To thoroughly implement the strategic deployment outlined in the Opinions of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council on Promoting the Inheritance and Innovative Development of Traditional Chinese Medicine regarding research on dominant diseases of traditional Chinese medicine and to uphold the development philosophy of equal emphasis on traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine，the China Association of Chinese Medicine has fully played a leading academic role by systematically organizing and conducting a series of academic youth salons on clinical dominant diseases of traditional Chinese medicine. On September 13，2024，the 36^th Youth Salon on Clinical Dominant Diseases was successfully held in Nanjing，focusing on the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine and the integrative traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine in the diagnosis and treatment of erectile dysfunction （ED）. The conference brought together leading experts from traditional Chinese medicine，western medicine，and interdisciplinary fields，facilitating in-depth multidisciplinary discussions that led to key consensus on optimizing traditional Chinese medicine treatment protocols for ED，researching and developing new drugs of traditional Chinese medicine，and advancing interdisciplinary development in traditional Chinese medicine. This salon systematically sorted out the clinical strengths and distinctive features of traditional Chinese medicine in the diagnosis and treatment of ED. Based on current research foundations and clinical needs，it identified key directions for future scientific layout and scientific research tackling： （1） Standardization of syndrome differentiation system of traditional Chinese medicine for ED. （2） Optimization and standardization of intervention methods of integrated traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine. （3） High-quality clinical research guided by evidence-based medicine. （4） In-depth analysis of the pharmacological mechanisms of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of ED. （5） Clinical translation and application promotion of new drugs of traditional Chinese medicine. （6） Interdisciplinary integration and innovation in traditional Chinese medicine. For each research direction，key focus areas，expected objectives，and clinical value were further refined，along with the establishment of a scientifically sound priority funding level evaluation system. Therefore，building on the series of salons on the ED-focused dominant diseases of traditional Chinese medicine，this paper provides standardized guidance for clinical practice of traditional Chinese medicine in ED management，effectively contributing to the high-quality development of traditional Chinese medicine. It serves as a valuable reference for national scientific and technological strategic layout， research and development decision-making in new drugs of traditional Chinese medicine，research topic planning，and clinical guideline formulation.

The application of immunosuppressants has significantly reduced the incidence rate of rejection reaction after liver transplantation， but the clinical efficacy of immunosuppressants is greatly affected by individual differences between patients. This article systematically reviews the recent research advances in the interaction between immunosuppressants and gut microbiota， with a focus on the regulatory role and mechanism of intestinal microflora communities on the efficacy of immunosuppressants. Studies have shown that intestinal microbiome is one of the key factors influencing the efficacy of immunosuppressive therapy after liver transplantation. This review aims to provide a theoretical basis for in-depth research in this field and provide new insights for developing individualized immunosuppressive treatment regimens based on the regulation of intestinal microflora.

Objective: To construct a framework for risk identification and mechanistic explanation of conduct problems in adolescents, so as to provide a basis for formulating effective prevention strategies. Methods: In October 2025, a total of 2 126 junior and senior high school students from Zibo City in Shandong Province, Zhengzhou City in Henan Province, and Shenzhen City in Guangdong Province were selected as the study subjects using a combination of convenience sampling and random cluster sampling. The instruments included the Adolescent Conduct Problem Tendency Questionnaire, Barratt Impulsiveness Scale, Callous- Unemotional Traits Scale, Parenting Style Scale, Family Adaptation, Partnership, Growth, Affection, and Resolve Scale, Perceived School Climate Scale, and the School Context Subscale of the Multiple Violence Exposure Scale. Machine learning algorithms and response surface methodology (RSM) were employed to reveal the non linear interactive effects of risk factors on adolescent conduct problems. Results: Impulsive personality ranked first in feature importance, followed by neglectful parenting style and perceived school climate. Impulsive personality and neglectful parenting style both positively predicted rule breaking ( B =0.42, 0.16) and aggression tendencies( B =0.41,0.14), with the interaction effect between the two being significantly negative in both cases ( B =-0.19,-0.08); impulsive personality ( B =0.33) and perceived school climate ( B =0.47) positively predicted addiction tendency, with the interaction term being significantly negative ( B =-0.16)(all P <0.05). For rule breaking tendency, the congruence slope (0.58), congruence curvature (-0.16), incongruence slope (0.26), and incongruence curvature (0.22) all reached statistical significance (all P <0.05). For addiction tendency, the congruence slope (0.79), incongruence slope (-0.15), and incongruence curvature (0.34) all reached statistical significance (all P <0.05). For aggression tendency, the congruence slope (0.55), incongruence slope (0.26), and incongruence curvature (0.15) all reached statistical significance(all P <0.05). Conclusion Impulsive personality is the core driver of rule breaking and aggression tendencies, with neglectful parenting style playing a moderating role; perceived school climate is the core driver of addiction tendency and exhibits an interactive inhibition effect with impulsive personality.

