Objective:To investigate the prevalence and influencing factors of depression,anxiety and comorbid depression-anxiety symptoms among college freshmen,providing a theoretical basis for promoting their mental health.Methods:From Jan to Feb 2022,an online questionnaire survey was conducted,involving 483 online questionnaires from college freshmen(184 males,299 females).The depression-anxiety-stress self-rating scale,smartphone dependence self-rating scale for adolescents,and Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)were used for online surveys.The influencing factors of depression,anxiety,and their comorbidity among college freshmen were analyzed by multivariable logistic regression analysis.Results:The detection rates of smartphone dependence,sleep disorders,depression,anxiety and comorbid depression-anxiety symptoms among college freshmen were 26.1%,12.8%,26.3%,32.1%,and 23.6%,respectively.The detection rates of depression,anxiety and comorbid depression-anxiety symptoms in male students were significantly higher than those in female students(P＜0.05).Multivariable logistic regression analysis showed that self-perceived poor mental health,smartphone dependence and sleep disorders were risk factors for depression,anxiety and comorbid depression-anxiety symptoms.Low satisfaction with college life was a risk factor for depression.Medical specialty was a risk factor for anxiety and comorbid depression-anxiety symptoms(P＜0.05).Conclusions:Male college freshmen show higher rates of depression,anxiety,and their comorbidity.Low satisfaction with college life,self-perceived poor mental health,high academic pressure,smartphone dependence,medical specialty,and sleep disorders may be risk factors for depression,anxiety and comorbid depression-anxiety symptoms among college freshmen.

Clinical trials play a crucial role in advancing the field of human health care. The registration of clinical trials can effectively identify potential publication bias and prevent unnecessary duplication of research efforts, serving as a source of transparent data for health care professionals and researchers, enhancing the quality of clinical research, and presenting more transparent, standardized, authentic, and useful clinical trials. To enhance the capacity for evidence production in traditional medicine from the source, the International Traditional Medicine Clinical Trial Registry (ITMCTR), a cross-regional registry focusing on the theme of traditional medicine, was established. Under the current registration background, this study aims to introduce the problems and current status related to clinical trial registration, as well as the features and functions of the ITMCTR. The results of this study illustrate the necessity of establishing a specialized registration platform for traditional medicine to assist researchers in understanding the basic background of registration and relevant information regarding registration platforms, regardless of whether their research is related to traditional medicine or not. Ultimately, the results of this work will help researchers choose the appropriate platform for more efficient and transparent registration.

OBJECTIVE: To prepare zedoary turmeric oil compound liposomes (ZTOC-LPS) and evaluate its quality.METHODS: The preparation method of liposome, the addition amount of soybean phosphatidylcholine (SPC), ratio of SPC to cholesterol (CH) in lipid, drug-lipid ratio of zedoary turmeric oil (ZTO), drug-lipid ratio of tretinoin in formulation, and water bath temperature were screened using encapsulation efficiency and drug-loading amount of ZTO (represented by germacrone) and tretinoin as investigation indexes. Quality evaluation and primary stability investigation were conducted for liposomes prepared by optimal preparation technology. RESULTS: The optimal preparation method was ethanol injection method; The optimal preparation technology were SPC 4 mg in 1 mL lipid, the mass ratio of SPC to CH 3:1, the ratio of ZTO to lipid 1:9, the ratio of tretinoin to lipid 1:70, water bath temperature of 55 ℃. Encapsulation efficiencies of ZTO and tretinoin were (64. 63 ± 1. 00)％ and (90. 33 土 0. 72)％ in 3 batches of ZTOC-LPS, respectively. Drug-loading amount of ZTO and tretinoin were (9. 09 ± 0. 14)％ and (1. 43 ± 0. 02)％, respectively. Particle size was (257. 41 ± 7. 58) nm, Zeta potential was (-38. 77 ± 0. 81) mV,PDI was 0. 10 ± 0. 04; the results of centrifugal acceleration test showed that the liposomes had good physical stability. No obvious change was found in each investigation index of ZTOC-LPS that stored at (4 ± 2) ℃ for 1 month. CONCLUSIONS: Established preparation technology is simple and feasible, the quality of the prepared ZTOC-LPS conforms to the requirements, and it can provide reference for the following research of ZTOC-LPS.

