Objective:To investigate the feasibility of multipoint core needle biopsy (CNB) at mid-stage to predict the treatment effect of neoadjuvant systemic therapy for breast cancer. Methods:A total of 67 breast cancer cases with indications of neoadjuvant systemic therapy were selected from Mar. 2021 to Nov. 2022.In the fourth cycle of neoadjuvant systemic therapy, core needle biopsy was performed at 3, 6, 9, 12 points of tumor bed and residual tumor foci of breast respectively. The results of CNB were compared with the results of routine pathology of surgery after the completion of neoadjuvant therapy. Matched biopsy and surgical specimens were compared to assess pCR. The accuracy and false negative rate (FNR) of interim pathological assessment were analyzed. The coincidence probability of interim biopsy pathology and pathology of standard surgical excision was verified. Results:The median age of enrolled patients was 49.2 years (21-69 years) .Median maximum tumor diameter before neoadjuvant systemic therapy and residual tumor diameter after neoadjuvant therapy were 40.4 mm (range 21-93mm) and 19.6 mm (range 0-41mm) respectively. A total of 28 patients achieved pCR, and the PCR rates of hormone receptor-positive and HER2-nagative,triple-negative,hormone receptor negative and HER2-positive and hormone receptor-positive and HER2-positive disease were 4/24 (16.7%) ,6/14 (42.9%) ,11/18 (61.1%) ,7/11 (63.6%), respectively. Two cases had no preoperative imaging abnormalities. The results of core needle biopsy pathology of residual tumor lesions in 55 patients were consistent with those of routine post-operation pathology. The results of core needle biopsy pathology of tumor bed of 56 patients was consistent with the routine pathology of surgery. The false negative rate of interim multipoint biopsy pathology of residual tumor foci was 17.9% (12/67). The false negative rate of tumor bed with core needle biopsy was 5.9% (4/67) .Conclusions:CNB guided under ultrasound is feasible in predicting tumor retreat situation in the tumor bed area and residual tumor foci at mid-stage of neoadjuvant therapy. Increasing the number of core needles and improving biopsy techniques may improve the accuracy of pathological evaluation of interim multipoint biopsy.

Journal of Environmental and Occupational Medicine 2022;39(1):36-40
Background According to China's Labor Statistics Yearbook 2020, there were 113293 work-related injuries and 25092 work-related deaths in 2019. It is of great significance to enhance the courage quality of high-risk workers for the maintenance of personal health and the effectiveness of organizational work. Objective To revise the Physical Courage at Work Scale (PCWS) for its application in Chinese employees exposed to high-risk workplace. Methods A total of 1280 high-risk workers completed the revised PCWS for Chinese employees. Item analysis and exploratory factor analysis were used to analyze the scale's construction validity. Confirmatory factor analysis was used to verify the results of exploratory factor analysis, Cronbach's α coefficient was used to verify the reliability of the scale, Pearson correlation analysis of the scale with Mental Quality Questionnaire for Armymen (MQQA) and Norton Courage Measure (CM) was used to verify the validity of the revised PCWS, and Pearson correlation analysis was used to determine the discrimination for each factor of the revised PCWS. Results The results of item analysis showed that the correlation coefficients between the scores of all items and the total score of the revised PCWS were greater than 0.4. The exploratory analysis indicated that there were five factors including immediate danger, providing for family, confronting other's aggression, reporting violations, and contributing to society in the revised version. The confirmatory analysis indicated the five-factor model fitted well (minimum fit function Chi-square/degree of freedom, CMIN/DF=4.60; normed fit index, NFI=0.93; comparative fit index, CFI=0.95; incremental fit index, IFI=0.93; standardized root mean square residual, SRMR=0.05; root mean square error of approximation, RMSEA=0.07). The internal consistency coefficient of the revised PCWS was α=0.95. The correlation coefficients of the revised PCWS with MQQA and CM ranged from 0.11 to 0.28 (P<0.01), and the correlation coefficients between factors of the revised scale ranged from 0.35 to 0.72 (P<0.01). Conclusion The revised PCWS has good reliability and validity in Chinese employees.

