Objective The effect of lunar dust adhesion performance by fiber surface characteristics were investigated for the lunar dust adhesion mitigation of spacesuits. Methods In this research,an adhesion test method under ultraviolet ray radiation in vacuum was developed to measure the adhesion quantity of simulated lunar dust on fiber materials.Based on the microscopic image of the fiber sample after test, the influence of conductive and surface energy characteristics of the fiber materials on the lunar dust adhesion performance was studied. Results The simulated lunar dust were activated under ultraviolet ray radiation, which induced an increase of the adhesion quantity of simulated lunar dust on fiber materials;Lower surface energy or higher conductive characteristics of the fiber was both beneficial to reduce the adhesion quantity of simulated lunar dust. Conclusion The static electric forces were likely to be the major forces between the fiber and the lunar dust under ultraviolet ray radiation in vacuum. In addition to reducing surface energy, improving conductive characteristics of the fiber was more beneficial to reduce the adhesion quantity of simulated lunar dust.

Viral myocarditis(VMC)is a type of myocarditis caused by Coxsackievirus B3(CVB3)infection.Its pathogenesis is complex that includes direct viral action, host immune and inflammatory response, myocardial structure and function remodeling. The therapeutic effect of single target drugs is limited, while traditional Chinese medicine not only has antiviral effects, but also demon-strates systematic advantages in intervening in VMC due to its"multi-component,multi-target,and multi-pathway"characteristics.This article reviews the pathogenic mechanisms of CVB3-induced VMC,clarifies the interaction between CVB3 and host cells, and ex-plores the intervention mechanisms and developments of traditional Chinese medicine interventions for CVB3-induced VMC.At the same time, the prospects of traditional Chinese medicine treatment for CVB3-induced VMC in this study suggest that future research should strengthen the analysis of multi-target synergistic mechanisms based on traditional Chinese medicine formulas, combine artifi-cial intelligence, genomics, and gene editing technologies to predict drug-target interaction networks, establish standardized and per-sonalized system for integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment plans, and provide more effective strategies for the prevention and treatment of VMC.

Objective To observe resting-state functional connectivity(rs-FC)changes of mirror neuron system(MNS)brain regions in male nicotine addicts, and to explore their correlations with the degree of addiction. Methods Twenty-five male nicotine addicts(addiction group)and 27 healthy males(control group)were prospectively recruited, and resting-statefunctional MR scanning was performed. The general information and rs-FC values were compared between groups, and correlations of rs-FC values with Fagerstr?m test for nicotine dependence(FTND)and heaviness of smoking index(HSI)scale scores in addiction group were analyzed. Results No significant difference of age nor education level was found between groups(both P>0.05).Compared to control group,rs-FC values between left inferior frontal gyrus(IFG.L)and right middle temporal gyrus(MTG.R)as well as right middle occipital gyrus(MOG.R)increased(GRF corrected,voxel-level P<0.005,cluster-level P<0.05),while between right fusiform gyrus(FFG.R)and right dorsal cingulate gyrus(DCG.R),right supplementary motor area(SMA.R),left medial superior frontal gyrus(SFGmed.L)and left supplementary motor area(SMA.L)decreased(GRF corrected,voxel-level P<0.005,cluster-level P<0.05).In addiction group,rs-FC value between IFG.L and MTG.R was negatively correlated with HSI scale score(r=-0.457,P=0.022),while that between IFG.L and MOG.R was negatively correlated with HSI scale and FTND scores(r=-0.440,-0.458,P=0.028,0.021).Conclusion There were specific changes of rs-FC patterns of MNS brain regions in male nicotine addicts, which were correlated with the degree of addiction.

Human Respiratory Stem Cells (RSCs) play a crucial role in the maintenance, repair and regeneration of the respiratory system. As a novel therapeutic method, stem cell therapy is a popular research direction in the medical field. And with the in-depth research on the mechanism of pneumonia caused by respiratory infections in recent years, the use of RSCs to explore pneumonia caused by respiratory infections and its therapeutic strategies has become a hot topic. In this paper, we firstly outlined the types of RSCs, summarized the mechanism of pneumonia caused by respiratory tract infections, discussed the advantages of RSCs application and the progress of culture differentiation, and elaborated the therapeutic exploration of RSCs in pneumonia caused by respiratory tract infections.

Objective:To determine the epidemiological characteristics of human bocavirus (HBoV) in children with acute respiratory infections (ARI) in Bengbu City, Anhui Province, in 2024.Methods:Nasopharyngeal swab samples were collected from 269 children with ARI in Bengbu City, Anhui Province, in 2024. Seventeen respiratory pathogens were screened using quantitative fluorescence PCR. For HBoV-positive samples, the VP1/VP2 structural gene fragments of HBoV were amplified and sequenced for genetic evolutionary analysis. Results:Among the 269 nasopharyngeal swab samples from children with ARI, the overall detection rate of respiratory pathogens was 48.33% (103/269). The top three pathogens with the highest detection rates were: Influenza A virus (FluA): 10.04% (27/269), Respiratory syncytial virus (RSV): 8.18% (22/269), Human bocavirus (HBoV): 7.43% (20/269). The age distribution of HBoV-infected children showed that the detection rate was highest in the 0-2 years age group (50%, 10/20), followed by the 3-5 years age group (25%, 5/20) and the over 6 years age group (25%, 5/20). However, there was no statistically significant difference in viral detection rates among the age groups. Genetic evolutionary analysis based on VP1/VP2 revealed that all 13 HBoV strains were of the HBoV-1 genotype. Conclusions:HBoV is one of the major pathogens causing ARI in children in Bengbu City, Anhui Province, in 2024, with HBoV-1 being the predominant genotype. Additionally, infants aged 0-2 years are the most susceptible population to HBoV infection.

Objective To explore the clinical features of occupational pneumoconiosis (hereinafter referred to as “pneumoconiosis”) complicated with interstitial lung disease (ILD). Methods A total of 56 patients with pneumoconiosis complicated with ILD were selected as the research subjects using a retrospective study method, and their clinical features were analyzed. Results The main clinical symptoms of the 56 patients were progressive dyspnea, cough, and expectoration, with detection rates of 76.8%, 75.0%, and 55.4%, respectively. The detection rates of hypoxemia and respiratory failure were 67.9% and 32.1% respectively. Among the 35 patients who underwent pulmonary function test, restrictive, mixed, and obstructive ventilatory disorders were detected in 37.1%, 22.9%, and 17.1% of cases, respectively, with a 74.3% detection rate for reduced diffusion capacity. High resolution computed tomography of the chest revealed ground-glass shadows, grid shadow, interlobular thickening, honeycomb shadows and tractive bronchiectasis, with detection rates of 57.1%, 35.7%, 35.7%, 23.2%, and 17.9%, respectively. Lesions were mostly diffusely distributed in both lungs, with a predominance in the lower lungs compared to the mid-upper lungs. Patients complicated with connective tissue disease, including systemic sclerosis, rheumatoid arthritis, systemic lupus erythematosus, polymyositis, and dermatomyositis, accounted for 33.9% (19 cases). Conclusion The clinical symptoms, pulmonary function, and arterial blood gas analysis results of patients with pneumoconiosis complicated with ILD show no specific features. However, a subset of pneumoconiosis patients with ILD also have coexisting connective tissue diseases.
