Objective:To explore the feasibility and preliminary efficacy of domestic single-port robotic surgical system in the surgical treatment of thyroid cancer. Methods:Thyroid cancer patients who underwent domestic single-port robotic surgery in the Department of Head and Neck Surgery of Sichuan Cancer Hospital from June 2024 to January 2025 were prospectively included. Clinical data, oncological characteristics, and perioperative indicators were systematically collected. Results:A total of 7 patients were included, including 3 males and 4 females, with an age of （34.57±10.26） years. All procedures were successfully completed without conversion to open surgery. Operative time was（180.00±30.41） minutes. Blood loss was（5.00[15.00 ]）mL. Postoperative drainage volume was （167.86±130.95） mL. The postoperative pathological results were all thyroid papillary carcinoma. There were no system failures, no device-related complications and adverse events were observed during the operation and perioperative period. No tumor recurrence or metastasis was observed during the follow-up period. Conclusion:Preliminary data indicate that the domestic single-port robotic surgical system is safe and feasible for the surgical treatment of thyroid cancer, providing a practical basis for subsequent multi-disease, multi-center, and large-sample studies.

Objective:To elucidate the primary elements pertaining to the perception of relapse risk and to in-vestigate the characteristics and alterations of perception of the risk of recurrence in patients with schizophrenia.Methods:By using the method of phenomenological study,semi-structured in-depth interviews were conducted among schizophrenic patients with first onset,first recurrence and multiple recurrences.Twenty-three 23 outpatient and inpatient cases that met the criteria of the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders,Fifth Edition(DSM-5)were included,and all patients had PANSS scores below 60.The interview data were collated and analyzed according to Colaizzi analysis.Results:The perception of recurrence risk in patients with schizophrenia en-compassed 4 major themes and 11 sub-themes,namely susceptibility(limited overall understanding,transition from optimism to objectivity),detection of early warning symptoms(dynamic escalation,assistance from family mem-bers in identification),understanding risk factors(lack of understanding,the relationship between psychosocial fac-tors and relapse,dynamic understanding of medication-relapse relationship),and apprehension of the consequences of recurrence(care burden and financial constraints,impaired social functioning and maladjustment,impact on pub-lic safety,personal health risks).Conclusion:The content of risk perception of recurrence in patients with schizo-phrenia is relatively substantial.The overall level of risk perception of recurrence in patients with schizophrenia is low.

Objective:To systematically review the factors related to the aggressive behavior of hospitalized patients with schizophrenia in China.Methods:CNKI,Wanfang,VIP,China Biomedical Literature Database,PubMed,Cochrane Library,and Embase databases were searched to collect case-control studies on factors related to aggression in hospitalized patients with schizophrenia in China from its inception to June 2023.Analysis was per-formed using ReviewManager 5.3 to calculate pooled OR(95％CI)values.Results:Thirty-three studies were in-cluded.Medical staff coercive measures(OR=3.86,95％CI:2.75-5.43),unemployment(OR=1.44,95％CI:1.14-1.81),positive family history(OR=2.97,95％CI:2.29-3.87),poor medication compliance(OR=4.37,95％CI:3.36-5.69),young age(OR=3.13,95％CI:2.66-3.69),involuntary hospitalization(OR=3.34,95％CI:2.81-3.97),depression(OR=2.11,95％CI:1.68-2.66),emotional abuse(OR=1.13,95％CI:1.04-1.23),male(OR=2.70,95％CI:2.20-3.31),delusions(OR=2.14,95％CI:1.69-2.71),auditory hallucina-tions(OR=2.23,95％CI:1.70-2.94),and major life events(OR=3.21,95％CI:1.90-5.42)and previous history of aggressive behavior(OR=2.20,95％CI:2.06-2.34)were risk factors associated with aggressive be-havior in Chinese patients with schizophrenia,and social support(OR=0.46,95％CI:0.31-0.67)was a protec-tive factor.Conclusion:There are various factors related to aggressive behavior in hospitalized Chinese patients with schizophrenia,and medical staff should identify high-risk groups early according to the relevant factors,and effec-tively intervene in controllable factors to reduce the occurrence of aggressive behavior.

