Mental state is an important part of the normal life activities of the human body, and it is also the most external expression and the most easily obtained information of the physical condition. The normal activities of the mind depend on the normal operation of the viscera, qi, and blood, and are a unified whole that prospers together and suffers together. The theory of the five-spirit-viscera in the Yellow Emperor’s Inner Classic revealed that the normal mental activities of the human body were dominated by the five internal organs, that is, the five internal organs were the body and the five spirits were the function. And it highlighted the viewpoint that the five internal organs store the spirits and are actually one. The heart governs the spirit and belongs to the four internal organs. On this basis, Synopsis of Golden Chamber used the internal organs to diagnose and treat mental diseases, integrating the theory of the five spirits into it, forming a unique method of diagnosis and treatment with the heart as the leading factor and regulating the qi and blood of the four internal organs. It identified the pathogenesis of diseases such as pathogenic crying, lily disease, and hysteria from five levels: heart deficiency and weak qi, heart-lung disharmony, heart-liver disharmony, the heart of the loss of the spleen nourishment, and disharmony between heart and kidney. The treatment was mainly to replenish the deficiency of the viscera and eliminate the pathogens, reflecting the characteristics of regulating the mind and calming the four internal organs. This unique view on diagnosis and treatment has profoundly influenced the diagnosis and treatment theories of mental illnesses by later doctors, and is of great significance to the current clinical treatment of such illnesses.

Most patients with differentiated thyroid cancer have a good prognosis after radioiodine-131 therapy, but a small number of patients are insensitive to radioiodine-131 therapy and even continue to develop disease. At present, some targeted drugs can improve progression-free survival in patients with radioactive iodine-refractory differentiated thyroid cancer(RAIR-DTC),such as sorafenib and levatinib, have been approved for the treatment of RAIR-DTC.However,due to the presence of primary and acquired drug resistance, drug efficacy in these patients is unsatisfactory. This review introduces the acquired drug resistance mechanism of sorafenib in the regulation of mitogen-activated protein kinase(MAPK)and phosphatidylinositol-3-kinase(PI3K)pathways and proposes related treatment strategies,in order to provide a reference for similar drug resistance mechanism of sorafenib and effective treatment of RAIR-DTC.

Gallbladder carcinoma,a relatively rare malignancy within the biliary tract, presents a grave prognosis primarily due to asymptomatic early stages leading to advanced stage diagnosis and the absence of efficacious treatment options.Research has identified chronic inflammation,predom-inantly caused by gallstones,as a critical etiological factor. While surgical intervention offers potential curative outcomes in early stages, the majority of cases are identified too late for optimal surgical outcomes.Chemotherapy and targeted therapy, despite offering new therapeutic avenues, have not significantly improved overall survival rates. Thus, understanding the pathogenesis of gallbladder cancer, especially its association with key genetic and molecular pathways,is imperative for devising novel therapeutic strategies. This review delineates the epidemiology, pathogenesis, current treat-ment modalities, and research advancements in gallbladder cancer, aiming to provide innovative in-sights for clinical management and guide future research endeavors.

Cancer Research on Prevention and Treatment 2024;51(2):127-133
Lung cancer is one of the most common cancers worldwide, and its mortality rate remains high. In addition to conventional surgery, radiotherapy, and chemotherapy, immunotherapy methods have been developed and used in recent years for the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). However, only a small number of patients with NSCLC can benefit from immunotherapy strategies, and some patients even have hyperprogression after receiving immunotherapy. Therefore, precision immunotherapy requires effective biomarkers to guide it. In this paper, tissue samples, blood samples, intestinal microbiota, and other biomarkers are reviewed according to different sample sources. Blood samples, including TCR immune repertoire, Tregs cells, cytokines, lactate dehydrogenase, and other markers, are summarized and analyzed to provide reference for clinicians' diagnosis and treatment decisions.

Objective:
To examine the association between high body fat mass and elevated blood pressure in children,so as to provide scientific evidence for the prevention and treatment of childhood hypertension.
Methods:
Participants were recruited from the second follow up survey of the Huantai Childhood Cardiovascular Health Cohort Study conducted in 2021 in Huantai County, Zibo City, Shandong Province, China. A total of 1 266 children aged 10-15 years old were included. The study categorized fat mass (FM), fat mass percentage (FMP), fat mass index (FMI), subcutaneous fat mass (SFM), and visceral fat mass (VFM), respectively, into normal and elevated groups based on age and gender specific median values ( P 50 ) in the study population. The multivariate Logistic regression model was used to analyze the association between the status of body mass and elevated blood pressure. A restrictive cubic spline (RCS) model was used to examine the dose response relationship between the levels of body mass and elevated blood pressure.
Results:
The detection rates of elevated blood pressure in children with elevated FM, elevated FMP, elevated FMI, elevated SFM, and elevated VFM were all significantly higher than those in the normal group ( P <0.05). After adjusting for all potential covariates, compared to the normal group, elevated FM ( OR =4.51, 95% CI =3.28-6.28), elevated FMP ( OR =4.51, 95% CI =3.28-6.27), elevated FMI ( OR =4.40, 95% CI =3.20-6.12), elevated SFM ( OR =4.52, 95% CI =3.29- 6.30 ), and elevated VFM ( OR =4.48, 95% CI =3.28-6.18) were all positively associated with elevated blood pressure ( P <0.05). The RCS analysis demonstrated that the high levels of FM, FMP, FMI, and SFM showed linear doseresponse relationships with elevated blood pressure ( P non linear >0.05), and elevated VFM was associated with elevated blood pressure in a nonlinear dose response relationship ( P non linear <0.05).
Conclusions
Children with elevated body fat have a higher risk of elevated blood pressure. There was a dose response relationship between high body mass content and elevated blood pressure in children. It is essential to take appropriate measures to reduce the elevated body fat in children, in order to prevent the occurrence of high elevated blood pressure in children.

The pathogenesis of depression is complex, and some existing monoamine antidepressants have problems such as drug resistance or off-target failure. Traditional Chinese medicine has the characteristics of "multi-component and multi-target", and has been used in the treatment of depression in clinical practice. Yueju pill is effective in the treatment of depression. Geniposide and ligustrazine, the active ingredients of Gardeniae fructus and Ligusticum sinense 'Chuanxiong', play a key role in the treatment of depression. In this study, based on the neuroprotective activity of genipin and the rapid antidepressant activity of tetramethylpyrazine, a series of novel genipin derivatives were designed and synthesized through pharmacophore assembly principle, and their neuroprotective activity and antidepressant effect were investigated. The results showed that the novel genipin derivatives had well neuroprotective activity on the glutamate-induced HT-22 cell model, with compounds W-1 and W-3 showing better protective activity. In behavioral despair depression (BDD) model mice, compound W-3 was found to have better antidepressant activity than W-1 in tail suspension test and forced swimming test. Further study on the behavior of chronic unpredictable mild stress (CUMS) model mice showed that W-3 could significantly improve the depression-like behavior of model mice. All animal experiments were approved by the Experimental Animal Ethics Committee of Anhui University of Chinese Medicine (approval number: AHUCM-mouse-2022027). The effects of the preferred compound W-3 on protein kinase A (PKA), cAMP response element binding protein (CREB), brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF), 5-hydroxytryptamine 1A (5-HT1A) receptor,
