Retrograde intrarenal surgery（RIRS）has become a first-line therapeutic option for upper urinary tract stones ≤2 cm. Although conventional ureteral access sheaths enable smooth ureteroscope insertion and reduce intrarenal pressure，but the stone-free rate（SFR）remains limited. Recently，a novel flexible and navigable suction ureteral access sheath（FANS）has improved the stone clearance efficiency，therapeutic effect，and safety of RIRS. The advent of FANS is progressively reshaping the role of RIRS within urological endoscopic surgery. This review aims to summarize the current research on FANS in the management of urolithiasis and discuss potential directions for its future development.

Non-small cell lung cancer is one of the cancers with the highest incidence and mortality rate in the world, and precise prognostic models can guide clinical treatment plans. With the continuous upgrading of computer technology, deep learning as a breakthrough technology of artificial intelligence has shown good performance and great potential in the application of non-small cell lung cancer prognosis model. The research on the application of deep learning in survival and recurrence prediction, efficacy prediction, distant metastasis prediction, and complication prediction of non-small cell lung cancer has made some progress, and it shows a trend of multi-omics and multi-modal joint, but there are still shortcomings, which should be further explored in the future to strengthen model verification and solve practical problems in clinical practice.

Objective To analyze the research status,hotspots and trends of TCM in the treatment of attention deficit hyperactivity disorder(ADHD).Methods The literature on the treatment of ADHD by TCM were was retrieved from CNKI,VIP,Wanfang Data,and CBM from the establishment of the databases to 7th,Sep.2023.NoteExpress 3.9 was used to manage and remove weight;Excel 2019 was used to draw a line trend chart for the number of published literature.CiteSpace 6.1R.6 software was used to perform co-occurrence and clustering analysis on authors,institutions and keywords,and a visual graph was drawn.Results A total of 1215 articles were included after screening.800 authors were involved,forming research teams with Han Xinmin,Wang Junhong,Ma Rong and Li Yirui as the cores respectively;Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine,Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine,Beijing University of Chinese Medicine and so on published more papers.High-frequency keywords included clinical efficacy,acupuncture and moxibustion treatment,clinical experience,Chinese materia medica and so on;research frontiers included clinical efficacy,acupuncture and moxibustion treatment,clinical experience,data mining and attention.Conclusion The main research on the treatment of ADHD by TCM includes clinical efficacy,clinical experience,animal experiments and data mining,and relatively stable research teams have been formed,but there is less cooperation between teams and institutions.

