Objective:To construct an evaluation indicator system based on data envelopment analysis(DEA)and technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution(TOPSIS)of quality management for medical equipment,so as to explore the applied effect of that in quality management for equipment of the department of radiology in hospital. Methods:The DEA method was applied to analyze the quality management situation of equipment at the department of radiology,Beijing Chao-yang Hospital,Capital Medical University. The TOPSIS was used to conduct a comprehensive evaluation and ranking for the quality of managing equipment, and the evaluation indicator system was combined to evaluate results and carried out management of quality control for equipment.A total of 90 medical imaging equipment in clinical use at our hospital from January to December 2023 were selected, and they were divided into conventional management method group, and DEA combined with TOPSIS management method group by using random number table method, with 45 medical imaging equipment in each management method. The scores for multi-dimensional performance, the scores for management quality, the operational quality and the rates of management defect between different management methods were compared. Results:The scores of use efficiency, operation efficiency and maintenance efficiency of adopting DEA combined with TOPSIS management method were(92.03±5.02)points,(93.52±5.14)points and(92.698±4.36)points,respectively,which were significantly higher than those of conventional management methods, and the differences were statistically significant(t=10.260,7.826,6.413,P<0.05).The scores of the allocation of equipment resource, technical support, information basis, and management performance indicator of the DEA combined with TOPSIS management method were significantly higher than those of conventional management method, and the differences were statistically significant(t=6.855,9.279,8.246,P<0.05).The damage rate and maintenance rate of equipment of combining DEA with TOPSIS management method were significantly lower than those of the conventional management methods, and the differences were statistically significant(x2=6.944,6.480,P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of the constructed system, which based on DEA and TOPSIS for evaluation indicator of quality management for medical imaging equipment of hospital, can improve the multidimensional efficiency of equipment, and enhance the quality of management and operation for equipment, and reduce the defect rate of managing equipment, and ensure the stable and efficient application of equipment.

Early identification and intervention of high-risk factors during pregnancy is important for the prevention of maternal mortality. A certain hospital has established a management system for pregnant women undergoing first visit in non-obstetric departments and started applying it in three campus of the hospital in July 2023. Through the information management module for pregnant women undergoing first visit in non-obstetric departments that embedded in the hospital information system, abnormal pregnancy situations could be screened in a timely, comprehensive, and standardized manner, and quality control management could be carried out. At the same time, the hospital established a graded management path based on the severity of the condition of pregnant women, and provided early intervention for critically ill pregnant women reported through standardized management and multidisciplinary collaboration. From July to December 2023, a total of 5 766 pregnant women were first diagnosed and reported in 41 non-obstetric departments. Telephone follow-up showed a true reporting rate of 93.0%, and a total of 11 critical illness case were reported, including 2 cases of misoperation, with an accuracy rate of 81.8%. There were no adverse outcomes caused by failure to detect critical illness cases in a timely manner. In contrast, the relevant statistical data from January to June 2023 showed that there were 257 cases of pregnant women reported by non-obstetric departments, including 0 cases of critical illness and 1 case of missed critical illness. In addition, the time for non-obstetricians to screen for critically illness pregnant women of childbearing age has been reduced from 5-10 min per person before the system application to 15 s-1 min per person. The application of this system has reduced the missed reporting of critical illnesses, effectively ensured the safety of pregnant women, and improved work efficiency. It can provide reference for safety management of pregnant women in other medical institutions.
4.Analysis of radiation health management in health examination institutions in Beijing
Chinese Journal of Radiological Health 2021;30(5):620-623
Objective To understand the situation of radiological diagnosis and treatment of health examination institutions in our city, and standardize the behavior of radiological diagnosis and treatment of health examination institutions. Methods According to the requirements of the circular issued by Beijing Institute of health and family planning on carrying out special supervision and inspection of radiation diagnosis and treatment in health examinaion institutions in 2019, on-site investigation and on-site interviews were conducted. Results The investigation on the health examination institution shows that the radiation hygiene management work of Beijing health examination institution is generally good, and the holding rate of radiological diagnosis and treatment permit is 100%. The radiological diagnosis and treatment of health examination institutions is mainly based on X ray photograph. A total of 215 institutions were configured with 822 radiological diagnosis and treatment equipment, including 138 CT machines and 20 physical examination vehicles, respectively. X ray radiography equipment in health examination institutions accounted for 93% of total application frequency, and CT accounted for 7%. The annual radiodiagnosis frequency of the 215 health examination institutions was about 5 million. The penal institutions accounted for a relatively low proportion, only 2.8%. Among them, 6 were warned, 2 fined, 6 issued penalties and 3 required to rectify. Conclusion The radiation hygiene management work of Beijing health examination institutions is generally good. There are still some problems in the rational application of CT machines and the configuration of protective equipment.
