Abstract Adolescents are a high risk group for non suicidal self injury (NSSI), and the severity of the issue has been increasing. However, stigma originating from self perceptions, the public, and healthcare professionals poses significant barriers to help seeking and recovery among adolescents with NSSI. The paper systematically reviews the main intervention strategies targeting NSSI related stigma in adolescents, along with their effectiveness, from three perspectives: educational approaches, contact based interventions, and public advocacy against stigma, aiming to inform the development of a scientific, effective, and multi stakeholder collaborative integrated intervention framework to provide a basis for reducing and ultimately eliminating stigma associated with adolescent NSSI.

Invasive fungal disease （IFD） is a deep infectious disease with an overall increasing incidence in patients with hematologic malignancies. Triazoles， polyenes， echinocandins echinocandin antifungal drugs， 5-fluorocytosine and Compound sulfamethoxazole are the main drugs used in the clinical treatment of IFD. Therapeutic drug monitoring for IFD prevention and treatment is helpful to optimize treatment outcomes and reduce adverse effects. In this paper， the effective plasma concentration ranges of the above 5 types of drugs are systematically summarized， and the correlation between the plasma concentration of antifungal drugs and the efficacy and adverse reactions is reviewed. Solid phase extraction combined with ultra-performance chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry is a promising detection method in this research field.

BACKGROUND: Reports on the prevalence of psoriatic arthritis (PsA) among Chinese patients with psoriasis are very limited. This study, conducted by rheumatologists, estimated the prevalence of PsA in a large number of Chinese patients with psoriasis. METHODS: Consecutive patients with a confirmed diagnosis of psoriasis attending nine dermatology clinics in five hospitals were recruited. All psoriasis patients were asked to complete a questionnaire comprising 16 questions to identify possible cases of PsA. All patients with one or more positive answers to the questionnaire were evaluated by two experienced rheumatologists. RESULTS: A total of 2434 psoriasis patients, including 1561 males and 873 females, were enrolled. Both the questionnaire and rheumatologists' examinations were completed in the dermatology clinics. The results identified 252 patients with PsA, comprising 168 males and 84 females. The overall prevalence of PsA among psoriasis patients was 10.4% (95% confidence interval [95% CI], 9.1%-11.7%). By sex, the prevalence was 10.8% (95% CI, 9.2%-12.5%) for males and 9.6% (95% CI, 7.7%-11.9%) for females and there was no significant sex difference in the prevalence of PsA (P = 0.38). Of the 252 PsA patients, 125 (49.6%, 95% CI, 41.3%-59.1%) were newly diagnosed by rheumatologists. Consequently, the prevalence of undiagnosed PsA among psoriasis patients was 5.2% (95% CI, 4.4%-6.2%). CONCLUSION The prevalence of PsA in the Chinese population with psoriasis is about 10.4%, which is almost double that of previous reports in the Chinese population, but lower than that in Caucasians.

OBJECTIVE To extract the effective components of Psoralea corylifolia and evaluate its efficacy in the treatment of vitiligo. METHODS The concentrations of psoralen， isopsoralen， neobavaisoflavone， corylin， psoralidin， corylifolinin， and bakuchiol in P. corylifolia extract were determined by ultra-performance liquid chromatography. Based on the analytic hierarchy process （AHP） and Plackett-Burman design， with the concentrations of the 7 components as evaluation indexes and the crushing degree， ethanol concentration， and soaking time as factors， the extraction process of P. corylifolia was optimized by Box-Behnken response surface methodology and the validation test was conducted. Zebrafish were divided into blank control group， positive control group （8-methoxypsoralen， 10.8 μg/mL）， and low-， medium-， and high-concentration groups of P. corylifolia extract （500， 1 000， 2 000 μg/mL）， with 6 fish in each group. The effects of P. corylifolia extract on the melanin production of zebrafish were studied by density analysis. RESULTS The best extraction process was P. corylifolia powder over 60 meshes and soaked in 80% ethanol for 72 hours. The average comprehensive score of three validation experiments was 98.27， with an RSD of 1.36%， and the relative error was 1.02% compared with the predicted value of the fitting equation （97.28）. Compared with the blank control group， the melanin pigmentation of zebrafish in the low-， medium-， and high-concentration groups of P. corylifolia extract was significantly increased （P＜0.01）. CONCLUSIONS The optimized extraction process of P. corylifolia is reasonable and feasible， and the obtained P. corylifolia extract can significantly promote the production of melanin in zebrafish.