BackgroundPatients with schizophrenia are at high risk of suffering from metabolic syndrome. Most previous studies on the influencing factors of metabolic syndrome focused on the inpatients and limited ones on patients dwelling in community. ObjectiveTo explore the influencing factors at different risk levels of metabolic syndrome in community-dwelling patients with schizophrenia in Guangzhou， so as to provide references for future interventions on metabolic syndrome in this patient population. MethodsIn November 2021， 3 339 patients with schizophrenia who were registered in and administered by Guangzhou Mental Health Information System were included. All these patients had finished the physical examination in 2020， and whether they had metabolic syndrome was assessed basing on Guideline for the prevention and treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus in China （2020 edition）. Patients were divided into high-risk group （n=423）， critical group （n=1 524） and metabolic syndrome group （n=1 392） according to the Chinese expert consensus on the management of metabolic syndrome in patients with schizophrenia. Multiple logistic regression analysis were performed on the risk factors of metabolic syndrome in community-dwelling patients with schizophrenia. ResultsThe prevalence rate of metabolic syndrome in community-dwelling patients with schizophrenia was 41.69%. Univariate analysis showed that the results in gender （χ²=44.610）， age （χ²=55.992）， marriage status （χ²=30.755）， illness course （χ²=25.913） and body mass index （χ²=829.265） were significantly different among the three groups （P<0.01）. Kruskal-Wallis H test showed that the levels of waist circumference （H=920.331）， systolic blood pressure （H=436.673）， diastolic blood pressure （H=393.337）， fasting blood glucose （H=807.304）， triglyceride （H=1 134.125） and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol （H=593.615） among the three groups were significantly different （P<0.01）. Logistic regression analysis showed that age ≥50 （OR=1.761， 95% CI： 1.087~2.853）， overweight （OR=2.418， 95% CI： 1.862~3.140） and obesity （OR=57.903， 95% CI： 14.340~233.802） were risk factors contributing to high-risk patients becoming critical population （P<0.05 or 0.01）. Female gender （OR=1.295， 95% CI： 1.034~1.622）， aged 40~49 （OR=2.597， 95% CI： 1.582~4.263）， age ≥50 （OR=4.392， 95% CI： 2.609~7.395）， overweight （OR=7.844， 95% CI： 6.018~10.223） and obesity （OR=426.785， 95% CI： 105.724~1 722.839） were risk factors for high-risk patients developing into metabolic syndrome population （P<0.05 or 0.01）. ConclusionThe prevalence rate of metabolic syndrome is higher in community-dwelling patients with schizophrenia. 【Objective】 To investigate the preventive and therapeutic effects of cepharanthine on nasopharyngeal carcinoma rats through the mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAPK)/extracellular signal regulated kinase (ERK) signaling pathway and its effect on Survivin and X-linked inhibitor of apoptosis protein (XIAP), and B-cell lymphoma/leukemia-2 (Bcl-2). 【Methods】 A rat model of nasopharyngeal carcinoma was established by subcutaneous injection of dinitrosopiperazine (DNP). Then the rats were randomly divided into model group, stephenine group, activator group, inhibitor group, and control group. Interleukin (IL)-1β and IL-18 levels in nasal lavage fluid were detected, HE staining was used to observe pathological changes of nasal mucosa, TUNEL method was used to observe cell apoptosis of nasal mucosa, Western blotting was used to detect ERK, p-ERK, Survivin, XIAP, Bcl-2, Bcl-2 associated X protein (Bax) protein expression of nasal mucosa. 【Results】 The histopathological changes of rat nasal mucosa in stephenine group, activator group and inhibitor group were significantly better than those in model group; the improvement in activator group was worse. Compared with model group, the body mass, Survivin, XIAP, and Bcl-2 protein expressions increased, while the levels of IL-1β and IL-18, the rate of apoptosis and p-ERK1/2 and Bax protein expressions decreased in cephalothin group, activator group and inhibitor group (P<0.05). Compared with cephalothin group, in activator group the body mass, Survivin, XIAP, and Bcl-2 protein expressions decreased, whereas IL-1β and IL-18 levels, the rate of apoptosis, and p-ERK1/2 and Bax protein expressions increased. In inhibitor group, the body mass, Survivin, XIAP, and Bcl-2 protein expressions increased, IL-1β and IL-18 levels, the rate of apoptosis, and p-ERK1/2 and Bax protein expressions decreased (P<0.05). 【Conclusion】 Stephaneine has a certain preventive effect on nasopharyngeal carcinoma rats, which may play an effect by inhibiting the MAPK/ERK pathway.

Human epidermal growth factor (hEGF) is a typical member of the growth factor family that activates epidermal growth factor receptors. It is synthesized and secreted by multiple tissues and organs of the human body, regulating the cell proliferation, differentiation and migration via binding to receptors and activating a series of signaling pathways. In recent years, the research on hEGF has been extended to its role in human physiology and pathology, especially in tissue regeneration and wound healing. This paper reviews the research progress of hEGF, briefly describes its gene and protein structure and characteristics, mechanisms and biological effects, with the emphasis on the roles and influences in the healing of gastrointestinal ulcers, skin wound repair and tumor pathology.

