OBJECTIVE To build a new workflow of pharmacy intravenous admixture services (PIVAS), effectively connect intelligent equipment, and promote the intelligent development of PIVAS. METHODS Based on intelligent auxiliary equipment, PIVAS workflow was optimized, and a process-oriented model was established. This model integrated intelligent prescription review (automatic prescription review+manual intervention mode), intelligent labeling, intelligent allocation, intelligent sorting, and finished infusion quality inspection system. Furthermore, an assessment was conducted to examine unreasonable medical order rate of intelligent prescription review, the working efficiency and error rate of intelligent labeling machine and intelligent sorting machine, and the dispensing efficiency and accuracy of intelligent dispensing robot. RESULTS Under the intelligent prescription review mode, the rate of unreasonable medical orders decreased from 0.157% to 0.050% (P<0.05); automatic labeling efficiency reached 21.7 sheets/min, surpassing the manual labeling efficiency of 13.8 sheets/min (P<0.05), and the daily labeling error rate decreased from 6.1‰ to 2.5‰ (P<0.05). Simultaneously operating two dispensing robots significantly improved the efficiency of batch dispensing and reduced the residual amount of liquid medicine (P<0.05); additionally, a quality testing system for finished infusion was established, involving appearance, Tyndall effect, insoluble particles, turbidity, absorbance, pH and osmotic pressure, to ensure the quality of finished infusion and reduce the risk of infusion. CONCLUSIONS The new process of PIVAS connected with intelligent devices in our hospital can improve work efficiency, reduce dispensing errors, ensure the quality of finished infusion, and improve the level of pharmaceutical care.
2.Effect of the Combination of Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine in Treating Aphasla in Pstients of Acute Ischemic Stroke
Chinese Journal of Information on Traditional Chinese Medicine 2006;0(05):-
Objective To observe the effect of the combination of acupuncture and Chinese medicine in treating aphasia in patients of acute ischemic stroke.Method 63 patients of aphasia after acute ischemic stroke were randomly divided into observation group(32 patients receiving combining treatment of acupuncture+Chinese medicine+routine western drug treatment)and control group(31 patients receiving routine western drug treatment).Comparison between patients of two groups was made including the speech functions of spontaneous talk, comprehension, repeat and denomination, the integral calculus of Neurological functions(NIHSS),Chinese medicine syndromes and the symptoms of sounding organs. Results The clinical efficacy, improvement of spontaneous talk and repeat of the speech ability in observation group were significantly better than those in control group. In Chinese medicine syndromes and the symptoms of sounding organs, the combining therapy also showed the tendency of better improvement.Con(?)sions The combining therapy of acupuncture and Chinese medicine can effectively improve the speech ability and clinical symptoms of patients of acute ischemic stroke aphasia.

Acta Anatomica Sinica 1957;0(04):-
This investigation was made on 30 adult female rats weighing approximately 150~200g. during estrus as judged from vaginal smear examination. Ovaries which investigated with electron microscope, were fixed in 3% glutaraldehyde. Other ovaries were embeded in paraffin and examined under light microscope.Theca folliculi of large antral follicles were examined with electron microscope. Three kinds of theca cells were distinguished. They were secretory cell, fibroblast and smooth muscle cell. The secretory cell showed the characterastics of the steroidproducing cell, having smooth endoplasmic reticulum, mitochondria and lipid droplets. The fibroblast contained rough endoplasmic reticulum, free ribosomes and mitochondria in the cytoplasm. The smooth muscle cell was located in the outer layer of theca folliculi, and its structural features were typical according to the criteria of Somlyo and Somlyo: (1) pinocytotic vesicles of the cytoplasmic membranes; (2) myofilaments in the cytoplasm; (3) dense bodies intimately related to the myofilaments; and (4) location of mitochondria and endoplasmic reticulum at the nuclear poles. The ultrastructure of smooth muscle cell, its differentiation and other problems were discussed.

Acta Anatomica Sinica 1955;0(03):-
The report of ultrastructure of dog ovarian follicle wall has not been seen yet. This investigation was made on 5 adult dogs in the estrus stage of the cycle and examined with electron microscope. There are granular cells, fibroblasts and secretory cells in the ovarian follicle wall, The typical smooth muscle cell is absent.
