Pafolacianine is a fluorescent agent that specifically targets folate receptors,employed in the treatment of adult ovarian cancer patients to support the detection of malignant growths during surgical interventions.Pafolacianine binds to cancer cells expressing folate receptors,accumulating within folate-receptor-positive tumor tissue through receptor-mediated endocytosis.It can be excited by near-infrared fluorescence imaging,facilitating the surgical removal of tumors during procedures.This article gives an introduction to the mechanism of action,pharmacokinetics,clinical studies,and safety aspects of Pafolacianine.

S100 calc-binding protein A8/A9(S100A8/A9)can induce the migration of primary tumor cells to distant target organs by binding multiple channel proteins,promote the formation of tumor metastasis microenvironment,and play an important role in the immune and inflammatory response of the body.It provides a new target and idea for the prevention and treatment of tumor metastasis and invasion.This paper mainly reviewed the expression and mechanism of S100A8/A9 on related channel proteins in a variety of high incidence tumors,in order to provide a new strategy for tumor prevention,diagnosis and treatment.

OBJECTIVE To observe the short-term efficacy and safety of venetoclax combined with homoharringtonine and cytarabine in the treatment of acute myeloid leukemia （AML）. METHODS The data of 40 newly diagnosed AML patients admitted to our hospital from October 2022 to November 2023 were retrospectively collected and divided into observation group and control group according to treatment plan， with 20 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were given Daunorubicin hydrochloride for injection+Cytarabine for injection， and the patients in the observation group were given Venetoclax tablets+ Homoharringtonine injection+Cytarabine for injection. The patients in both groups were given relevant medicine， with 28 days as one cycle. The short-term efficacy， negative rate of minimal residual disease （MRD）， duration of granulocyte deficiency， duration of platelet （PLT） ＜20×109 L－1， transfusion volume of suspended red blood cells and platelet， and the occurrence of adverse drug reactions were evaluated in both groups after 1 cycle of induction chemotherapy. RESULTS The complete remission or complete remission with incomplete hematologic recovery （CR/CRi） rate in the observation group was significantly higher than control group （P＜0.05）， and the negative rate of MRD in the observation group was also significantly higher than control group （P＜0.05）. However， in low-， medium- and high-risk patients， there was no statistical significance in CR/CRi rates between the two groups （P＞0.05）. There were no significant differences in the duration of agranulocytosis， the duration of PLT ＜20×109 L－1， the amount of suspended red blood cell transfusion， the amount of platelet transfusion， the incidence of hematologic toxicity and the incidence of non-hematologic toxicity between 2 groups （P＞0.05）. CONCLUSIONS Venetoclax combined with homoharringtonine and cytarabine show good short-term efficacy and safety in the treatment of AML.

【Objective】 To study the molecular mechanism of 95 samples of serological ABO subtypes. 【Methods】 A total of 95 samples with discrepancy between forward and reverse blood grouping were subjected to serological confirmation, and genotyped by polymerase chain reaction with sequence-specific primers (PCR-SSP). For those subtype alleles could not be detected by PCR-SSP, ABO gene exon 1-7 sequencing and gene single strand sequencing were performed successively to determine the mutation site and the gene location. 【Results】 A total of 34 ABO alleles were detected in 95 samples. Five common ABO alleles (ABO^*A1.01, ABO^*A1.02, ABO^*B.01, ABO^*O.01.01 and ABO^*O.01.02) and 29 rare ABO alleles were identified, including 16 named alleles by ISBT (ABO^*A2.01, ABO^*A2.05, ABO^*A2.13, ABO^*A3.07, ABO^*AW.37, ABO^*AEL.05, ABO^*B3.01, ABO^*B3.05, ABO^*BW.03, ABO^*BW.07, ABO^*BW.27, ABO^*BEL.03, ABO^*cisAB.01, ABO^*cisAB.05, ABO^*BA.02, ABO^*BA.04) and 5 named alleles by dbRBC(A223, B309, Bw37, Bel09, Bw40)and eight unnamed alleles [ABO^*B.01+ 978C>A, ABO^*A1.02+ 248A>T, ABO^*B.01+ 125dupT, ABO^*B.01+ (98+ 1G>A), ABO^*A1.02/ABO^*B.01+ 1A>G, ABO^*A1.02/ABO^*O.01.01+ 28G>T, ABO^*A1.02/ABO^*B.01+ 538C>T, ABO^*A1.02/ABO^*O.01.01+ 797insT] .The last four samples could not be verified by single strand because of insufficient samples. In 95 samples, 76 samples (21 named alleles of ISBT and dbRBC) were identified by PCR-SSP, and the remaining 19 samples were identified by exon 1-7 sequencing of ABO gene, of which 8 were identified as unnamed alleles, and the remaining 11 samples were not identified as subtype alleles. 【Conclusion】 The molecular genetic mechanism of 95 serological ABO subtypes was revealed, and 8 rare novel alleles were identified. The detection of ambiguous blood groups is influenced by factors such as patient pathology and physiology, therefore the combination of serological testing and genetic testing is suggested for the identification of ABO subtype.

