Guided by Zhang Zhongjing's axiom that"blood stasis induces water",this study develops stage-specific treatment strategies for edema in Kidney Consumption Disorder by examining its four-stage pathogenic progression:Sluggish Flow → Stagnant Obstruction → Depressed Accumulation → Stasis Congelation.We propose an integrated approach that reinforces the root by warming the kidney and replenishing essence,while addressing the branch by activating blood circulation and promoting diuresis.Stage-specific interventions include:for the Sluggish Flow Phase,warming and tonifying kidney Yang combined with unblocking Yang to promote uri-nation;for the Stagnant Obstruction Phase,warming the kidney and replenishing essence supported by activating blood circulation and freeing the collateral channels;for the Depressed Accumulation Phase,quickening blood and resolving stasis,regulating Qi and trans-forming turbidity,along with warming the kidney and strengthening essence;and for the Stasis Congelation Phase,expelling stagnant accumulations while simultaneously regulating essence and blood.This framework advances novel pattern-determined strategies for Kid-ney Consumption edema management.

Objective To study the effect of nurse hierarchical management on nurse core competence and responsibility system nursing level.Methods A total of 79 nursing staff in our hospitalwere selected as research objects.Nurses before the implementation of the new nursing management measures (March 2015 to March 2016) were carried out nurse conventional hierarchical management,and those after implementation (April 2016 to April 2017) took new hierarchical management model.The quality of nursing management,the core competency score and the satisfaction of doctors and patients were compared before and after the implementation of new hierarchical management model.Results After implementation,the core competence scores of nursing staff in medical records writing ability and language communication ability were significantly lower than implementation before,the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).After the implementation,the nursing management quality in informing precautions after discharge,obligation to inform before operation,and initiative to carry out life care were significantly higher than implementation before (P ＜0.05).Conclusion Nurse level management can improve core competence of nurses,enhance the level of responsibility system and the application effect is more obvious,so it is worthy of promotion.

Purpose: In order to explore the clinical mechanism of Neiguan (PC 6) in the treatment of acute seizure of migraine and the relationship between Neiguan (PC 6) and cerebral blood flow. Methods: Clinically, 30 cases of the patients with acute seizure of migraine (ascending phase) were selected, in TCD abnormality, and divided randomly into the treatment group and control group, 15 cases in each group. In acute seizure of migraine, Neiguan (PC 6)was punctured with electric stimulation on the healthy side of the patients in the treatment group and Xuehai (SP 10) was punctured with electric stimulation on the healthy side of the patients in the control group. TCD was determined in the patients 30 min before and after the treatment. Results and conclusion: After transdermal electric stimulation on Neiguan (PC 6),the velocity of intracranial blood flow was obviously slowed down, indicating that transdermal electric stimulation on Neiguan (PC 6) can effectively relieve the spasm of intracranial blood vessels and also shows its relative specificity.
