Objective:To investigate influence of different phantoms on the results of quality control for the images of cone beam computed tomography(CBCT)for breast on the basis of quality control for breast CBCT.Methods:Five different manufacturers'phantoms were selected,and they were placed at the position of testing breast in clinical examination to conduct position for phantom according to the method of the national health industry standard WS 818-2023.The analysis focused on the differences of evaluation results of using different phantoms for image quality on the basis of a series of parameters included uniformity,resolution of high contrast,resolution of low contrast,and CT value of water in scanning images of different phantoms.Data collection and image reconstruction were performed respectively by using commonly clinical procedures.Corresponding module images were selected from the reconstructed images of standard breast phantom.The common layer thickness and projection method of the system were set to record and analyze data.Results:The image uniformity of measured results of the five phantoms were respectively 42.37±2.01,-5.83±0.15,3.76±0.15,2.16±0.06,3.60±0.10.The differences of the image uniformities among the five phantoms were statistically significant(F=1310.02,P<0.001),and the differences of the CT values of the measured water among the five phantoms were statistically significant(F=9 846.46,P<0.001).The differences in the resolution of low contrast among them were also statistically significant(F=27.50,P<0.001).However,the results of the resolution of high contrast were stability,and there was no significant difference in that among the five phantoms.Conclusion:The measured results of quality control of different phantoms are different.

From June to September 2024, ICU medical staff from general hospitals in 5 regions (Chongqing, Beijing, Shaanxi, Jiangsu, and Gansu) were selected as the research subjects. The KAP of PICS questionnaire was distributed in the form of an electronic questionnaire. Observation indicators: (1) results of the questionnaire survey; (2) general information of ICU medical staff; (3) KAP scores of PICS and the correlation among various dimensions; (4) analysis of influencing factors for KAP of PICS. Comparison of measurement data with normal distribution between groups was conducted using the independent samples t test. One-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) was applied for com-parison among multiple groups, and post-hoc LSD test was used for pairwise comparison. Comparison of count data between groups was conducted using the chi-square test. Pearson correlation analysis was adopted for correlation analysis. Multiple linear regression analysis was used for univariate and multivariate analyses. Results:(1) Results of questionnaire survey. A total of 410 questionnaires were distributed and retrieved, among which 408 were valid, with an effective rate of 99.512%(408/410). (2) General information of ICU medical staff. Among the 408 ICU medical staff, there were 79 males and 329 females. Eight cases were under 25 years old, 248 cases were 25-35 years old, 132 cases were 36-40 years old, and 20 cases were over 40 years old. In terms of professional title, there were 10 junior nurses, 130 junior nurse practitioners, 228 intermediate nurse practitioners, and 40 senior nurse practitioners. About the educational background, 34 cases had a junior college degree, 347 cases had a bachelor's degree, and 27 cases had a master's degree or above. Regarding the hospital level, 25 nurses worked in secondary hospitals and 383 cases in tertiary hospitals. In terms of ICU type, 181 cases were from specialized ICU and 227 cases from general ICU. About working experience in ICU, 41 nurses had less than 5 years, 207 cases had 5-10 years, and 160 cases had more than 10 years. (3) KAP scores of PICS and the correlation among various dimensions. The total KAP score of PICS among the 408 ICU medical staff was 88.7±14.2, with 40.2±9.2 for the knowledge dimension, 22.0±5.6 for the attitude dimension, and 26.5±6.3 for the practice dimension. Pearson correlation analysis showed that the knowledge dimension of PICS among ICU medical staff was significantly positively correlated with both the attitude dimension and the practice dimension ( r=0.15, 0.69, P<0.05); the attitude dimension was positively correlated with the practice dimension ( r=0.23, P<0.05).(4) Analysis of influencing factors for KAP of PICS. Results of multivariate analysis showed that age (25-35 years old, 36-40 years old, over 40 years old), educational background and hospital level were independent influencing factors for the KAP of PICS among ICU medical staff ( t=2.23, 1.97, 2.84, 0.15, 2.04, P<0.05). Conclusions:The KAP of PICS among ICU medical staff is relatively good, while their practical ability still needs to be improved. Age, educational background, and hospital level are independent influencing factors for the KAP of PICS among ICU medical staff.

