With the rapid development of population aging in various countries around the world, the health and elderly care industry has been paid high attention. The standardization of smart health and elderly care technology and services is particularly important. This paper firstly reviewed the policies related to healthy elderly care in China.By analyzing the industrial standards and provincial standards issued, this paper focused on the policies proposed by the Shanghai Municipal Government for the standardization of smart health and elderly care,as well as the researches on the standard system and the construction of standard families.Shanghai group standards in the field of smart health and elderly care were summarized, including the guidelines for the construction of standard systems, elderly care service platforms, community elderly cafeterias, portable health monitoring terminals, indoor sports services, and home-based elderly care safety monitoring.A series of case analyses of the standardized implementation of the above aspects were also provided.Through standardization research and practice in recent years,it has been fully demonstrated that the standard research plays an important leading role in the field of smart health and elderly care.

Public hospitals play a dominant role in providing medical services.Meanwhile, they are also critical for un-dertaking missions to handle health emergencies. This paper analyzes the necessity, current situation, and existing weaknesses of the health emergency capacity of public hospitals. It also conducts a comparative study of the emergency response mechanisms of foreign medical institutions. This paper aims to explore a well-developed design for health emergency in public hospitals that is suitable for China's medical conditions and to provide a feasible model for promoting high-quality health emergency management.

Objective :
To investigate the molecular mechanism of Toll⁃like receptor 4 ( TLR4)/Ras homologue A (RhoA) signaling pathway involved in regulating the effect of septic serum on vascular endothelial cell permeability
before and after continuous hemofiltration.
Methods :
The serum of 5 patients with sepsis before and after continuous hemofiltration treatment was collected , and the levels of inflammatory cytokines in serum before and after hemofiltration were detected. Human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVEC) were treated with serum before and after continuous hemofiltration for 24 hours. The expression of VE⁃cadherin , F ⁃actin , TLR4 and RhoA in vascular endothelial cells were detected by Western blot. A TLR4 low expression cell line was constructed to detect the effect of TLR4 low expression on the expression of VE⁃cadherin , F ⁃actin and RhoA and the permeability of endothelial cells.
Results :
After continuous blood treatment , the serum levels of TLR4 , RhoA , interleukin⁃1 (IL⁃1) , interleukin⁃6 (IL⁃6) and tumor necrosis factor⁃α (TNF⁃α ) significantly decreased. The expression levels of VE⁃cadherin , F ⁃actin , TLR4 and RhoA in the serum intervention group after continuous hemofiltration treatment significantly decreased , and the cell permeability significantly decreased. Low expression of TLR4 significantly promoted the expression of VE⁃cadherin and F ⁃actin , and inhibited the expression of RhoA protein.
Conclusion
TLR4/RhoA signaling pathway is involved in the regulation of changes in vascular endothelial cell permeability induced by septic serum after continuous hemofiltration treatment.
4. Comparison of the effects of aspirin and clopidogrel on coronary heart disease
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2019;26(16):1925-1928
Objective:
To compare the therapeutic effect of aspirin and clopidogrel on coronary heart disease.
Methods:
From June 2016 to July 2017, 186 patients with coronary heart disease in the Third People's Hospital of Yuyao were divided into control group and observation group according to different treatment methods, with 93 cases in each group. Both two groups were treated with routine symptomatic therapy, the control group was given aspirin and the observation group was given clopidogrel.Biochemical indicators, cardiac function and adverse events were observed.
Results:
There were no statistically significant differences between the two groups before treatment(all

Journal of Clinical Otorhinolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery 2013;27(12):651-653
OBJECTIVE:
To explore the relationship between serum IL-4, IFN-gamma, IL-10 levels and the aetiology of juvenile-onset recurrent respiratory papillomatosis.
METHOD:
Serum IL-4, IFN-gamma, IL-32 levels of 15 JORRP children were detected by use of enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) and compared with those of healthy control group.
RESULT:
Serum IL-4 levels were significantly higher in the JORRP children (P<0.01): (524.65 +/- 147.77)pg/ml in the JORRP children and (213.27 +/- 87.48) pg/ml in the healthy control group. Serum IFN-gamma levels were significantly lower in the JORRP children (P<0.01): (2.87 +/- 0.84) pg/ml in the JORRP children and (10.63 +/- 5.09) pg/ml in the healthy control group. Serum IL-32 levels were significantly lower in the JORRP children (P< 0.01): (2.47 +/- 1.60) pg/ml in the JORRP children and (9.08 +/- 2.66) pg/ml in the healthy control group.
CONCLUSION
1) While the concentration of Th2 like cytokine IL-4 in children with JORRP was higher than that in control group, the concentration of Th1 like cytokine IFN-gamma in children with JORRP was lower than that in controls, indicating that the polarization of Th1 /Th2 T cell in children with JORRP; 2) The polarization of Th1/Th2 T cell may cause the reduction of the serum IL-32 as a proinflammatory role in host immunity system that could not eradicate HPVs because of lacking enough inflammatory stimulation.

6.The design and realized of medical MR uniform field assistant software based on COM communication.
Chinese Journal of Medical Instrumentation 2011;35(6):442-445
Traditional manual shimming measures and records data by highly accurate Tesla meters, then analyzes the data and puts small shimming magnet pieces to those are needed, and finally completes the shimming by repeating the above mentioned process. Because using Tesla meter to measure and record data takes much time, the efficiency of manual shimming is quite low. This article puts up an assisting way to shimming by using medical MRI shimming software designed and realized based on COM communications, thus enhances shimming efficiency greatly.
