Objective:To investigate factors influencing 18F-FDG PET/CT SUVmax,T/MB ratio and Ki-67 expression in non-Hodgkin's lymphoma(NHL),to analyze their correlations with lymphoma aggressiveness and their potential advantages in predicting therapeutic efficacy. Methods:A retrospective analysis was conducted to investigate correlations between tumor SUVmax,T/MB ratio, and Ki-67 expression with NHL aggressiveness and clinical characteristics in 99 patients;whether SUVmax,T/MB ratio and Ki-67 served as independent prognostic factors influencing therapeutic efficacy was examined, and potential utility of ΔSUVmax and ΔT/MB as biomarkers for treatment response assessment were evaluated. Results:Aggressive NHL demonstrated significantly higher SUVmax,T/MB ratio and Ki-67 level compared to indolent NHL and aggressive/indolent NHL(P<0.05).A pretreatment SUVmax≥9.05,T/MB≥5.115 or Ki-67≥55%could predict clinical remission in NHL patients post-treatment,while post-treatment reductions of ΔSUVmax≥22.65%or ΔT/MB≥34.85%were associated with achieved clinical remission.Conclusion:SUVmax,T/MB ratio and Ki-67 are closely associated with aggressiveness of NHL,which can be predicted whether NHL will be relieved after treatment.ΔSUVmax and ΔT/MB can assess whether NHL has been relieved after treatment.

Objective:To explore the possibility of constructing tissue-engineered cartilage three-dimensional nanoscaffolds with collagen Ⅱ (COLⅡ), hyaluronic acid (HA) and chondroitin sulfate (CS).Methods:The tissue-engineered cartilage scaffolds were prepared by electrospinning techniques with the mixture COLⅡ-HA-CS solvent, which dissolved by 3-trifluoroethanol-water. The surface topography was observed under electron microscope (SEM). And the diameter of nanofibers, the water absorption rate, contact angle and degradation rate were also detected. Generation 2 rabbit chondrocytes were seeded into the scaffold. The cell survival rate and proliferation were evaluated by Cell Counting Kit-8.Results:When the concentration range of electrospinning was 80-120 mg/ml and the mixing ratio of Col, HA and CS was 6-8∶1∶1-2, the tissue engineered cartilage nanoscaffolds could be successfully prepared. Their diameters were mainly distributed between 126.5±23.3 nm and 374.7±14.1 nm. The scaffolds had satisfactory hydrophilicity and degradability. The chondrocytes could well adhere and proliferate on the scaffold. Conclusions:The COLⅡ-HA-CS tissue-engineered cartilage nanoscaffolds have good physical and biological properties, which suggests its promising application in tissue-engineered cartilage.

Objective To compare the diagnostic accuracy of magnifying chromoendoscopy (MCE) and endoscopic ultrasonography (EUS) for preoperative endoscopic assessment of the invasion depth of colorectal laterally spreading tumour(LST).Methods Data of 104 cases of colorectal LST were included. With the final pathological diagnosis as the golden standard, the accuracies of MCE and EUS for preoperative assessment of the invasion depth of colorectal LST were compared. Results The diagnostic accuracies of MCE and EUS for evaluating the invasion depth of LST were 89.4% (93/104) and 73.1% (76/104),respectively(P<0.05).The lesion size and the endoscopist could affect the accuracy of the EUS evaluation (P=0.017,OR=3.561;P=0.035,OR =1.399).The accuracy of EUS seemed to show a downward trend for colorectal LST of larger diameters. Conclusion Both MCE and EUS are effective for evaluating the invasion depth of colorectal LST,but the accuracy of MCE may be higher than that of EUS.Large diameter of the lesion and the doctor's experience inadequacy may be the risk factors for the accuracy of EUS.

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of high-frequency electric dissection for colorectal cysts. Methods The personal information, clinical data, operation methods and postoperative complications of patients who were diagnosed as having colorectal cysts and underwent high-frequency electric dissection in Nanfang hospital and Zhujiang Hospital of Southern Medical University between January 1st,2005 and July 1st,2015 were analysed. All patients enrolled in the study were followed up to obtain their resuits of colonoscopy. Results A total of 63 patients were enrolled into our study,9 lesions located in the ileocecus,17 in the ascending colon,19 in the transverse colon,10 in the descending colon,7 in the sigmoid colon and 1 in the rectum. The maximum diameter of the cysts was 20.2+7.5 mm (5-40 mm).All patients underwent high-frequency electric dissection to remove the cysts completely or part of the cyst wall for drainage.Hemorrhage occurred in only one patient and bleeding stopped after being clipped by Titanium clip.Forty-five patients were followed up and there were no delayed complications or recurrence during a postoperative follow-up of 24.1 + 14.3 months (6-87 months). Conclusion High-frequency electric dissection is a safe and effective procedure for the treatment of colorectal cysts.

Objective To evaluate the feasibility and safety of transjugular liver biopsy (TJLB) by using LABS 100 liver access and biopsy set (Cook Inc, bloomington, IN, USA). Methods During the period from June 2014 to Sep. 2014, a total of twelve patients received TJLB at authors’ hospital. The clinical data were retrospectively analyzed, and the indications, number of puncturing times, technical success rate, complications, sufficient amount of specimen, etc. were summarized. Results Technical success of TJLB was achieved in all patients, and no procedure- related complications occurred. The mean number of puncturing was 2.8 times, and sufficient amount of specimen for histological examination was obtained in all cases. Conclusion This preliminary result indicates that transjugular liver biopsy with the use of LABS 100 liver access and biopsy set is clinically safe and feasible.

Journal of Medical Research 2015;(7):57-61
Objective To investigate the impact of human adipose-derived stem cells(hASCs) -plastelet-rich plasma(PRP) composite on the wound healing of radiation skin injury of nude mice. Methods ASCs were isolated from healthy adults after liposuction, conducted primary culture and subculture.PRP was prepared by two-step ultracentrifugation. The ASCs-PRP composite was prepared with ASCs (1 ×107cells/ml) at passage 6 and PRP.Twenty-four nude mice were randomly divided into 4 groups (n=6).A round shaped full-thickness skin defect (D=1cm) was made on the mice back after 20Gy (60Co) round shaped exposure (D=2cm).Right after radiation, wounds were treated as follows,in group A,there was ASCs+PRP, in group B, PRP,in group C, ASCs,in group D, sham group. The wounds were observed at postoperative 7 and 14 days.HE and CD31 stain were observed at 14th days after surgery. Results The wound healing of group A healed completely at 14th days.In group D,the wound healing were slowest and still filled with granulation tissue at 14th days. The wound healing of group B and group C were faster than that of group D, but they haven′t healed completely at 14th days. The inflammatory cells were significantly lower and the blood vessel density positive rate were significantly higher in ACSs+PRP group than in ACSs group,PRP group and sham group (P<0.05).Conclusion ASCs-PRP Composite can accelerate the wound healing of radiation skin injury by promoting wound angiogenesis.