Aim To investigate the neuroprotective effect of dioscin(DIO)on hippocampal neurons(HT22)after oxygen glucose deprivation/reoxygen-ation(OGD/R)and its possible mechanism.Methods HT22 cells were treated with 0,2.5,5,10,20,40,80,160,and 320 mg·L-1DIO for 24 h,and the cell proliferation rate was detected by CCK-8 method.The concentration that was non-toxic to HT 2 2 cells was se-lected for subsequent experiments.After OGD for 2 h,HT22 cells were randomly divided into the OGD/R group,1.25,2.5,and 5 mg·L-1DIO group,and posi-tive control group.HT22 cells were taken as the con-trol group.After drug intervention for 24 h,the cell proliferation rate was detected by CCK-8 method;the LDH release was detected by colorimetry;the cell ap-optosis rate was detected by TUNEL method;the ex-pression of proteins related to PARP-1/AIF pathway and caspase pathway was detected by Western blot.Results DIO intervention significantly upregulated the expression of AIF protein in mitochondria and PAR protein in nucleus of HT22 cells after OGD/R,and sig-nificantly downregulated the release of LDH,neuronal apoptosis rate,total protein expression of AIF and PAR,PARP-1,AIF in nucleus and protein expression of PAR protein in mitochondria,while the expression of Bax and caspase-3 proteins was not significantly differ-ent from that in the OGD/R group.Conclusion DIO can alleviate the apoptosis of HT22 cells induced by OGD/R by regulating the expression and translocation of proteins related to the PARP-1/AIF pathway,thus playing a neuroprotective role.

Objective To explore the feasibility and operability in identifying the therapeutic dominant stages of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)based on subdivision model of disease course.Methods The hierarchical Bayesian model was used to differentiate the disease course of 125 cases of premature ovarian failure(POF),and the disease course of POF were divided into the occult stage,diminished ovarian reserve(DOR)stage,premature ovarian insufficiency(POI)stage,and POF stage.An then the paired sample t-test,Pearson correlation analysis and expert in-depth interview were used for the analysis of the therapeutic effects of TCM for POF at various stages.Results(1)Compared with POF stage,DOR and POI stages were frequently intervened by Chinese patent medicine.(2)In DOR(complicated with POI)stage and POF stage,there was significant difference between the degree of TCM intervention and the therapeutic effect(t =-3.70,P＜0.001).(3)The degree of TCM intervention was positively correlated with treatment outcomes in the DOR stage(r = 0.679,P＜0.001),so did in the POF stage(r = 0.432,P＜0.001),but the correlation in the POF stage was slightly lower than that in the DOR stage.(4)The results of in-depth interviews with experts of TCM gynecology showed that in the concealed phase of POF,the prognosis would be most favorable if TCM regulation and intervention were performed.In the DOR stage and POI stage,treatment with Chinese medicine prescriptions usually brought about better curative effect and prognosis.For the patients at POF stage,the therapeutic effect of TCM depended on the patients'compliance and the treatment course,and the effect was relatively not as good as that of the previous stages.Conclusion In the DOR stage and POF stage,the higher the degree of TCM intervention,the better the prognosis will be achieved for the patients treated with western medicine.In the POF stage,the efficacy of TCM intervention is reduced to a certain extent compared with the DOR stage.The results indicated that it is feasible and operable to identify the TCM therapeutic dominant stages based on the subdivision model of disease course.

