Results Compared with those in the control group,the comet tail length,％tail DNA,and hepatic Cyp1a1 expression levels were significantly increased in the Hp,BaP,and Hp+BaP groups(P＜0.0001).Among these,the comet tail length,olive tail moment,％tail DNA,and hepatic Cyp1a1 expression levels were significantly higher in the Hp+BaP group than in the Hp and BaP groups(P＜0.05).Following intervention with L.salivarius Li01,the comet tail length,olive tail moment,％tail DNA,and hepatic Cyp1a1 expression levels were significantly reduced in each group(P＜0.001).Conclusions Hp infection,BaP exposure,and the Hp+BaP combination induced DNA damage in the peripheral lymphocytes of Mongolian gerbils,with the Hp+BaP combination showing synergistic damage.L.salivarius Li01 had a protective effect against DNA damage caused by Hp,BaP,and Hp+BaP.

Objective To systematically evaluate the application effect of virtual reality exposure in children undergoing surgeiy,providing guidance for clinical practice.Methods A systematic search of PubMed,Web of Science,Cochrane Library,Embase,CNKI,VIP,WanFang Data and CBM was conducted for randomised controlled trials on the effects of virtual reality exposure in children undergoing surgeiy.The search time was limited to March 21,2024.There were 2 researchers who independently screened the literature,extracted data and evaluated quality.Meta-analysis was performed using RevMan 5.4 software.Results A total of 9 studies with 900 children were included.The results of Meta-analysis showed that the level of preoperative anxiety in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant[SMD=-0.65,95％CI(-0.95,-0.35),P＜0.001].The caregiver satisfaction in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant[SMD=0.40,95％CI(0.10,0.70),P=0.010].However,there was no statistically significant difference when comparing the level of postoperative pain between the 2 groups[SMD=-1.16,95％CI(-2.83,0.51),P=0.180].Subgroup analyses showed that the preoperative anxiety levels of the children were lower when the intervention was performed with gamified interactive virtual reality videos compared with ordinary virtual reality videos and ordinary interactive virtual reality videos[SMD=-0.96,95％CI(-1.36,-0.56),P＜0.001].Compared with ≤4 min,children had lower levels of preoperative anxiety when the length of the intervention was 5 mnin[SSMD=-0.96,95％CI(-1.36,-0.56),P＜0.001].Conclusion The implementation of virtual reality exposure was effective in relieving preoperative anxiety and improving caregiver satisfaction,but further research is needed to investigate the effect on the children's postoperative pain levels.

Objective To form the in vitro diagnostic reagents(IVD)selection and optimization management plan and management database,and optimize the IVD management work.Methods Through the analysis of the policy background and the current management status of the IVD clinical laboratory in Beijing Hospital,the selection and optimization management plan for existing and newly applied laboratory IVD was formulated based on clinical needs.The IVD of the whole hospital was selected and optimized by combing projects,open bidding,innovative quotation methods,on-site review and other steps.The IVD management database and qualification database of Beijing Hospital was formed,and the effect from the aspects of compliance,work efficiency and cost control was evaluated.Results The selection and optimization of 1 737 IVDs in the whole hospital were completed according to the formulated IVD selection and optimization management plan.The implementation of management plan improved the work efficiency.The content of review in an average meeting was increased by more than 10 times,and the frequency of new applications for IVD access was accelerated,while the IVD cost was reduced,and the average purchase amount of the whole hospital was reduced by about 15％.The prices of key IVD products were lower after selection than before selection,and the difference was significant(t=2.493,P=0.034).Conclusion The management scheme of IVD selection and optimization was feasible,and it could achieve the goal of ensuring compliance,improving efficiency and reducing costs.

Objective To establish in vitro diagnostic(IVD)reagents closed-loop management scheme for the whole process and implement,and optimize the IVD management.Methods Based on the status quo of IVD management in Beijing Hospital,the closed-loop management scheme of the whole IVD process was designed,such as IVD application,IVD selection,IVD subscription,IVD purchase,IVD receipt,IVD inbound and outbound,and IVD use.Key indicators were selected to establish an evaluation framework.Management data,procurement data and testing data before(2020)and after(2023)implementation of the program were collected and counted by means of interviews and consulting relevant information systems,and then process management,quality management and cost management were evaluated.Results The management process was optimized,the IVD purchase time was shortened by about 60％on average,the IVD purchase did not need manual processing,the order was split in real time and sent to the corresponding supplier,and the IVD collection time was shortened by about 75％on average.IVD and test quality management were satisfactory,supplier qualification perfection reached 100％,full marks were obtained in the inter-room quality assessment,and no IVD-related adverse events were observed.The cost management was effective,and the IVD procurement cost was reduced by about 15％.IVD cost fine management models were established for four items,namely,human immunodeficiency virus antibody assay,hepatitis C antibody assay,treponemal antibody assay and hepatitis B surface antigen quantitative assay.The average value of IVD loss was 0.07％～1.21％,and the standard deviation was 0.07％～0.66％.Conclusion The IVD whole process closed-loop management scheme is feasible,which can improve the efficiency of IVD management,ensure the quality of IVD and detection,reduce the cost of IVD,and refine the cost management work.

OBJECTIVE To study the regulator y mech anism of glaucocalyxin A （GLA） on autophagy and apoptosis of HCCLM3 hepatocellular carcinoma cells. METHODS HCCLM3 cells were taken ，and control group ，GLA 2.5 μg/mL group，GLA 5 μg/mL group and GLA 10 μg/mL group were mainly set according to different experimental purposes. In control group，only complete medium was added ；in each administration group ，complete medium containing the corresponding final concentration of GLA was added. Cell cycle distribution and apoptosis were detected by flow cytometry ；mitochondrial morphology and autophagy were observed by transmission electron microscope （only control group ，GLA 5 μg/mL group）；JC-1 staining and fluorescence inverted microscope were used to observe and detect the mitochondrial membrane potential of the cells ；Western blot assay was used to detect the protein expression of Bcl- 2， Bax， Beclin1 and cleaved caspase- 3 proteins in the cells ； the co-immunoprecipitation method was used to detect the binding and dissociation of Bcl- 2 and Beclin 1（only GLA 5 μg/mL group， GLA 10 μg/mL group）. RESULTS Compared with control group ，GLA 5 μg/mL and GLA 10 μg/mL could induce a significant arrest of the cell cycle in the G 2-M phase for HCCLM 3，a significant decrease in mitochondrial membrane potential ，an increase in apoptosis as well as significant promotion of the protein expression of Bax ，cleaved caspase- 3 and Beclin 1，and significant inhibition of the protein expression of Bcl- 2（P＜0.01）. GLA 5 μg/mL also significantly changed mitochondrial morphology and increased autophagosomes. The results of co-immunoprecipitation showed that compared with GLA 5 μg/mL，GLA 10 μg/mL could enhance the binding of Bcl- 2 and Beclin 1. CONCLUSIONS GLA can regulate the autophagy and apoptosis of HCCLM 3 cells by Bcl-2/Beclin1 target. The effect is closely related to the dose of GLA.

Objective To explore the effect of nursing procedure on pressure sore in patients with brain tumor.Methods The nursing procedures were used in the nursing of 86 brain tumor patients.The procedures included assessment of pressure ulcer risk factors and regulations of nursing objective and the measures for preventing pressure ulcer.Result None of the patients contracted pressure ulcer during operation.Conclusion The nursing procedures for brain tumor patients can enable the nurses to plan nursing activities for specific purpose,avoid the occurrence of pressure sore and thus improve the quality of nursing.
