Objective:The actor-partner interdependence model was used to explore the subject-object effect of family care on disease acceptance in maintenance hemodialysis (MHD) patients and their primary caregivers, and to provide empirical research support for formulating intervention strategies to improve the quality of life of MHD patients and their primary caregivers at the dyadic coping perspective. Methods:This study was a cross-sectional study. A convenience sampling method was used to select 223 pairs of MHD patients and their primary caregivers who received treatment at three hospitals from December 2023 to May 2024, namely the Second Affiliated Hospital of Guizhou Medical University, Qiandongnan People′s Hospital and Qiandongnan Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital. The General Information Questionnaire, Family APGAR Index (APGAR) and the Acceptance of Illness Scale (AIS) were used to conduct the survey. An actor-partner interdependence model of the impact of family care levels on disease acceptance was constructed. Results:There were 223 patients with MHD, 134 males and 89 females, aged (48.41 ± 14.41) years. Among the 223 primary caregivers of MHD patients, 83 were males and 140 were females, aged (49.44 ± 12.40) years. The scores of APGAR and AIS for MHD patients were (7.92 ± 1.94), (20.45 ± 4.66) points, and (8.16 ± 1.67), (21.86 ± 3.54) points for their primary caregivers. There were statistically significant differences in scores ( t = - 2.28, - 7.69, both P<0.05). The results of correlation analysis showed that there was a significant positive correlation between the degree of family care of MHD patients and the disease acceptance of MHD patients, the family care of primary caregivers, and the disease acceptance of primary caregivers ( r = 0.454, 0.625, 0.515, all P<0.05). There was a significant positive correlation between the disease acceptance of MHD patients and the family care of their primary caregivers, the disease acceptance of primary caregivers, and the family care of primary caregivers and the disease acceptance of primary caregivers ( r = 0.442, 0.813, 0.495, all P<0.05). In terms of the actor effect, the level of family care positively influenced the disease acceptance for both MHD patients and their primary caregivers ( β = 0.715, 0.603, both P<0.001), the actor effect was significant. In terms of partner effect, there was a positive correlation between the family care levels of MHD patients and their primary caregivers and the disease acceptance of the other party ( β = 0.628, 0.725, both P<0.001), the partner effect was significant. Conclusions:There is an interactive effect between the disease acceptance of maintenance hemodialysis patients and their primary caregivers and their levels of family care.

"Internet + Nursing Services" can provide convenient and high-quality nursing services for elderly patients with chronic diseases and other people who are inconvenient to travel. Actively promoting "Internet + Nursing Services" is of great significance for accelerating healthy aging and facilitating the implementation of the healthy China strategy. This article analyzes the problems existing in the implementation of "Internet + Nursing Services", and finds that: related laws and regulations are lacking, and supporting systems urgently need to be improved; nurses have limited time and energy, and there are concerns about personal safety and practice safety; the actual service utilization rate of patients needs to be improved; the service mode is relatively sporadic and single; there are isolated islands of information and risks of data leakage. This article puts forward corresponding development countermeasures and suggestions in order to provide a reference for the healthy and sustainable development of "Internet + Nursing Services".

Objective:To explore the effect of perceived benefits and perceived risk on maternal willingness to use Internet home care services. Methods:This study was a cross-sectional study. From June to August 2020, the convenient sampling method was adopted to select 268 parturient women who were hospitalized in the obstetrics department of a ClassⅢ Grade A hospital in Wenzhou as the research objects. General information questionnaire and questionnaire on trust, perceived benefits, perceived risks and willingness to use home care services were used to investigate them. Multiple linear regression analysis was used to analyze the influencing factors, and the structural equation model was used to construct the path relationship. Results:A total of 256 valid questionnaires were collected. The total score of willingness to use Internet home care services for 256 parturient women was (12.32±2.20) .The results of multiple linear regression showed that family average monthly income, common nursing service sources, trust, perceived benefits and perceived risks were the influencing factors of maternal willingness to use Internet home care services ( P<0.05) , which could explain 49.6% of the total variation. The analysis of the mediation effect showed that perceived benefits and perceived risks had partial mediation effects between trust and willingness to use, accounting for 47.8% and 5.1% of the total effects, respectively. Conclusions:The government and service providers should pay attention to the effect of trust on the willingness to use internet home care services of parturient women and increase their willingness to use it by improving their perceived benefits and reducing their risk and worries.

To improve the usage rate and quality of emergency equipment in the hospital, the emergency equipment management was studied. The specialized management and common use of emergency equipment in a hospital was analysed with statistical methods. The usage rate, economic effectiveness and management quality of the equipment were evaluated. Based on the practical experience, the superiorities of the specialized management and common use of emergency equipment in hospitals were summarized, and the inferior positions and their improvement approaches were proposed. As a result, the hospital resource allocation was optimized and the equipment management level was improved by using the specialized management and common use of emergency equipment in the hospital.

7.Intrahepatic peripheral cholangiocarcinoma: CT features in 18 pathologically proven cases
Chinese Medical Journal 1998;111(5):453-456
Objective To determine the morphological features of 18 pathologically proven intrahepatic peripheral cholangiocarcinoma (IHPCC) cases in computerized tomography (CT) image. Methods All 18 patients had CT, using Picker I.Q.T/C and taking pre-contrast continuous 10-mm sections throughout the liver and post-contrast continuous 10-mm sections throughout the focuses. Results The disease was characterized in CT image by the following: all focuses were found in the periphery of the liver and shown as a lobulated or fused hypodense space-occupying mass; there were one or more divergent or confluent, circular or irregular cystic areas with much lower density, in the majority. All focuses could be enhanced slightly and most revealed a dim edge. Dilated bile ducts around the focus were found frequently; the dilated bile ducts especially seemed to encircle the focus (33.3%, 6/18). This phenomenon were referred to as "encysted sign of dilated bile ducts".Conclusions CT scanning should be one of the most important investigative methods for IHPCC due to the disease characteristics identified in CT image, especially "encysted sign of dilated bile ducts" which possesses specificity in diagnosing the disease.
