Accurate and efficient upper limb movement control is a critical guarantee for astronauts to complete their daily tasks in space.Exploring the laws and mechanisms of the influence of microgravity and nonspecific stressors(isolation, noise, fatigue, etc.)in spaceflight on astronauts'upper limb movement control is an important direction of spaceflight human factors engineering research. This article summarizes the research paradigms and findings of in-orbit upper limb movement control research, revealing patterns such as slowed movements and decreased motor control performance under high cognitive load in spaceflight. It also points out the potential mechanisms underlying the inconsistent research results under various research paradigms. On this basis, the paper addresses existing controversies and shortcomings in previous studies, and puts forward prospects and suggestions for subsequent in-orbit movement control research.

Infective endocarditis (IE) is an infectious disease that affects the inner surface of the heart. Its first symptom often manifests as a localized neurological deficit, which can conceal the diagnosis of IE and delay the treatment. Here is a report of a severe case of IE with complicated central nervous system complications admitted to the First Hospital of Jilin University, so as to improve clinicians′ attention to the diagnosis and treatment of such conditions.

Objective:To figure out the development status of group psychotherapy and its problems and trends in China. Methods:Properties and contents, intervention programs and methods of 386 chosen articles from key journals of psychology and Doctor & Master Thesis in the group psychotherapy area were examined with bibliometric analyses and content analysis.Result:It showed a fast increase in properties and contents for the last 15 years. The proportion of clinical and sub-clinical study was 1 ∶ 4.Totally 53.9% of studies focused on anxiety and depression,89.4% were quantitative studies and 86.9% were effect studies. As for the intervention programs,36.5% were CBT,90.0% were short-term treatment group below 12 times,35.6% were lack of details in introductions and 67.8% had other missing descriptions of group leader. As for the methods,34.9% of participants were undergraduates, experimental (34.9%) and comprehensive (44.6%) methods were dominant, and difference test (58.3%) was most widely used statistical analysis. The self-report effect evaluation accounted for about 91.4%,and the follow-up studies were less than 22%.Totally 42.9% of studies were lack of ethical consideration. Conclusion:The status of group psychotherapy in China is still in its early developmental phase, which need further standardization and improvement.

Hypoxic cells that exist in nasopharyngeal cancer can not be killed easily and they are the underlying cause for recurrence and metastasis. In radiotherapy for nasopharyngeal cancer, the application of Qi-benefiting and blood-supplementing Chinese medicines can improve blood circulation, increase oxygenation of tumor body, and ameliorating the status of hypoxic cells. Besides medical ozone can promote oxygen-carrying ability of hemoglobin and releasing of oxygen capacity and improve oxygen supplying. If the method of radiotherapy combined with ozone and Chinese medicines can solve the problem of resistance of hypoxic cells to radiation and promote the oxygen effect in radiation and the interaction between organisms, then it will play an important role in the treatment of nasopharyngeal cancer.

Objective To detect the safe application of autoblood re-trasfusion of medical trioxyen. Methods 50 patients who received fundamental autohemotherapy with German DR.HANSLER OZONOSAN treating system were extracted 100ml venous blood, which was mixed with 100ml,10~20?g/m1 medical trioxyen and then retransfused into the patients. We observed the adverse effect during the course of treatment and measured the blood pressure and blood glucose of every patient accordingly. Results Among the 50 cases,4 (about 8%) had adverse effect after blood extracting. 5 cases (about 10%) had adverse effect after the trioxyen re-transfusion. The cardinal symptoms included:dizziness, nausea, emesia, cold sweat, blood pressure decrease, shock etc. Conclusion Before retransfusing the medical trioxyen, handling the indications, contraindications, making the patients have good sleep and diet and have necessary comunication with them can make the negative reaction lower at most.
