The 7-year-old male patient was given 0.2 g of cefaclor granules tid for bronchitis.He developed blurred vision 3 hours after oral administration.He was discontinued in time.No serious adverse consequences occurred after symptomatic treatment,and the prognosis is good.This case of adverse reaction is clinically rare.It is recommended that when using cefaclor granules and other antibacterial drugs,patients should pay attention to whether they have symptoms related to vision changes,color weakness,and other discomforts and promptly report the discomfort symptoms to the clinic.

Leptomeningeal metastasis (LM) is one of the serious complications of advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), although the incidence is not high, the clinical symptoms are severe and the prognosis is poor. LM is prone to occur in patients with positive driver gene than negative. At present, the treatment of LM mainly includes molecular targeted therapy, systemic chemotherapy, whole brain radiotherapy, intrathecal chemotherapy and immunotherapy. Although there are many treatments, the efficacy of LM is still unsatisfactory. This article reviews the drug therapy of sensitive driver gene positive NSCLC LM.

Objective To know the postnatal depression and anxiety state and its related factors of parturients from migrant worker family,and then reference to certain nursing counter-measures. Methods Sampled 73 parturients by spontaneous labor from migrant worker family and 45 local matched parturients,interviewed them by SAS and SDS to know their postnatal depression and anxiety state,and then analyzed the datum between them. Results The level of postnatal depression and anxiety in parturients from migrant worker family was significant higher than that in local parturienta.Different level of depression and anxiety was existed in different parturients from migrant worker family by different educational attainments,different family type and different financial state. Conclusions The state of postnatal depression and anxiety in parturients from migrant worker family is severely,related health education should be strengthened,associated social secu-rity and support system should be established to help them release their unhealthy emotion.