OBJECTIVE：To study the effects of rat intestinal flora on the pharmacokinetic parameters of pyrazinamide and its active metabolite pyrazinoic acid. METHODS ：Totally 16 SD rats were randomly divided into trial group and control group ，with 8 rats in each group. Trial group was given mixed antibiotics （streptomycin sulfate+neomycin sulfate ）intragastrically to construct pseudoaseptic rat model. After modeling ，both groups were given pyrazinamide intragastrically （150 mg/kg）. Before and 0.167， 0.333，0.667，1，1.5，2，3，4，6，9 h after administration ，0.1 mL blood sample was collected from orbital venous plexus ，and 0.3 mL blood sample was collected from orbital venous plexus 12，24 h after administration. Using phenacetin as internal standard ， LC-MS/MS method was adopted to determine the plasma concentration of pyrazinamide and pyrazinoic acid. The determination was performed on Agilent ZORBAX SB-Aq column with mobile phase consisted of 0.2％ formic acid （containing 8 mmol/L ammonium acetate）-methanol（gradient elution ）at the flow rate of 1 mL/min. The column temperature was set at 30 ℃，and sample size was 10 μL. The ion source was ESI and the temperature of ion source was 500 ℃. The collision gas was nitrogen and the pressure was 10 psi. The temperature of mass transfer interface was 100 ℃. The mass spectrum monitoring mode was multi reaction monitoring ， and the collection mode was positive ion mode. The monitoring transition ion-pairs were m/z 124.0→79.0（pyrazinamide），m/z 125.1→79.1（pyrazinic acid ）and m/z 180.0→110.2（internal standard ）. The de-clustering potential and collision voltage were 55， 26 and 85 V，24，23 and 28 V，respectively. The pharmacokinetic parameters were calculated and compared by using DAS 2.1.1 software. RESULTS ：The linear ranges of pyrazinamide and pyrazinoic acid were 25-5 000 ng/mL（r＝0.997 6）and 100-12 500 ng/mL（r＝0.999 0）. The lower limits of quantification were 25 and 100 ng/mL，respectively. Intra-batch and inter-batch accuracy were 92.93％-100.50％，and RSDs of intra-batch and inter-batch precision and matrix effect tests were all lower than or equal to 8.42％（n＝6 or n＝3）. Compared with control group ，tmax of pyrazinamide in trial group was prolonged significantly （P＜0.01）； there was no statistical significance in other pharmacokinetic parameters between 2 groups（P＞0.05）. CONCLUSIONS ：The absorption of single dose pyrazinamide is delayed with the change of intestinal flora in rats.

Objective To optimize the prescription of flaxseed lignans sustained release tables by central composite design-response surface methodology.MethodsWith HPMC, EC and starch dosage as factors, and flaxseed lignans in 2, 6 and 12 h of cumulative release as evaluation indexes, central composite design-response surface optimization method was used to conduct prescription optimization experiments, and optimized prescription analysis was carried out.Results The optimal prescription of flaxseed lignans sustained release tables was as following: HPMC dosage was 43%; EC was 26%; starch content was 17%. Optimized index forecast values were very close to the observed values. In vitro release test of three selected optimal formulations indicated that there existed high approximation between the observed and estimated values.Conclusion It shows that the established model is suitable for flaxseed lignans sustained release tables, which can be used in the optimization of the prescription of flaxseed lignans sustained release tables.

Objective To establish the method to analyze the contents of Costunolide and Dehydrocostus Lactone in Tibetan medicineLiuwei Muxiang Pill.Methods HPLC method was used; the XDB-C18 column (4.6 mm × 50 mm, 1.8μm) was adopted;the mobile phase was methanol- water (60∶40);the flow rate was 0.8 mL/min;UV detection was 225 nm.Results The linear range of Costunolide and Dehydrocostus Lactone was 0.235 5-1.413μg and 0.291 3-1.748μg. The average recoveries were 99.25% and 99.41%, respectively.Conclusion The method is accurate, reliable, stable and with good repeatability, which provides the basis for the quality evaluation of Tibetan medicineLiuwei Muxiang Pill.