Objective To explore the protective effect of saponins in stems and leaves of Panax notoginseng onmyocardial ischemic reperfusion injury in rats. Methods The rats were divided into six groups (the sham operation group, model group, DAXXK group, PNSSL 40, 80, 160 mg·kg-1 group) and continuous oral administration for 7 days. The ratmodel of myocardial ischemic reperfusion injury (MIRI) was developed by ligation of the left anterior descending coronaryartery the electrocardiogram (ECG), myocardial infarct size, staining with hematoxylin and eosin were observed. Theactivities of LDH、CK、AST、ALT in serum and SOD、GSH-Px、MDA in cardiac muscle tissue were detected by kit.Results Saponins in stems and leaves of Panax notoginseng in each dose (40, 80, 160 mg · kg-1) group significantlyreduced the myocardial infarct size and improved the ECG on ST segment, the myocardial damage was obviously reducedfrom the pathological section. Stems and leaves of Panax notoginseng in a dose of 160 mg · kg-1 lowered the serumactivities of LDH、CK and AST, contents of SOD and GSH-Px in a dose of 80 mg·kg-1 significantly lowered. Conclusions The results indicates that PNSSL have the effect against myocardial ischemic reperfusion injury and that the mechanismof pharmacological action related to the improvement of ECG changes, the stability of cell membrane, eliminate oxygenfree radicals and the reducing of inflammatory infiltration.

Objective To investigate one year survival rate and life quality of patients with non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC)treated by different arms.Methods One hundred and seventy-nine cases NSCLC patients from January 2013 to December 2014 were selected from the Third Hospital of Tanshan and followed-up,including 57 cases with surgical treatment,70 cases with the use of Navelbine plus cisplatin,52 cases with dendritic cells(DC)and cytokine induced killer cells(CIK)immune based therapy(DC/CIK)treatment.After one year period of radiotherapy and chemotherapy,the SF-36 questionnaire was used to investigate the quality of life of the surviving patients,and the quality of life was assessed from three aspects of the physiological,psychological and social functions.To quantify the quality of life score,the 100 percentage grading system was adopted,logistic regression analysis was used to adjust the influence of age and gender on survival rate,and the data were analyzed by SAS 9.2 statistical software package.Results One hundred and seventy-nine subjects were included in this study,by the end of follow-up on December 2015,there were 119 cases survived,the survival rate was 66.5％(119/179).Survival rate of surgical operation group,DC/CIK group and chemotherapy group orderly decreased(82.5％(47/57),76.9％(40/52)and 45.7％(32/70),P＜0.01).After adjusting age and gender impact,multiple logistic regression model showed that DC/CIK group survival rate was 3.96 times higher than the pure chemotherapy group(95％CI=1.78-8.80),surgical operation group was 5.58 times higher than simple chemotherapy group(95％CI=2.44-12.79).There were no significant differences between DC/CIK group and surgical operation group on physical disease,health status,emotional intelligence,mental health and social function,no significant difference(P＞0.05),but the chemotherapy group was lower(P＜0.05);physiological function in the chemotherapy group,operation group and DC/CIK group showed an increasing trend(P＜0.05).Conclusion The one year survival rate of NSCLC patients treated by different arms is 66.5％,and the life quality of patients with biological immune therapy method is better.

OBJECTIVE To investigate the protective effect of sGC003,a novel agonist of soluble guanylate cyclase,on endothelin-1(ET-1)-induced cardiomyocyte hypertrophy. METHODS Cardiomy?ocytes were isolated from neonatal Sprague-Dawley rats using serial enzymatic digestion and then incubated with ET-1 10 nmol·L-1 in the absence or presence of sGC003 0.01,0.1 and 1.0μmol·L-1. Hyper?trophic responses including the cardiomyocyte area(Image-Pro Plus 6.0),the expression of atrial natri?uretic peptide gene(ANP)mRNA(RT-PCR method)and total protein content(BCA method)were detect?ed. RESULTS After 48 h stimulation with ET-1 10 nmol·L-1,the cardiomyocyte area increased by 80%(P<0.01),the total protein content increased by 120%(P<0.01) and the expression of ANP mRNA up-regulated by 140%(P<0.01). sGC003 0.01,0.1 and 1.0μmol · L-1 elicited antihypertrophic actions, including inhibition of ET-1-mediated increase in the cardiomyocyte area(P<0.01),raised total protein content(P<0.05)and upregulation of ANP mRNA(P<0.05). CONCLUSION sGC003 has protective,car?diomyocyte-selective antihypertrophic effects in vitro.