Objective:To explore the safety and efficacy of laparoscopic right posterior sectionectomy (LRPS) in the left side lying at 60° run-hug position.Methods:The clinical data of 12 cases underwent LRPS at the Department of Biliary and Pancreatic Surgery, Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hospital, Sun Yat-sen University from August 2022 to June 2023 were analyzed. There were 9 males and 3 females, ranging in age from 26 to 76 years old. To evaluate the safety and effectiveness of the operation, operation time, intraoperative blood loss, the number and time of intraoperative hilar occlusion, postoperative drainage time, postoperative hospitalization time and postoperative complications were summarized.Results:Twelve operations were successfully completed under laparoscopy, and no patient was converted to laparotomy due to the difficulty in controlling intraoperative bleeding. 12 patients included 1 case of intrahepatic bile duct stones, 5 cases of primary liver cancer, 2 cases of hepatic hemangioma, 2 cases of focal nodular hyperplasia of the liver, 1 case of metastatic liver cancer, and 1 case of liver abscess. Operation time was (246.2±90.4) min, and the intraoperative blood loss was 125(22, 275) ml. The number of intraoperative hilar occlusion was 2.00(0.25, 2.75), and intraoperative hilar occlusion time was (27±22) min. Postoperative drainage time was (5.0±2.6) d, and the length of postoperative hospital stay was 6.0(4.3, 8.0) d. Intraoperative blood transfusion occurred in 1 patient, and postoperative abdominal effusion occurred in 1 patient. There was no postoperative death. All patients were recovered and discharged successfully.Conclusion:LRPS is safe and effective for the lesions in the right posterior hepatic region with the left side lying at 60° run-hug position.

Objective To explore the influencing factors of medication experience in patients with schizophrenia based on benefit-risk perception.Methods Patients with stable schizophrenia who were hospitalized in 2 tertiary psychiatric hospitals in Heilongjiang Province from September to December 2023 were selected by convenience sampling method.A convergent mixed method was adopted.In quantitative study,data of 400 patients were collected by general situation questionnaire,Subjective Well-being Under Neuroleptic Treatment Scale,the Living with Medicines Questionnaire,Beliefs about Medication Questionnaire,Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale.Binary logistic regression analysis was used to explore the influencing factors of medication experience in patients with schizophrenia.15 patients with adverse medication experience in quantitative study were selected for qualitative study,and the interview data were sorted and analyzed according to the topic frame analysis method.Results Quantitative results:medication burden,medication beliefs,and psychiatric symptoms of patients with schizophrenia were influential factors of medication experience(P<0.05).Qualitative results:the medication experience of schizophrenia patients includes 4 themes,namely perceived necessity of medication,perceived benefit of medication,perceived risk of medication,and the need for multi-party cooperation to improve the medication experience.The results of quantitative and qualitative research are complementary in terms of perceived benefit,consistent in terms of perceived risk,and expansive in terms of perceived value.Conclusion Psychiatric nurses can reduce patients'perceived risk of medication,enhance the perceived benefit of medication,and then improve patients'adverse medication experience and promote mental rehabilitation.

Objective:To assess the understanding level of Family Resilience Scale for Schizophrenic Patients among respondents using cognitive interviews and revise the items accordingly.Methods:Using the purposive sampling method, two cognitive interviews were conducted on schizophrenia patients admitted to Chifeng An Ding Hospital from April to June 2023. A Question Appraisal System (QAS-99) was used to encode the interview data to find the problems existing in the scale structure, and at the same time, the scale items were revised based on expert opinions.Results:The first round of cognitive interviews showed ten questions, mainly focusing on "clarification"questions. The results of the second round of cognitive interviews showed that all respondents could correctly understand the scale items revised by the first round of lognitive interviews, and no further revision was required. The final Family Resilience Scale for Schizophrenic Patients included 24 items.Conclusions:Cognitive interviews can help to find and solve the differences in the understanding of items between researchers and interviewees in the compilation of the Family Resilience Scale for Schizophrenic Patients so as to improve the accuracy and reliability of the scale.