Morita therapy has been bom for more than 100 years.Inpatient Morita therapy is highly oper-able and easy to master.It can improve many refractory neuroses through four-stage treatment.But more neuroses are treated in outpatient clinics,and Morita therapy cannot be used in hospitalized patients.Therefore,the formula-tion of expert opinions on outpatient operations is particularly important.This paper is based on domestic and for-eign references,and after many discussions by domestic Morita therapy experts,and then drew up the first version of the expert opinions on operation of outpatient Morita therapy.Meanwhile the operation rule of Morita therapy in three stages of outpatient treatment was formulated:in the etiological analysis stage,under the theoretical guidance of Morita therapy,analyze the pathogenic factors,to improve treatment compliance and reduce resistance;during the operating stage,guide patients to engage in constructive and meaningful actions,realizing the achievement of letting nature take its course principle;in the cultivating character and enriching life stage,pay attention to positive infor-mation,expanding the scope and content of actions,improving the ability to adapt to complex life,and preventing recurrence caused by insufficient abilities.It will lay a foundation for the promotion of Morita therapy in domestic outpatient clinics,so that more patients with neurosis and other psychological diseases could receive characteristic Morita therapy treatment in outpatient clinics.

Objective: To investigate the subjective well-being and its influencing factors among grassroots civil servants in Jiaxing City, Zhejiang Province, so as to provide the basis for enhancing their subjective well-being. Methods: Grassroots civil servants were selected from five counties (cities, districts) in Jiaxing City using a convenient sampling method from November to December 2021. Demographic information were collected through questionnaire surveys. Psychological capital, social support, and subjective well-being were assessed using the Positive Psychological Capital Questionnaire, Social Support Rating Scale and General Well-being Scale, respectively. Factors affecting subjective well-being were analyzed by using a multiple linear regression model. Results: A total of 5 689 participants were surveyed, including 3 696 males (64.97%) and 1 993 females (35.03%). There were 968 participants aged 18 to <31 years (17.02%), 2 202 participants aged 31 to <41 years (38.71%), 1 483 participants aged 41 to <51 years (26.07%) and 1 036 participants aged 51 to 60 years (18.21%). Among them, 4 485 participants had a bachelor's degree (78.84%), and 4 870 participants were married (85.60%). The median score of subjective well-being among grassroots civil servants was 87.00 (interquartile range, 30.00) points. Multiple linear regression analysis showed that age (31 to <41 years, β'=-0.087; 41 to <51 years, β'=-0.098; 51 to 60 years, β'=-0.044), educational level (college degree, β'=-0.093; bachelor's degree, β'=-0.130; master's degree or above, β'=-0.085), psychological capital (β'=0.710) and social support (β'=0.161) were factors affecting subjective well-being among grassroots civil servants. Conclusion Grassroots civil servants who aged 18 to <31 years, have high school education or below and score high in psychological capital and social support may have higher levels of subjective well-being.