Objective: To investigate the effect and mechanism of G protein coupled receptor 119 (GPR119) in regulating lipid metabolism. Methods: (1) Macrophage THP-1 was induced by oxidized low density lipoprotein (oxLDL) to the formation of lipid foam cells, protein expression of GPR119, hypoxia-inducible factor-1α (HIF-1α), vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) were detected by Western blotting. (2) Constructing GPR119 over-expressed and low-expressed plasmids, the plasmids were transfected into THP-1 cells which induced by oxLDL. The lipid content in macrophages was observed by oil red O staining. Cholesterol efflux was detected by liquid scintillation counter. The mRNA and protein expressions of HIF-1α, VEGF were detected by reverse transcription PCR and Western blotting. (3) Constructing GPR119, HIF-1α, and VEGF over-expressed plasmids, then co-transfection of GPR119 and HIF-1α/VEGF plasmids. The lipid content in macrophages was observed by oil red O staining. Cholesterol efflux was detected by liquid scintillation counter. Results: Compared with the control group, the lipid droplets were densely distributed in macrophages, with a large number and volume. The protein expression of GPR119 was significantly decreased and HIF-1α, VEGF were significantly increased in macrophages induced by oxLDL (P<0.05). After over-expression of GPR119, the lipid droplets were sparsely distributed and the number was significantly reduced in macrophages, the lipid droplets were mostly located in the area around the cells. The cholesterol efflux was significantly increased (P<0.01). The mRNA and protein expressions of HIF-1α and VEGF were significantly decreased (P<0.01). On the contrary, in the GPR119 inhibition group, the lipid droplets were densely distributed in macrophages, with a large number and volume. The lipid droplets even covered the nuclei. The cholesterol efflux was significantly reduced (P<0.05). The mRNA and protein expression of HIF-1α, VEGF were significantly increased (P<0.05). After GPR119 were co-expressed with HIF-1α and VEGF, the number of lipid droplets was increased, lipid droplets were dense and bulky in oxLDL-induce macrophages. The cholesterol efflux was inhibited. Conclusion GPR119 can regulate lipid metabolism and possibly by down-regulating the expression of HIF-1α and VEGF.

Objective: To evaluate the effect of the "Interner Plus-based AIDS Comprehensive Prevention Service System" among MSM in Guangzhou, during 2010-2017, using a dynamic compartmental model. Methods: A dynamic compartmental model was developed to describe the HIV situation among MSM in Guangzhou. This model was parameterized on data from published literature or surveillance programs from the Guangzhou CDC. The Matlab 7.0 software was used for coding and analysis on collected data. HIV prevalence was analyzed among MSM under the status quo data and estimated the impact by the "Internet Plus" AIDS prevention services project. Results: HIV prevalence would have increased to 22.75% in 2017, and the total number of new HIV infections would have been 11 038, from 2010 to 2017, using the data status quo. Under the Guangzhou "Internet Plus" AIDS prevention services project, the prevalence of HIV among MSM from 2010 to 2017 was estimated to be 8.44%, 9.68%, 10.65%, 11.34%, 11.73%, 11.83%, 11.71% and 11.43% in Guangzhou, which were similar to the surveillance data. The total number of new infections in the past 8 years under the "Internet Plus" scenario was estimated to be 4 009. The "Internet Plus" program would have prevented 7 029 (63.68%) new infections during 2010-2017 as compared to the number, status quo. Conclusions The fitting result of dynamic compartmental model seemed more reasonable, which was applicable to predict HIV epidemic among MSM in Guangzhou, suggesting that the increase of HIV prevalence had been curbed since the "Internet Plus" project which was launched in 2010, and the "Interner Plus-based AIDS Comprehensive Prevention Service System" had achieved the purpose as planned, epidemiologically.

Objective:To evaluate the efficacy and safety of thalidomide on preventing and treating radiation-induced oral mucositis (RIOM) in nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC). Methods:A total of 60 patients with NPC were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group took thalidomide and gargled with mixture of saline+gentamycin+dexamethasone when ra-diotherapy started, and the control group gargled only with mixture of saline+gentamycin+dexamethasone. The time of occurrence and degree of RIOM in both groups were registered at the same time. Results:The incidence of RIOM in treatment group was lower than that in control group (P<0.05). For the incidence of 3 or 4 grade RIOM, the treatment group was also lower than the control group. No statistical difference in terms of objective response rate was found between the two groups (P>0.05). There was no statisti-cally significant difference between the treatment group and the control group in the oral average dose, V30, V35, V40, V45, V50, and V54 (P>0.05). There was no statistically significant difference between the treatment group and the control group in the use of nutri-tion agents, hormones and antibiotics (P>0.05). There was no statistical difference between the groups in the drowsiness, peripheral nerve toxicity, hematologic toxicity and gastrointestinal reaction (P>0.05). Conclusion:Thalidomide can reduce the incidence and se-verity of RIOM for radiotherapy of patients with NPC, which deserves clinic application.