Objective:To investigate the clinical characteristics of non-typhoidal Salmonella（NTS）enteritis in children and the drug resistance of NTS strains.Methods:The clinical data of 138 children who were hospitalized in Children's Hospital Affiliated to Xi'an Jiaotong University from 2022 to 2023 with diarrhea as the main complaint and NTS detected in stool culture were analyzed retrospectively, and the clinical characteristics and drug resistance were summarized.Results:Among 138 children with NTS enteritis，89 were males and 49 were females，with a male-to-female sex ratio of 1.81∶1 and an average age of 1.9（1.0,3.6）years，with a high incidence rate in June,July and August.Seventeen（12.31%）cases had a history of suspected unclean diet before illness.All the children had diarrhea symptoms with changes in fecal frequency and character，including 74 cases of pus and bloody stool，119 cases of mucus stool，and 70 cases of watery stool.One hundred and twenty-five（90.57%）cases had fever.Among 138 cases of fecal culture,there were 47 (34.05%) strains of Salmonella typhimurium,36(26.09%) strains of Salmonella enteritidis,and 55(39.85%) strains of other serotypes of Salmonella .One hundred and twenty-two（88.40%）NTS strains were resistant to more than one antimicrobial agent，and 29（21.01 %）were multi-drug resistant.The resistance rates to ampicillin，ampicillin/sulbactam，ceftriaxone，trimethoprim/sulfamethazole，ceftazidime，cefepime and piperacillin/tazobactam were 73.91%，71.01%，29.71%，29.71%，23.19%，11.59%，and 3.62%，respectively.All strains were sensitive to carbapenem antibiotics（meropenem，imipenem，and ertapenem）.The drug resistance rates of Salmonella typhimurium to ceftazidime and trimethoprim/sulfamethoxazole were higher than those of Salmonella enteritidis（38.30% vs 8.33%），the difference was statistically significant ( P < 0.05). Conclusion:Infants and young children are the high-incidence group of NTS enteritis，with the peak incidence period being from June to August each year，manifested by mucus-pus-blood stools, abdominal pain, vomiting，fever and other symptoms.Reasonable selection of antibiotics in time according to the local epidemic strains,changes of antimicrobial resistance and the results of drug sensitivity test of strains can effectively resist infection and reduce the production of drug-resistant beads.

Background:Acute pancreatitis(AP)is a common clinical gastrointestinal emergency with a high mortality rate.Intestinal dysfunction is one of the common complications of AP and can aggravate the disease condition.Therefore,early and accurate assessment of the disease severity and intestinal dysfunction of AP is of great significance for improving the prognosis of patients.Aims:To investigate the correlation of early serum levels of interleukin-1β(IL-1β),C-reactive protein(CRP),endotoxin(ET),D-lactic acid(D-LA),and diamine oxidase(DAO)with disease severity and intestinal dysfunction in AP patients.Methods:A total of 52 AP patients admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Baotou Medical College from September 2023 to September 2024 were enrolled,and 10 healthy individuals recruited during the same period were served as the control group.AP patients were classified into mild acute pancreatitis(MAP),moderately severe acute pancreatitis(MSAP)and severe acute pancreatitis(SAP)groups according to the severity of the disease.Intestinal function was evaluated using the acute gastrointestinal injury(AGI)grading system.ELISA was used to detect the early serum levels of IL-1β,CRP,ET,D-LA,and DAO,and the correlation of these indicators with the severity of AP and AGI grade were analyzed by Spearman correlation coefficient.Results:Serum levels of IL-1β,CRP,ET,D-LA,and DAO in the MAP,MSAP,and SAP groups were significantly higher than those in the control group(all P<0.05);serum levels of IL-1β,CRP,ET,D-LA,and DAO in the MSAP group were significantly higher than those in the MAP group(all P<0.05);serum levels of IL-1β,CRP,ET,D-LA,and DAO in the SAP group were significantly higher than those in the MAP and MSAP groups(all P<0.05).Compared with AGI grade 0-Ⅰ subjects,serum levels of IL-1β,CRP,ET,D-LA,and DAO in patients with AGI grade Ⅱ,Ⅲ and Ⅳ were significantly increased(all P<0.05).Compared with AGI grade Ⅱ patients,serum D-LA level in patients with AGI grade Ⅲ was significantly increased(P<0.05).Compared with AGI grade Ⅲ patients,serum D-LA level in patients with AGI grade Ⅳ was significantly increased(P<0.05).Serum levels of IL-1β,CRP,ET,D-LA,and DAO were positively correlated with the severity of AP and AGI grade(all P<0.05).Conclusions:Early serum levels of IL-1β,CRP,ET,D-LA,and DAO in AP patients are significantly increased and closely related to the disease severity and intestinal dysfunction.