Purpose: Numerous barriers hinder individuals with mental illness from seeking medical assistance in rural regions, yet a comprehensive understanding of these challenges remains elusive. This metasynthesis aims to understand the barriers and facilitators in medical help-seeking among rural individuals with mental illness. Methods: We systematically searched seven databases [PubMed, CINAHL, Medline (OVID), PsycINFO (OVID), Cochrane, Embase, and ProQuest] in May 2023 and included the studies if they reported the barriers or/and facilitators to seek healthcare in rural patients with mental illness. We conducted hand search and citation search on Google Scholar for literature supplements. Thematic analysis was employed. Results: The study included 27 articles reporting on the barriers and facilitators to seeking medical help in this population from 2007 to 2023. We ultimately identified themes at three levels: navigating the terrain of vulnerability and empowerment (the individual with mental illness), navigating the terrain of external environment (the external environment) and connectivity within the healthcare ecosystem for mental health (the health service system). Conclusions We must design more effective strategies to improve mental healthcare access for rural patients, considering cultural nuances and health service utilization patterns. This requires a multi-level approach, tailored to the unique needs of diverse populations.

Objective:To examine the posterior sternocleidomastoid border approach which elevated whole sternocleidomastoid in gasless transaxillary endoscopic thyroidectomy.Methods:The clinical data of 46 patients with papillary thyroid carcinoma treated with gasless transaxillary endoscopic thyroidectomy from May 2019 to June 2020 at Department of Head and Neck Surgery, Sichuan Cancer Hospital was analyzed retrospectively. There were 9 males and 37 females, aged (38.6±12.0) years (range: 19 to 74 years). Fourteen and 32 cases performed posterior sternocleidomastoid border and sternocleidomastoid fascia approach, respectively. Comparative analysis were performed on clinical characters, surgical outcomes, postoperative complications, postoperative pain score, and quality-of-life of postoperative 1 month by t test, Wilcoxon rank sum test, Fisher exact test and χ 2 test,respectively. Resuts Complete exposure of central compartment was higher (11/14 vs. 34.4%(11/32),χ2=7.624, P=0.006), more lymph nodes was retrieved (4.2±2.9 vs. 2.0±2.5, t=2.663, P=0.011) in posterior sternocleidomastoid border approach. There were no significant differences between groups in postoperative complications such as recurrent laryngeal nerve palsy (1/14 vs. 3.1%(1/32), P=0.521) and transient hypoparathyroidism (0 vs. 6.2%(2/32), P=1) and pains and quality-of-life. Conclusion:Posterior sternocleidomastoid border approach of gasless transaxillary endoscopic thyroidectomy is safe and reliable and has the advantage of central compartment dissection without increasing trauma.

Objective:To test the factor structure and psychometric properties of the Chinese version of the Connor Davidson Resilience Scale (CD-RISC) in schizophrenia patients. In order to provide resilience scale for schizophrenia patients in China.Methods:A convenient sampling method was used to select 503 inpatients with schizophrenia in Chifeng Anding hospital from December 2017 to December 2018. The Chinese version of CD-RISC was used to conduct a questionnaire survey. Data processing was performed using SPSS 23.0 statistical software and AMOS 24.0 software.Results:The item analysis showed that the Chinese version of CD-RISC could discriminate the high-score group from the low-score group ( P<0.01). Pearson correlation analysis and principal component analysis showed that the correlation between item 3 and the total amount was poor, and it was considered to be deleted. A total of 6 common factors were extracted from the revised exploratory factor analysis of the CD-RISC, and the cumulative variance contribution rate was 50.79%. The Cronbach α coefficient was 0.882, and the test-retest reliability was 0.912 after two weeks. Confirmatory factor analysis fitted index: χ2/ df was 1.057, RMSEA was 0.015, GFI was 0.926, CFI was 0.989, and IFI was 0.989. Conclusions:The revision 24-item CD-RISC has good psychometric properties, it could be used to assess resilience in Chinese patients with schizophrenia.