Objective To establish the method for determining the content of cryptotanshinone and tanshinone ⅡA in Zhiwei Fuwei Wan. Methods The determination of cryptotanshinone and tanshinone ⅡA was performed on Symmetry C18 column with mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0.2%phosphate (60∶40) at flow rate of 1.0 mL/min. The detection wavelength was set at 262 nm. Results The linear ranges of cryptotanshinone and tanshinone ⅡA were 0.081 4-0.407 2 μg (r=0.999 7) and 0.163 6-0.81 8 μg (r=0.999 5) respectively, the average recoveries were 99.70% (RSD=1.37%) and 99.22% (RSD=0.94%) respectively. Conclusion The method is simple and rapid for the quality control of the product.

This study is to investigate the influence and mechanism of action of asymmetrical dimethylarginine (ADMA) and the induced oxidative stress level on Alzheimer's disease (AD) incidence. ADMA concentration, nitric oxide, Abeta(40)/Abeta(42) ratio, inducible NO synthase (iNOS) activity and the concentrations of the induced free radicals including malondialdehyde (MDA), 3-nitrotyrosine (3-NT) and peroxynitrite (ONOO-) in the cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) from 34 neurologically normal controls and 37 AD patients were quantitatively determined and statistically compared. The results showed that the ADMA concentration significantly decreased in AD patients, and it showed negative correlation with the NO, iNOS activity, and showed positive correlation with MMSE score. ADMA concentration was negatively correlated with Abeta(40)/Abeta(42) ratio (P<0.01) with the observation that Abeta(40)/Abeta(42) ratio increased while ADMA level decreased in CSF in AD patients. The concentration levels of MDA, 3-NT and ROS significantly increased compared with the control with all the P values less than 0.05. These findings suggested that the ADMA disorder and the oxidative damage effect of the induced free radicals in CSF of AD patients are an important mechanism of AD incidence, and their joint regulation may provide new idea for the prevention and clinical treatment of AD.

Objective To investigate the effect of different programs of preconditioning with hyperbaric oxygen (HBO) on spinal cord ischemia-reperfusion injury (I/R) in rabbits. Methods Forty-five New Zealand rabbits aged 4-5 months weighing 2.0-2.5 kg were randomly divided into 5 groups: group S, sham operation ( n = 5);group IR, spinal cord I/R injury (n = 10);group H_(1～3) , the animals were pretreated with 100% O_2 at 2.5 ATA 1 h/d for 5 (group H_1 ), 10 (group H_2 ) , or 20 (group H_3 ) consecutive days respectively 24 h before spinal cord I/R. The animals were anesthetized with iv pentobarbital sodium 30 mg/kg. The artery in the ear and left femoral artery were cannulated for proximal and distal mean blood pressure monitoring. Spinal cord ischemia was produced by cross-clamping of abdominal aorta distal to renal artery for 20 min. Hind-limb motor function was assessed at 48 h after reperfusion according to the modified criteria established by Tarlov (0 = no spontaneous movement, 4= normal motor function) . The animals were then killed and the L_5 segment of the spinal cord was removed for detection of neuronal survival (by HE staining), apoptosis (by TUNEL) and degeneration (by Fluoro-Jade B staining). Results Preconditioning with 5 or 10 d of HBO improved the hind-limb motor function and preserved more normal neurons in the spinal cord after I/R injury. Both apoptotic and degenerative cell death were attenuated in H_1 and H_2 groups. There was no significant difference in hind-limb motor dysfunction and the number of normal neurons in the lumbar spinal cord between H_3 group and I/R group. Conclusion Preconditioning with 5 d or 10 d HBO induces tolerance against spinal cord I/R injury, whereas preconditioning with 20 d of HBO fails to protect the spinal cord from I/R injury.