In order to delve into the molecular mechanism underlying the increased pathogenicity of the recombinant Muscovy duck parvovirus(rMDPV)towards Muscovy ducklings,two sub-genom-ic fragments of the rMDPV strain ZW were cloned into the plasmid pBluescript Ⅱ(SK)to gener-ate the recombinant plasmid pZW.A single nucleotide mutation was engineered in the VP3 gene of pZW to discriminate from the parental strain ZW.pZW plasmid-lipid complex was transfected into the chorioallantoic membrane of 11-day-old embryonated Muscovy duck embryos,resulting in res-cue of infectious virus,rZW,carrying the genetic marker.The rescued virus was passaged in 12-day-old embryonated Muscovy duck embryos and exhibited the similar medium embryo lethal dose(ELD50)value and growth curve compared to the parental strain ZW.Both rZW and strain ZW led to 100％mortality in the infection tests performed with 3-day-old Muscovy duckling.Postmortem necropsy revealed a characteristic intestine embolism formed in the rZW-infected ducklings.Taken together,the generation of the infectious clone pZW lays a solid foundation for deciphering the pathogenesis of rMDPV.

With the widespread application of information technology in the field of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM),the data in the TCM domain is becoming increasingly rich.The emergence of data-driven research in TCM has utilized knowledge graphs for the management,analysis,and presentation of TCM data,becoming a crucial method for the inheritance and innovation of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Therefore,reasoning based on TCM knowledge graphs has become a hot topic in contemporary TCM research.In order to better utilize knowledge graph reasoning technology to promote innovation and development in TCM,this article,after providing an overview of TCM knowledge graph reasoning,focuses on the development of knowledge graph reasoning in TCM and its applications from three perspectives:logic rule-based,distributed representation,and neural network-based methods.Finally,the article summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of knowledge reasoning methods and provides prospects for research and applications in TCM knowledge graph reasoning,including studies on interpretability,temporal knowledge graphs,and the fusion of multimodal information.

Objective To explore the protective effect and possible mechanism of modified Shenqi Dihuang Decoction on podocytes in db/db mice based on ROS/NLRP3/GSDMD signaling pathway.Methods Fifty 8-week-old male db/db mice(SPF grade)were randomly divided into the model group,losartan group and TCM low-,medium-and high-dosage groups,with 10 mice in each group.Ten heterozygous db/m mice served as the blank group.Interventions were administered respectively for 12 weeks.The body mass,random blood glucose,serum creatinine,blood urea nitrogen and 24 h urinary protein content were detected,HE,PAS,PASM,Masson and Sirius red staining was used to observe the morphology of renal tissue,transmission electron microscopy was used to observe the ultrastructure of renal tissue,fluorescent probes were used to observe the release of ROS in renal tissue,immunofluorescence staining was used to detect the expression of Nephrin,NLRP3,Cleaved Caspase-1 and GSDMD-N in renal tissue,and Western blot was used to detect the expression of NLRP3,Cleaved Caspase-1,GSDMD-N,IL-1β,IL-18,Nephrin,Podocin,PODXL,WT-1 and Desmin proteins.Results Compared with the blank group,the body mass and random blood glucose of the model group mice significantly increased(P<0.05),and the contents of serum creatinine,blood urea nitrogen and 24 h urinary protein were significantly increased(P<0.05);glomerular hypertrophy,dilation of renal glomeruli and tubules,thickening of basement membrane,matrix proliferation in mesangial area,abnormal deposition of collagen fibers in renal interstitium,accompanied by damage to renal tubular epithelial structure and focal glomerulosclerosis,significant increase in type Ⅰ collagen deposition,extensive fusion of podocyte processes,and scattered electron dense material in the basement membrane or subepithelial layer;the ROS content in renal tissue significantly increased(P<0.05),and the protein expression of NLRP3,Cleaved Caspase-1,GSDMD-N,IL-1β,IL-18 and Desmin significantly increased(P<0.05),the protein expression of Nephrin,Podocin,PODXL and WT1 significantly decreased(P<0.05).Compared with the model group,the body mass and random blood glucose of mice in each dosage of TCM group were relatively stable,the contents of serum creatinine,blood urea nitrogen and 24 h urinary protein decreased;the pathological damage to renal tissue was reduced,the ultrastructure of podocytes was improved,and the density of podocytes increased;the ROS content decreased,and the protein expression of NLRP3,Cleaved Caspase-1,GSDMD-N,IL-1β,IL-18 and Desmin decreased,while the protein expression of Nephrin,Podocin,WT1 and PODXL increased.With the dosage of modified Shenqi Dihuang Decoction increased,the improvement effect gradually strengthened,and the differences in TCM high-dose group was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Modified Shenqi Dihuang Decoction can protects podocytes in db/db mice,potentially by modulating the ROS/NLRP3/GSDMD signaling pathway.

