OBJECTIVE To investigate the epidemiological characteristics, clinical features and distribution of pathogens isolated from the burn wound patients with infections in a northwestern hospital from 2014 to 2023 so as to provide bases for prevention and treatment of burn wound infections in the northwestern region.METHODS The epidemiological characteristics, clinical features and distribution of pathogenic isolated from the burn wound patients with infections who were treated in the 940th Hospital of Joint Logistic Support Force from 2014 to 2023 were retrospectively analyzed.RESULTS A total of 2122 burn wound patients were enrolled in the study,397(18.71%)of whom had infections, including 306(14.42%)patients with community-acquired infections and 91(4.29%)patients with hospital-acquired infections. The proportion infections was higher among the patients aged no less than 60 years old(63/154)than among the patients aged less than 14 years old(231/983)and the pa-tients aged between 14 and 60 years old(103/985)(x2=108.840,P<0.001).The proportion of infections was higher among the patients with the burn wound depth no less than grade Ⅲ(146/458)than among the patients with the burn wound depth no less than grade Ⅱ(251/1664)(x2=66.600,P<0.001).The proportion infections was higher among the patients with burn wounds in limbs(370/1881)than among the patients with burn wounds in other sites(1153/1987)(x2=47.244,P<0.001).The isolation rates of methicillin-resistant Staphy-lococcus epidermidis and carbapenem-resistant Pseudomonas aeruginosa strains showed downward trends from 2014 to 2023,the isolation rates of carbapenem-resistant Klebsiella pneumoniae and the third generation cephalo-sporins-resistant Escherichia coli showed upward trends, however, there were no significant differences.CONCLUSIONS The patients with no less than 60 years of age,no lower than grade Ⅲ of burn wound depth and burn wounds in limbs are more likely to have burn wound infections.S.aureus is the predominant species of pathogens causing the infections. The isolation rates of carbapenem-resistant K.pneumoniae strains and the third generation cephalosporins-resistant E.coli strains show upward trends. It is necessary to take targeted prevention and treatment measures for the burn wound infections.

Objective Based on the three-dimensional quality structure model,to construct the nursing quality evaluation index system for acute leukemia,in order to provide references for clinical evaluation of quality of nursing care for acute leukemia. Methods Based on the theory of Donabedian's structure-process-outcome quality structure model, through literature search,semi-structured interview, expert meeting, expert consultation and analytic hierarchy process, the quality evaluation index system and index weight for acute leukemia were determined. Results After two rounds of expert consultation, questionnaire response rates were 94.74%,100%;expert authority coefficients were 0.848,0.854;Kendall coordination coefficients were 0.273,0.420,and P values were all less than 0.01.The final index system consisted of 3 first-level indicators,8 second-level indicators, and 24 third-level indicators (3 structure indicators,7 process indicators,14 outcome indicators). Each of third-level indicators contained index names, calculation methods, and data collection methods. Conclusion The process of construction of nursing quality evaluation index system for acute leukemia is scientific, the contents are reasonable, which can reflect nursing characteristics of acute leukemia.

Aim To develop LC-MS/MS method to de-termine rasagiline mesylate in human plasma and its application in a pharmacokinetics study .Methods Plasma samples were extracted using liquid-liquid ex-traction with clopidogrel as internal standard .The con-tent of rasagiline mesylate in human plasma was detec-ted by selectivelypositive ion reaction monitoring on a triple quadrupoles tandem mass spectrometer .The de-tected ions were m/z 172.3→117.1 ( rasagiline ) , m/z 322.3 →184.0 ( clopidogrel ) .The linear calibration curve was obtained in the concentration range of 0.1047~20.93 μg · L-1 .The lower limit of quantifi-cation was 0.1047 μg · L-1 .Indicators of the method validation were in line with requirements .The method was used to determine the concentration of rasagiline in human plasma after oral administration of rasagiline mesylate capsule to 24 healthy Chinese volunteers ( with half males and females ) and the results were compared statistically .Results The single oral dose of 0.5 ,1.0 and 2.0 mg presented linear pharmacokinetics in the health volunteers .No accumulation was observed with multiple doses .Meanwhile , no significant difference was identified between the gender groups . High fat postprandial has obvious effects on the peak serum con-centration of rasagiline , but there was no effect on the absorption amount and cumulative excretion .Conclu-sion The LC-MS/MS method is specific and sensi-tive, and can be successfully applied to the pharmaco-kinetic study of Rasagiline mesylate tablets in healthy Chinese volunteers .
