Objective:To analyze Chinese and English literature related to Kangfuxin liquid for wound healing using CiteSpace Knowledge Graph, and to understand its research hotspots, current status, and development trend. Methods:Chinese literature on Kangfuxin Liquid in promoting wound healing was retrieved from the China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),and English literature from Web of Science(WOS),covering the period from January 1,2004,to October 1,2024.CiteSpace 6.1.R6 was used to perform visual analyses based on publication volume, institutions, authors, and keywords. Results:A total of 795 Chinese articles and 21 English articles were included.Overall publication volumes for both languages showed an upward trend, though Chinese publications slightly declined after 2017.Author collaboration network analysis revealed scattered and limited cooperation among researchers, with the field predominantly led by domestic scholars.Institutional collaboration analysis identified Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine as the most prolific institution in both Chinese and English literature. The mapping indicated closer collaboration among English literature institutions compared to Chinese counterparts.High-frequency keywords in Chinese literature included Kangfuxin liquid, pressure ulcer, and wound healing, while English keywords included expression, chitosan, and induced gastric ulcer. The representative clustering tags in the Chinese database were#0 Kangfuxin,#1 nurse,and#2 therapeutic effect. The representative English clustering tags were#0 diabetic wound,#1 marine polysaccharide,and#2 slamf 9.The research hotspot of the Chinese database before 2019 focused on Kangfuxin Liquid's role in wound healing, while post-2020 studies shifted toward the role of inflammatory factors during healing. Conclusions:Visual analysis confirms Kangfuxin Liquid in wound healing as a research hotspot.Future studies should strengthen interdisciplinary and regional collaborations, with mechanistic exploration and clinical applications prioritized.

Breast implant associated-anaplastic large cell lymphoma (BIA-ALCL) is very rare. This 39-year-old female patient, more than 10 years after breast augmentation surgery, had suffered left breast swelling and pain for more than 1 year. The original implant (domestic anatomic shape silicone implant, 260 ml) was surgically removed and the capsule of the left breast implant was completely removed. Postoperative pathology confirmed the diagnosis of BIA-ALCL. The patient recovered well after the surgery. This case is the first reported in China mainland, suggest that doctors should attach great importance to the diseases, and diagnose and treat it timely and accurately.

Occupational pneumoconiosis in the coal industry is an occupational disease that seriously endangers coal miners' health. Early diagnosis and prevention techniques are significant in controlling its incidence rate and reducing its harm. This article takes the patent data related to the early diagnosis and prevention of occupational pneumoconiosis in the coal industry, published from 1985 to 2021, as the research object. It uses tools such as the Derwent Data Analyzer (DDA) software, the Patyee Database, and the PatSnap Database to analyze the technological development trend and characteristics in this field from aspects of growth trend, primary patent holders, IPC classification layout, value, and research and development hotspots. The results show that the number of patent applications in this field indicates a rapid growth trend, mainly in the hands of Shandong Energy Group Co. Ltd., Shandong University of Science and Technology, China University of Mining and Technology, and other institutions or enterprises. Patent technology mainly involves spray dust reduction, dust removal fans, dust masks, and other aspects with high patent value and innovation ability. This article provides a new perspective and reference for preventing, diagnosing, and treating occupational pneumoconiosis in the coal industry.

Objective To investigate the effect of extracellular histones (EH) on intestinal mucosal barrier function in mice and the correlation of EH with the pathogenesis of sepsis. Methods Twenty male C57BL/6 mice were assigned into experiment group (n =10) and control group (n =10) according to the random number table.Same dose (50 mg/kg) of EH and saline were administered through the caudal vein of mice in experiment and control groups respectively.Blood and intestinal samples in each group were collected 3 h after the administration.Morphology of intestinal mucosal tissue was detected by light scope and transmission electron microscope.Expressions of tight junction related proteins (ZO-1,Occludin and Claudin-1) were detected by western blot.Plasma levels of diamine oxidase (DAO) and intestinal fatty acid binding protein (I-FABP) were determined by ELISA method.Plasma level of endotoxin (ET) was determined by limulus test. Results Under transmission electron microscope, experiment group showed disorganized microvilli of intestinal epithelial cells with partially twisted, broken and lost, unclear tight junctions, and widened cellular space.Under light scope, experiment group showed substantial inflammatory cell infiltration in the intestinal wall, disorganized intestinal villi, edema and hemorrhage of mucosa and submucosa, and edematous goblet cells.Experimental versus control group showed significant reduction in levels of Claudin-1 (0.587 7 ±0.060 6 vs.0.677 2 ±0.038 3),Occludin (0.1277±0.0857vs.0.4306±0.0869) and ZO-1 (0.393 3±0.080 8 vs.0.812 8± 0.096 3) (P < 0.05).Experimental versus control group showed significantly up-regulated plasma levels of DAO [(1.61 ±0.20) U/ml vs.(0.69 ± 0.15) U/ml],I-FABP [(548.5 ± 36.8) EU/ml vs.(178.8±26.9) EU/ml] andET [(0.182±0.076) EU/mlvs.(0.091 ±0.029) EU/ml](P<0.05).Conclusion EH can obviously impair the integrity of intestinal mucosal barrier in mice and hence induce endotoxin translocation.

Objective:To explore influence of thrombus aspiration combined bivalirudin during emergency PCI on my- ocardial tissue perfusion and clinical prognosis in patients with acute ST elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI). Methods:A total of 102 patients with acute STEMI,who were confirmed with thrombus burden by CAG in our hos- pital from Jan 2012 to Jun 2014,were selected.According to random number table, they were randomly divided into thrombus aspiration + bivalirudin group (n=52,thrombus aspiration group)and heparin group (n=50,routine PCI group).TIMI blood flow grade 3 rate,TIMI myocardial perfusion grade (TMPG)after PCI,ST segment re- gression rate 2h after PCI,peak value and peak time of cTnI after PCI,LVEF,LVEDd,incidence rates of bleeding and major adverse cardiovascular events (MACE)on one week and one month after PCI were compared between two groups. Results:Compared with routine PCI group, there were significant rise in postoperative TMPG grade 3 rate (56.00% vs.88.46%),TIMI grade 3 rate (58.00% vs.88.46%)and ST segment regression rate (52.00% vs. 76.92%)in thrombus aspiration group,P<0.05 or <0.01. Compared with routine PCI group one month after PCI,there was significant rise in LVEF [(53.76±5.24)% vs.(57.95±5.51)%],and significant reductions in LVEDd [(53.70±3.39)mm vs.(50.63±1.24)mm],peak value [(16.00±4.28)μg/L vs.(13.81±4.00)μg/L]and peak time [(14.00±2.80)h vs.(13.00±2.23)h]of cTnI in thrombus aspiration group,P<0.05 or <0.01. Incidence rate of mild bleeding in thrombus aspiration group was significantly lower than that of routine PCI group (1.9% vs.16.0%),P<0.05,but there was no significant difference in incidence rate of MACE between two groups,P>0.05. Conclusion:Thrombus aspiration combined bivalirudin during emergency PCI is safe and fea- sible for acute STEMI patients,it can effectively reduce incidence rate of bleeding, remove coronary thrombus,im- prove myocardial tissue perfusion and doesn't increase incidence rate of MACE.