OBJECTIVE To establish HPLC methods with different separation principles to analyze the relevant impurities in the APIs of bivalirudin from seven enterprises, to provide a basis for the comprehensive control of related substances of bivalirudin. METHODS Reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography(RP-HPLC) was used to separate and analyze 11 kinds of impurities. Hydrophilic chromatography(HILIC)-HPLC was used to control four process impurities. Polymers were determined by size exclusion chromatography(SEC)-HPLC. RESULTS The established RP-HPLC could effectively separate the principal component and 11 impurities, the correction factors of 11 impurities were between 0.8−1.2, the detection concentration of bivalirudin was 0.1 μg·mL−1, and the detection limit was 0.004%. The established HILIC-HPLC could effectively separate the principal components and four process impurities, and the detection concentration of bivalirudin was 0.3 μg·mL−1, and the detection limit was 0.01%. Under SEC-HPLC conditions, the polymer and bivalirudin peaked sequentially, the resolution of the two was 2.9, the detection concentration of bivalirudin was 6 ng·mL−1, and the detection limit was 0.000 6%. Fifteen kinds of known impurities and polymers in 15 batches of samples from 7 enterprises were calculated by the self-control method of principal components, and the impurity contents from different enterprises had a certain correlation with their production processes. CONCLUSION The three different principles of the method have good specificity, high sensitivity, good durability, and reliable results, and can be used for quality control of substances related to bivalirudin.

Objective To investigate the current status,evolving hotspots,and emerging trends in the field of human re-source allocation research in public hospitals,both domestically and internationally,to provide a reference for future research di-rections in China.Methods CiteSpace was used to conduct a visual analysis of the research literature on human resource alloca-tion in public hospitals based on China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)and the Web of Science(WOS).The analysis encompassed co-authorship,institutional collaboration,keyword co-occurrence and clustering,and burst detection.Results A total of 1 417 Chinese articles and 981 international articles were included.Domestic research in this field focused more on healthcare reform and management,resource allocation,hierarchical diagnosis,and treatment,and informatization and efficiency improvement.On the contrary,international research primarily centered on the employee satisfaction,healthcare system quality,work environment and medical staff.Future trends in domestic research included cost reduction,efficiency enhancement,and a greater emphasis on public welfare in public hospitals,while international research was beginning to explore the influence of polit-ical concepts in this field.Conclusion Compared to international research,domestic research needs to further improve its theo-retical and localized understanding,broaden its research scope,explore the interdisciplinary collaboration opportunities,and delve into research directions such as the application of artificial intelligence and automation technology in healthcare services,management of a diverse workforce,and innovative management techniques and applications.

Objective To analyze the characteristics of adult anomalous aortic origin of coronary artery(AAOCA)and the causes of missed diagnosis by transthoracic echocardiography(TTE)so as to facilitate TTE in diagnosing adult AAOCA.Methods A total of 37 adult patients with AAOCA diagnosed by non-invasive coronary CT angiography(CCTA)and/or invasive coronary angiography(ICA)were selected as research samples at some hospital from January 2019 to December 2022,and their clinical symptoms and the findings of 12-lead electrocardiogram,cardiac enzymes and TTE were summarized;the patients were typed according to the site of origin of coronary artery anomalies,and the causes for the missed diagnosis of TTE were eplored.Chi-square test was used to compare the differences in TTE missed diagnoses.Results Of the 37 patients,31 ones had no or only mild symptoms;most ones had negative results in terms of 12-lead electrocardiography,cardiac enzymes,changes in the size of the cardiac chambers,segmental ventricular wall motion abnormalities and left ventricular systolic function.The patients with anomalous origin of the right coronary artery from left sinus(ARCA-L)gained the largest proportion of 59.45％(22/37);21 patients were diagnosed with anomalous origin of coronary artery arising from the opposite sinus(ACAOS)in the two examinations of TTE,of whom there were 19 cases of ARCA-L,and the detection rate of ACAOS by TTE was 87.5％;all the 13 patients origins in branches and high-grade openings were missed by TTE.The detection rate of ACAOS by TTE was significantly higher than that of coronary artery anomalies originating in branches and in high openings,and the difference was statistically significant(21/24 vs 0/13,P＜0.001).Conclusion Most adult AAOCA patients lack specificity in symptoms and related examination results.TTE has a high detection rate of ACAOS,while it is easy to miss the diagnosis of coronary artery anomalies originating from branches and high openings.Ultrasonographers have to identify false negative AAOCA by multi-section and multi-angle scanning and color Doppler flow imaging in order to reduce the rate of missed diagnosis.[Chinese Medical Equipment Journal,2024,45(1):71-75]
