Objective: To examine the changing trajectories of sleep problems and teacher support among first year middle school students and their covariant relationship,so as to provide theoretical basis for the prevention strategy of sleep problems for the first year junior high school students. Methods: In September 2020, a multistage cluster random sampling method was used to select 1 027 first year junior high school students from two schools of Anshun and Guiyang cities in Guizhou Province for survey and follow up assessments (T1:September 2020, T2:October 2020, T3:November 2020, T4:December 2020). The Student Perceived Teacher Support Behavior Questionnaire and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index Scale were administered to assess sleep problems and teacher support among first year junior high school students. Spearman correlation analysis was used to examine the relationship between sleep problems and teacher support. A multivariate latent growth curve model was employed to analyze the changing trajectories and covariant relationship between teacher support and sleep problems, followed by a multi group analysis. Results: For first year junior high school students, teacher support scores at T1-T4 were 4.00 (3.47, 4.53), 4.00 (3.47, 4.58), 3.95 (3.47, 4.61) and 4.00 (3.48, 4.67), respectively; sleep problem scores were 0.83 (0.50, 1.17), 0.67 (0.50, 1.17), 0.83 (0.50, 1.17) and 0.67 (0.33, 1.17), respectively. Spearman correlation analysis revealed that teacher support and sleep problems were negatively correlated across all four period ( r =-0.28 to -0.14, all P <0.01). Teacher support perceived by students showed a linear increasing trend (intercept=3.98, slope=0.02), while sleep problems showed a linear decreasing trend (intercept=0.86, slope= -0.02 ) (all P <0.05). The multivariate latent growth model indicated that the rate of increase in teacher support after enrollment effectively predicted the rate of decrease in sleep problem levels ( β=-0.34, P <0.01). Multigroup analysis showed that the covariant relationship was not moderated by gender or boarding status (both P >0.05). Conclusions The increase in teacher support experienced by first year junior high school students during the transition period after enrollment, accompanied by a reduction in sleep problems, constitutes a dynamic protective process. The process is not moderated by gender or boarding status.

Objective: To investigate the association between the parent-child relationship with depression among junior high school students, as well as the dual moderating effect of teacher support and gender, so as to provide a reference for depression interventions at family, school, and individual levels. Methods: In November 2024, a cluster sampling design was used to recruit 1 229 students from two junior high schools in Chengdu, Sichuan Province as participants. The survey employed the Interpersonal Relations Scale, the Patient Health Questionnaire-9 for depression, and the Students Perceived Teacher Support Behavior Questionnaire. Spearman s rank correlation analyses were used to examine the associations among the parent-child relationship, teacher support, gender, and depression. Through linear regression analysis, the dual moderating effects of teacher support and gender on the association between parent-child relationship and depression in middle school students were evaluated. Results: Scores for the parent-child relationship and for teacher support among middle school students were (4.03±1.00) and (4.23±0.86), respectively, and the depression score was 1.13 (1.00, 1.63). Parent-child relationships and teacher support showed positive correlations,while both the parent-child relationship and teacher support were negatively correlated with depression among junior high school students ( r =0.25, -0.55, -0.29, all P <0.01). Linear regression analyses showed that teacher support and gender jointly moderated the association between the parent-child relationship and depression. Further simple slopes analyses revealed that the negative impact of the parent-child relationship on depression was stronger in girls, peaking under low teacher support conditions ( β =-0.61); among boys, a negative effect was also present but weaker ( β =-0.48) (both P <0.05). Conclusion Teacher support and gender jointly moderated the association between the parent-child relationship and depression among junior high school students; girls depression are more closely linked to the quality of the parent-child relationship, while boys are more sensitive to changes in teacher support.

This paper aims to discuss the ideas and experience about the radiology residency training system of Canada with a presentation of its base accreditation standards for five aspects, competency goals for seven roles, four stages of training arrangement, and two types of final assessment questions. Although the Canada's radiology residency program differs from China's standardized resident and specialist training programs for radiology, there are still several points that are worth referencing, including emphasizing the training priority of competency goals, providing a specific basis for the stratification of training, offering clear guidance for the implementation of training content, and improving assessment methods to focus on competency goals. These points are of great value for improving the standardized radiology resident and specialist training programs in China, so as to provide a reference for the training of excellent radiologists in China.

The Brodmann area(BA)-based map is one of the most widely used cortical maps for studies of human brain functions and in clinical practice;however,the molecular architecture of BAs remains unknown.The present study provided a global multiregional proteomic map of the human cerebral cortex by analyzing 29 BAs.These 29 BAs were grouped into 6 clusters based on similarities in proteomic patterns:the motor and sensory cluster,vision cluster,auditory and Broca's area cluster,Wernicke's area cluster,cingulate cortex cluster,and heterogeneous function cluster.We identified 474 cluster-specific and 134 BA-specific signature proteins whose functions are closely associated with specialized functions and disease vulnerability of the corresponding clus-ter or BA.The findings of the present study could provide explanations for the functional connec-tions between the anterior cingulate cortex and sensorimotor cortex and for anxiety-related function in the sensorimotor cortex.The brain transcriptome and proteome comparison indicates that they both could reflect the function of cerebral cortex,but show different characteristics.These pro-teomic data are publicly available at the Human Brain Proteome Atlas(www.brain-omics.com).Our results may enhance our understanding of the molecular basis of brain functions and provide an important resource to support human brain research.

Drug toxicology is a required new course for students majoring in pharmacy.The summary of teaching practice of the course,based on its characteristics and actual teaching conditions,will be benificial to establishing teaching models and teaching methods suitable for pharmaceutical specialty.

Aim To isolate, purify, and chemically characterize a polysaccharide showing inhibition of the six-?-helix bundle formation of HIV-1 envelope glycoprotein gp41 from cultured broth of a streptomyces sp.strain. Methods Ethanol was used to precipitate polysaccharides and macromolecules from the broth.Proteins in the precipitate were removed by sevage method.Purification was carried out by DEAE-Cellulose and sephadex G-25 column chromatography. The chemical structure of the polysaccharide was determined with the combined application of HPLC,UV,IR and 1H-NMR spectroscopy, and the methods of periodate oxidation and Smith degradation,etc. Activity of anti-HIV-1 ~gp41 six-?-helix bundle formation was assayed withsandwich ELISA method.Results The purified polysaccharide,designated as SMP for Streptomyces polysaccharide,is neutral with a molecular weight of approximately 4855 Daltons. Sugar analysis showed SMP contains glucose and fructose residues in an approximate molar ratio of 22∶1 (10.96 to 0.48). The glycosidic linkages were estimated to be (1→4)-?-D-pyranoside as its main chain, and 1→6 linkage was attached to the main chain. Activity analysis revealed SMP markedly inhibited the six-?-helix bundle formation of HIV-1 glycoprotein gp41 and the IC_~50 was (145.48?7.25) mg?L~-1 .Conclusion Streptomyces polysaccharide SMP showing inhibition of the six-?-helix bundle formation of HIV-1 envelope glycoprotein gp41 was isolated and purified.
