Background Psychological disturbances such as work-family conflict and depressive mood are prevalent among occupational groups and are closely related to eating behavior. Therefore, investigating the influencing factors of eating behavior is of great significance for promoting the health behaviors of occupational populations. Objective To clarify the current situation of eating behavior among the occupational populations aged 18 to 60 years in China, and to explore the relationship between work-family conflict, depressive mood, and eating behavior, and to test the mediating role of depressive mood in the relationship. Methods The study used a data set containing occupational populations aged 18 to 60 years extracted from the 2021 Psychology and Behavior Investigation of Chinese Residents. The Work-Family Conflict Scale, the Chinese version of the Sakata Eating Behavior Scale Short Form, and the Patient Health Questionnaire-Depression Scale were used. Potential influencing factors of eating behavior of the occupational populations were evaluated by multiple linear regression. Structural equation modeling was used to analyze the relationships between work-family conflict, depressive mood, and eating behavior, and the Bootstrap method was used to test the mediating effect of depressive mood on the relationship of work-family conflict and eating behavior. Results Among the occupational populations, the proportion of reporting high work-family conflict was 48.4%, and the proportion of reporting mild depression and above was 48.7%. The total score of eating behavior was (16.16±4.64), and the proportion of high abnormal eating behavior tendency was 39.1%. There were significant differences in eating behavior score among different age, educational level, marital status, number of offspring, occupation, smoking, and drinking groups (P<0.05). The partial correlation analysis showed that work-family conflict and depressive mood were positively correlated with abnormal eating behavior (r=0.367, 0.386, P<0.001); work-family conflict was positively correlated with depressive mood (r=0.466, P<0.001). The results of the multiple linear regression showed that depressive mood, work-family conflict, age, smoking, drinking, and education level were associated with eating behavior (P<0.05). The structural equation modeling indicated that work-family conflict positively associated with depressive mood (b=0.529, P<0.001), depressive mood positively associated with abnormal eating behavior (b=0.292, P<0.001), and work-family conflict positively associated with abnormal eating behavior (b=0.270, P<0.001). Depressive mood played a partial mediating role in the relationship between work-family conflict and eating behavior, and the effect value was 0.154 (95%CI: 0.132, 0.179) that accounted for 36.32% of the total effect. Conclusion Work-family conflict could directly affect the eating behavior among occupational populations, and also indirectly affect eating behavior through a mediating effect of depressive mood. Therefore, optimizing the allocation of tasks between work and family, providing psychological support in need, alleviating work-family conflict and depressive mood may improve the eating behavior and mental health of working populations.

Chinese Journal of School Health 2025;46(5):642-646
Objective:
To analyze the association of eating dining locations and their association with nutritional status among Chinese children aged 6-17 years,so as to provide reference for guiding children s reasonable diet.
Methods:
Stratified random cluster sampling was used to select children aged 6 to 17 years from 28 cities and rural areas of 14 provinces in East, North, Central, South, Southwest, Northwest, Northeast of China, and a total of 52 535 children were included in the study from 2019 to 2021. Information including dining locations, demographic characteristics, dietary intakes and physical activity were collected through a questionnaire survey. Fasting body height and weight were measured in the morning. Unordered multiclass Logistic regression analysis was conducted to assess the relationship between dining locations and nutritional status in children.
Results:
Regarding children s dining locations, 66.3% ate breakfast at home,25.8% ate breakfast at school,7.9% ate breakfast outside (small dining tables, restaurants, stalls, etc.); 67.7% ate dinner at home,29.0% ate dinner at school,3.3% ate dinner outside; and 63.6% ate lunch at school,30.8% ate lunch at home,5.7% ate lunch outside. The prevalence rates of overweight/obesity and undernutrition were 28.6% and 9.3%, respectively. The adjusted multiclass Logistic regression analysis (controlling for age, region, parental education, household income, total energy intake, and moderate-to-vigorous physical activity) demonstrated that, compared to eating at home, school based breakfast and dinner consumption was associated with significantly lower overweight/obesity risks for both genders (boys: breakfast OR =0.70, 95% CI =0.65-0.75; dinner OR =0.80, 95% CI = 0.74- 0.86; girls: breakfast OR = 0.89 , 95% CI = 0.82-0.96; dinner OR =0.88, 95% CI =0.81-0.95), whereas eating lunch away from home significantly increased overweight/obesity risks (boys: OR =1.32, 95% CI =1.17-1.48; girls: OR =1.43, 95% CI =1.26- 1.62 ), with all associations being statistically significant ( P <0.05). After adjusting for confounding factors, boys who ate breakfast away from home showed a significantly reduced risk of undernutrition ( OR =0.80,95% CI =0.66-0.97), while those consuming lunch away from home had an increased risk ( OR =1.26, 95% CI =1.01-1.57) ( P <0.05).
Conclusions
The choice of dining locations for children is becoming more diverse, and a relatively high proportion of children eat meals outside the home and at school. Eating out have a higher risk of malnutrition for children. School feeding may be beneficial to children s physical health.