Objective To investigate the association between SLC10A1 gene mutations in c.800G>A mutation and c.356 +1098C >T mutation, and the susceptibility to HBV infection by mother-to-child transmission ( MTCT) .Methods Totally 306 individuals born to HBeAg-positive mothers with high load HBV and without receiving nucleotide analogues treatment, including 247 HBV-infected cases and 59 non-HBV-infected ones were enrolled from Southwest Hospital during May 2011 and July 2015.Blood samples were collected from all the subjects, then genomic DNA was extracted and c.800G>A mutation and c.356+1098C>T mutation of SLC10A1 were genotyped .Chi-square test (Pearsonχ2or continuity correctionχ2) was performed to identify the difference in genotypes between two groups.Results Among vaccinated individuals (55 HBV infected and 56 not infected), the frequency of genotype GA of c.800G>A mutation in non-infected ones was 14.3%(8/56), there was a tendency of increasing compared with HBV infected ones (5.5%, 3/55), but the difference was not statistically significant (χ2 =2.424, P =0.119). Similarly, the frequencies of genotypes CC, CT and TT of the c.356+1098C>T mutation in HBV infected ones were 20.0%(11/55), 47.3%(26/55) and 32.7%(18/55), while those in non-infected ones were 12.5% (7/56), 69.6% (39/56) and 17.9% (10/56), and the difference was not of statistical significance (χ2 =5.766, P=0.056).In all subjects (vaccinated and non-vaccinated), the frequency of genotype GA of c.800G>A mutation in non-HBV infected group had an increasing tendency compared with HBV-infected offspring (13.6% vs.6.9%), but the difference was not statistically significant (χ2 =2.010, P=0.156);the frequencies of genotype CC, CT and TT of c.356+1098C>T mutation in HBV infected patients were 20.2%(50/247), 49.8%(123/247) and 30.0%(74/247), while those in non-HBV-infected group were 11.9%(7/59), 69.5%(41/59) and 18.6%(11/59), and the difference was statistically significant (χ2 =7.436, P =0.024 ) .Within the HBV infected group, the frequencies of genotype GA of c.800G>A mutation were 5.5%(3/55) in vaccinated individuals and 7.3%(14/192) in non-vaccinated individuals, and the difference was not of statistical significance (χ2 =0.030, P=0.863);Similarly, the frequencies of genotype CC, CT and TT of c.356 +1098C >T mutation in vaccinated individuals were 20.0%(11/55), 47.3%(26/55) and 32.7%(18/55), while those in non-vaccinated individuals were 20.3%(39/192), 50.5%(97/192) and 29.2%(56/192), and the difference was not of statistical significance (χ2 =0.274, P=0.872).Conclusion c.356+1098C>T mutation in SLC10A1 may be associated with susceptibility to HBV infection of child born in HBeAg positive pregnant women infected with high load HBV.

Objective To investigate the efficacy of nedaplati docetaxel combined with radiotherapy on patients with locally advanced cervical cancer.Methods The clinical data of 99 cases with pathologically diagnosed advanced cervical cancer from Jun.2013 to jul.2014 in the Matemal and Child Health Care Hospital of Tangshan were recorded.The patients were randomly divided into the control group (45 cases only with radiotherapy) and the observation group(54 cases with nedaplati and docetaxel beside radiotherapy).Results The effective rate in observation group was 90.74％,higher than control group (71.11％,x2 =6.358,P =0.017).There were significant incidence of bone marrow suppression renal dysfunction and gastrointestinal both in two groups,but can endure.There was no significant difference in term of side effect in two groups (P ＞0.05).Conclusion The therapy of nedaplati and docetaxel combined with radiotherapy has better effect for patients with advanced cervical cancer and without significantly increasing side effect.

Objective To discusses the value of combined CA125 and CT/MR/ in diagnosing the ovarian thecoma.Methods Forty cases of patients with ovarian thecoma were retrospectively analyzed.The results of CA125 and the appearance of CT and MRI were recorded,the value of CA125 changes and CT/MRI features was analysed in the diagnosis of ovarian thecoma.Results The value of CA125 elevated in 17 cases of ovarian thecoma,and showed statistical significance in the ratio((12/35 vs.5/5;x2=2.274,P=0.046) and the levels of the value of CA125 ((90.24 ± 18.56) U/ml vs.(243.35 ± 20.45) U/ml;t =7.780,P =0.002).Compared with 40 cases of control group,elevated CA125 level showed no obviously statistical significance (t =5.348,P=0.22).Forty patients in CT and MRI were all single lesion,30 cases were solid neoplasm,the rest were cystic-solidary lesions or priority of cystic component,75％ lesions were more than 5 cm,9 cases of lesions contains calcification.In pre-enhanced CT and MR/scan the lesions showed iso-density or signal-intensity,mildly enhanced;Twenty-two patients with ascites and 11 cases with symptoms in the elevating of estrogen.Combined the results of CA125 and the apperaance of CT and MR/,the accuracy of the diagnosis in ovarian thecoma was 85％.Conclusion CT and MR/imaging combining with CA125 can improve the diagnosis accuracy of ovarian thecoma.which should be given priorities.