BACKGROUND:Prosthesis loosening and wear are still the main problems in the failure of total ankle replacement,which are closely related to the micro-motion of the implant-bone interface,the contact stress of the articular surface and joint motion.The design of artificial joint components,including insert and tibial/talar stem prosthesis,is a key factor affecting the force,motion,and micromotion of the contact interface of the ankle joint.The development of new inserts is of great significance to improve the survival rate of artificial ankle joints. OBJECTIVE:The finite element model of the total ankle replacement model was constructed to detect the biomechanical properties of the porous structure-optimized inserts,and the effect of the porous structure-optimized inserts on reducing prosthesis micromotion and improving the contact behavior of the articular surface was analyzed. METHODS:Based on the CT scan data of the right ankle joint of a healthy adult and the INBONE Ⅱ system product manual,a three-dimensional model including bone and artificial joint system was established,and the total ankle replacement model(model A)was obtained after osteotomy and prosthesis installation,and then through four new types of inserts,G50,G60,D50,and D60,were obtained by transforming the porous structure of the original insert,and the original one was replaced with different inserts to establish an optimized total ankle replacement model(models B-E)corresponding to the inserts.The gait loads were applied on the five models to simulate the gait conditions.The differences in micromotion and articular surface contact behaviors at the implant-bone interface of all five models were compared. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:(1)In the gait cycle,the micromotion of the prosthesis of the four optimized total ankle replacement models was lower than that of the original model.Compared with model A,the micromotion of the prosthesis in models B-E decreased by 5.4%,10.1%,8.1%,and 20.9%,respectively.The high micromotion area of t ??he tibial groove dome in the optimized model was significantly smaller than that of the original model.(2)The four optimized models obtained a larger articular surface contact area.Compared with model A,the average contact area of t ??he inserts in models B-E increased by 11.8%,14.7%,8.1%,and 32.6%,respectively.(3)Similar to the effect of increasing the contact area,compared with the original model,the contact stress of the optimized model decreased in varying degrees,and the value of model E decreased the most significantly(P<0.05),it is due to good mechanical properties and large porosity of the Diamond lattice that constitutes the D60-type insert.(4)The research results show that the use of porous structure to improve the inserts can improve the elasticity of the inserts and increase its ability to absorb joint impact,for favorable conditions are created for reducing micromotion at the implant-bone interface and improving joint contact behavior.

Objective To explore the expression of serum miR-410-3p in patients with rheumatoid arthritis(RA)and its relationship with knee soft tissue lesions.Methods A total of 89 RA patients admitted to our hospital were selected and divided into the active group(42 cases)and the remission group(47 cases)according to disease activity score in 28 joints(DAS28).In addition,52 healthy volunteers underwent physical examination during the same period in our hospital were selected as the healthy group.The expression level of serum miR-410-3p was detected by RT-PCR,the lesions of knee soft tissue was examined by ultrasound,and the relationship between the expression of serum miR-410-3p and knee soft tissue lesions was analyzed by Pearson.Results The expression levels of serum miR-410-3p of patients in the active group and the remission group were lower than that in the healthy group(P<0.05),and the expression level of serum miR-410-3p of patients in the active group was lower than that in the remission group(P<0.05).The cartilage thicknesses of medial and lateral ankle of patients in the active group and the remission group were smaller than those in the healthy group(P<0.05),and the above indexes in the active group were smaller than those in the remission group(P<0.05).The depths of suprapatellar bursa fluid and synovial thicknesses of patients in the active group and the remission group were greater than those in the healthy group(P<0.05),and the depth of suprapatellar bursa fluid and synovial thickness of patients in the active group were greater than those in the remission group(P<0.05).The level of serum miR-410-3p in RA patients was positively correlated with the depth of suprapatellar bursa fluid and synovial thickness(P<0.05),and negatively correlated with the cartilage thicknesses of medial and lateral ankle(P<0.05).Conclusion Serum miR-410-3p expression level in RA patients is decreased,which was closely related to knee soft tissue lesions,detecting the changes of serum miR-410-3p level may provide a reference for the evaluation of knee soft tissue lesions.

Objective To investigate the risk factors for bronchopulmonary dysplasia(BPD)in twin preterm infants with a gestational age of<34 weeks,and to provide a basis for early identification of BPD in twin preterm infants in clinical practice.Methods A retrospective analysis was performed for the twin preterm infants with a gestational age of<34 weeks who were admitted to 22 hospitals nationwide from January 2018 to December 2020.According to their conditions,they were divided into group A(both twins had BPD),group B(only one twin had BPD),and group C(neither twin had BPD).The risk factors for BPD in twin preterm infants were analyzed.Further analysis was conducted on group B to investigate the postnatal risk factors for BPD within twins.Results A total of 904 pairs of twins with a gestational age of<34 weeks were included in this study.The multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that compared with group C,birth weight discordance of>25%between the twins was an independent risk factor for BPD in one of the twins(OR=3.370,95%CI:1.500-7.568,P<0.05),and high gestational age at birth was a protective factor against BPD(P<0.05).The conditional logistic regression analysis of group B showed that small-for-gestational-age(SGA)birth was an independent risk factor for BPD in individual twins(OR=5.017,95%CI:1.040-24.190,P<0.05).Conclusions The development of BPD in twin preterm infants is associated with gestational age,birth weight discordance between the twins,and SGA birth.