Objective To examine the adaptability of Carver and White' s behavioral activation/in-hibition scales(BIS/BAS Scales)in a large sample of Chinese military-man,and to revise the instrument and validate its factor structure. Methods A total of 2 921 Chinese military-men completed four subscales:one for the Behavioral Inhibition System, and three for the Behavioral Approach System(drive, reward re-sponsiveness,fun seeking).Data were analyzed using exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis. The internal consistency of the subscales and the complete scale were examined. Results The findings did not support Carver and White's 4-factor structure which was validated in a sample of Chinese college students.A 3-factor structure(behavioral inhibition, reward responsiveness, drive)in Chinese military-man were extracted and validated using confirmatory factor analysis(CFA)(KMO=0.87,CFI=0.94,RMSEA=0.06).The Cronbach α of behavioral inhibition, drive and reward responsiveness were 0.78,0.71 and 0.67 respectively. The internal consistencies of behavioral inhibition and drive were higher than four-factor model of Chinese college students and the internal consistencies of drive and reward responsiveness were less than American young adults.Be-havioral inhibition and drive positively predicted depressive symptoms(βBIS=0.332,βDrive=0.076,P<0.001),and reward responsiveness negatively predicted depressive symptoms(βRRS=-0.140,P<0.001). Conclusion The BIS/BAS Scales(revised Chinese military version)has acceptable reliability and validi-ty,and can be utilized as a measurement tool for assessing the approach/avoidance motivation of Chinese ser-vicemen.

Objective:To translate the Attention to Positive and Negative Inventory(APNI)and analyze the validity and reliability in Chinese undergraduates sample,to offer a convenient and reliable tool of measuring the cognitive bias for national researchers. Methods:The English-version APNI went through translation into Chinese, retroversion into English, translation into Chinese again, and revision several stages. Two parts of samples (1450 Chinese college students)were surveyed. Sample one (n=1000)was used for item analysis, exploratory factor a-nalysis (EFA),concurrent validity and reliability analysis, while sample 2 (n=450)was used for confirmatory fac-tor analysis (CFA). Totally 68 subjects of sample 1 were randomly chosen and resurveyed with an interval of one week. Beck depression inventory (BDI-II)and patient health questionnaire (PHQ-9)was used for concurrent validi-ty. Results:Item analysis indicated that the 22 items of Chinese APNI had good discriminability. EFA focused onattention to positive information(API)and attention to negative information(ANI)two factors. CFA showed good model fit (χ2 =1376,RMESA=0. 09,CFI=0. 94). Concurrent validity result showed that the total scores of BDI-II and PHQ-9 was negatively correlated with total scores of API (r=-0. 24,-0. 29,Ps<0. 01 ),and posi-tively correlated with total scores of ANI (r=0. 36,0. 31,Ps<0. 01). The Cronbach'αcoefficients of API and ANI sub-scale were 0. 86 and 0. 82,while the retest reliability coefficients were 0. 79 and 0. 62. Conclusion:It suggests that the Chinese APNI has good validity and reliability in a sample of college students, which could be used to eval-uate the cognitive bias of Chinese college students.

World Science and Technology-Modernization of Traditional Chinese Medicine 2014;(1):116-122
Donguibogam was introduced from traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) instead of the local representa-tive work of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK). It is also the concrete manifestation of theories of different schools of doctors according to Dr. Xu Jun's medical thoughts. In this paper, from Dr. Xu's advocacy to Taoism and the concept of aftercare spirit, the exploration was made on health cultivation for different body constitu-tions. According to the health cultivation effects of the medicinals and edible food, the focus was made on the sys-tematic collation and induction of more than 1 400 kinds of herbs contained in the soup liquid from papers in three volumes. The medicinals were divided into eight categories, which were benefiting qi, nourishing yin, tonifying yang, clearing heat and promoting dieresis, drying dampness and resolving phlegm, promoting blood circulation for remov-ing blood stasis, dispersing stagnated liver qi, nourishing blood for hemostasis. Donguibogam specified the health cultivation concept from the correspondence between the body constitution and the medicinal performance. It has a certain guiding significance to the current health cultivation.