Objective To investigate the status of feeding intolerance in patients with enteral nutrition after lung transplantation and analyze its influencing factors,to provide a reference for formulating a reasonable enteral nutrition plan and improving patients'nutritional status.Methods Convenient sampling method was used to retrospectively collect the clinical data of 115 patients who received enteral nutrition support after lung transplantation and were hospitalized in the ICU of a tertiary hospital in Guangdong Province from August 2022 to November 2023.According to the occurrence of feeding intolerance during ICU hospitalization,the patients were divided into a feeding tolerance group and a feeding intolerance group.Univariate and logistic regression analysis were used to analyze the influencing factors of feeding intolerance patients with enteral nutrition after lung transplantation.Results Within 7 days of initiating enteral nutrition,a total of 63 patients developed feeding intolerance,with an incidence of 54.78％.Among them,the incidence of feeding intolerance was relatively high within 1 to 3 days after initiating enteral feeding.The clinical manifestations of feeding intolerance were diarrhea,bloating,gastric retention,vomiting/regurgitation,among which the diarrhea was the highest incidence(87.30％).Logi-stic regression analysis showed that intraoperative net balance volume(OR=0.999),intraoperative blood transfusion(OR=1.001)volume and diabetes history(OR=0.170)were independent influencing factors for feeding intolerance in patients with enteral nutrition after lung transplantation(P＜0.05).Conclusion There was a high incidence of feed-ing intolerance in patients with enteral nutrition after lung transplantation.Patients undergoing lung transplantation who have a high net intraoperative fluid balance,receive a low volume of intraoperative blood transfusions,and have a history of diabetes are at a lower risk of developing feeding intolerance when receiving postoperative enteral nutrition.When starting enteral nutrition,medical staff should dynamically evaluate the risk factors of feeding intolerance,screen high-risk patients as early as possible,and formulate reasonable enteral nutrition programs to improve the nutritional status of patients and promote their rehabilitation.

Objective To observe the effects of Yitangkang on brown fat thermogenesis and mitochondrial biogenesis of PGC1α-NRF1/2-TFAM pathway in db/db mice;To explore its mechanism of regulating glucose and lipid metabolism.Methods Totally 27 six-week-old db/db mice were randomly divided into model group,Yitangkang group(30 g/kg)and liraglutide group(200 μg/kg),another 9 db/m mice of the same age were set as normal group.All groups received intervention with drugs or saline for 6 weeks.The body mass and FBG were measured weekly.After intervention,oral glucose tolerance test(OGTT)was carried out,the contents of serum TC,TG,LDL-C and HDL-C were detected by biochemical analyzer,HE staining was used to observe the morphology of brown adipose tissue(BAT)in scapular region,RT-qPCR and Western blot were used to detect the expressions of UCP1,PRDM16,PGC1α related to BAT thermogenesis and NRF1,Nrf2,TFAM related to mitochondrial biogenesis.Results Compared with the normal group,the body mass,FBG,area under the curve of OGTT and serum TG,TC,LDL-C content of model group significantly increased(P<0.01),the content of HDL-C significantly decreased(P<0.01);the diameter of BAT cells in scapular region was larger,white vacuoles appeared,lipid droplets increased,and the mRNA and protein expressions of UCP1,PRDM16,PGC-1α,NRF1,NRF2 and TFAM in BAT decreased significantly(P<0.01).Compared with the model group,the body mass,FBG,area under the curve of OGTT and serum TG,TC,LDL-C contents of Yitangkang group and liraglutide group significantly decreased(P<0.01),the content of HDL-C increased(P<0.01);BAT cells were smaller in diameter,more closely arranged,more regular in shape,and more abundant in capillary,the mRNA and protein expressions of UCP1,PRDM16,PGC-1α,NRF1,NRF2 and TFAM in BAT increased significantly(P<0.01).Conclusion Yitangkang can regulate mitochondrial biogenesis through PGC1α-NRF1/2-TFAM pathway to activate brown fat in db/db mice and improve glucose and lipid metabolism in db/db mice.