Dyslipidemia is an important risk factor of atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease (ASCVD). Statins delay the occurrence and development of ASCVD, and reduce the risk of cardiovascular events and death. Due to safety concerns, there exist insufficient use of lipid-lowering agents and a high withdrawal rate of the agents in the elderly. To promote the prevention and treatment of ASCVD, this expert consensus is issued and focuses on the management of dyslipidemia of Chinese elderly basing on the clinical evidence of the use of lipid-lowering drugs by the elderly, and the lipid management guidelines and expert consensus recommendations at home and abroad.

Objective:To evaluate correlation between left ventricular mechanical contraction synchrony and left ventricular systolic function by gated myocardial perfusion imaging(GMPI) using Cadmium-Zine-Telluride (CZT) SPECT.Methods:Three hundred and forty three consecutive patients( 232 males, 111 females, age (60.08±12.88) years) who underwent CZT SPECT GMPI in Shanxi Cardiovascular Hospital between January and August 2019 were retrospectively analyzed. The Emory cardiac toolbox was used to process the imaging data, and the left ventricular systolic synchrony parameters and systolic function parameters were acquired, including peak phase(PP), phase standard deviation (PSD), phase histogram bandwidth(PHB), histogram skewness(HS), histogram kurtosis(HK), and end-diastolic volume( EDV), end-systolic volume (ESV), left ventrieular ejection fraction (LVEF). All patients were divided into 4 groups: the normal group (147 cases), ischemic cardiomyopathy group (114 cases), nonischemic cardiomyopathy without left bundle branch block (LBBB) group(50 cases)and nonischemic cardiomyopathy with LBBB group(32 cases). The relationship between systolic synchrony parameters and systolic function parameters were analyzed with Pearson correlation analysis. Results:Statistic results for all patients showed that PSD and PHB were well correlated with LVEF( r values: -0.790, -0.799, both P<0.01), but PP was poorly correlated with LVEF( r=-0.194, P<0.01); HS, HK were positively correlated with LVEF( r values: 0.767, 0.676, both P<0.01); PSD, PHB were positively correlated with ESV( r values: 0.778, 0.795, both P<0.01) and EDV ( r values: 0.722, 0.732, both P<0.01); but PP was poorly correlated with ESV( r=0.145, P<0.01) and not correlated with EDV ( r=0.095, P>0.01). HS, HK were negatively correlated with EDV and ESV ( r values: -0.700 to -0.580, all P<0.01). PSD and PHB showed negatively correlation with LVEF ( r values: -0.834 to -0.492, all P<0.01), while HS, HK showed positive correlation with LVEF ( r values: 0.243-0.792, all P<0.01) in normal group, the ischemic cardiomyopathy group, the nonischemic cardiomyopathy without LBBB group and the nonischemic cardiomyopathy with LBBB group. Conclusions:The left ventricular systolic synchrony parameters provided by CZT SPECT GMPI correlate well with the left ventricular systolic function parameters, and the worse systolic function, the worse systolic synchrony. Both ischemic cardiomyopathy and non-ischemic cardiomyopathy can affect left ventricular mechanical contraction synchrony, and the effect on contraction synchrony in non-ischemic cardiomyopathy patients with LBBB is greater.
